My name is Thomas Jones and I can't put into words what kind of people own and operate Wholesale Trailer and Equipment other than EXCEPTIONAL. I rented a trailer on Friday and it broke down on Saturday and they came all the way to Louisiana to swap out trailers for me, from this point on they are my go to people for whatever I need in the future.

Girl in the office is rude and arrogant, calls customers names and yells at them. A "month" lease to them is "4 weeks" or 28 days. Looking forward to this place going out of business! I'm pretty sure the girl is related to the owner, I don't see her able to have a job anywhere else with that attitude. When you say a month lease, that is 30 days, then they reword it to say 4 weeks. Please go in and listen to the audio, you will hear the girl yelling for sure. No customer service at this place. When they close the doors I'm pretty sure it will be because of customer service. People rally around and support those they care about, you know the kind people.

Awesome people to work with. I meant to do this a few months back but was busy and it slipped my mind. I rented an excavator from them and it worked flawless. Their equipment is top notch. I will definitely drive a longer distance for there equipment. Prices are fair also. I highly recommend them for sure.

Came through Fayetteville after dropping hay baler off at Blue Valley Services. Had a self inflicted wiring issue and was 3hrs from home. Bill really didn't have the time to fool with my mess but he knew I didn't need to be on road without lights or brakes, he made time and got me going. I appreciated it greatly. Good folks here!

I had went to 3 different places and I was charged around 500 dollars trying to get a wiring issue fixed. I live in Alabama and ended up calling Wholesale Trailer and the man was nice enough to tell the other company what to do over the phone and the other company still ended up burning up my break away box. I ended up taking my trailer to Wholesale Trailers and they had it fixed within the hour and put in a new plug in my truck as well as a weld on my trailer for under $200. Will never go anywhere else for repairs or a new trailer. Great bunch of guys especially the owner Mr Shelton!

Among several other service issues I encountered the worst is how they installed the back up camera where it no longer is functional. I have a crew cab so looking through the back window is not, an option. I tried to make this a pleasant procedure, but the lack of knowledge and concern for situations was beyond my control. No on showed me that everything was working or not. So I asked the tech about the back up camera and I seen that I could only see a part in the middle and his answer was it is better than most. I strongly disagree. I went home and tried backing to the trailer and couldn t see anything of how to back into without hitting something and I have backed to trailers all my adult life, being a tractor trailer driver. The hole that was cut into the recessed license holder and cut my tag as well makes a shadow because it is deeply set. Shouldn t have this been mounted where it can get a clear view for the camera. It worked good in the old bed and should do so in this one. No excuses. I am not a professional on this matter, but wouldn t have ever considered doing it this way, cutting my tag and all. It looks so amateur. Also my exhaust goes right straight into the bumper. Should I not have been informed of this so I can have it routed away so it won t cause the paint to flake from the heat. By the time I got home it was so hot to the touch, it burnt my husbands hand. Did not say they should fix that but inform me of it. I was told it came with mud flaps and asked tech he said they didn t put mud flaps on these. Then why did the lady the day before on the phone say they did and why is the same model in the brochure with them on there. Their answer was I need to call CM and ask about it there. I did call CM and you can put this on this model of which I would greatly appreciated, but it was not an option given to me. These are simple request and should be a part of service. All these things need to be addressed, most of all communication to the customer on how they want to proceed when issues like these arise. I was scared to ask questions or say anything because of the lack of concern or response. This could be a much better place. Love the trailers and beds, not so much the service. The customer needs to feel at ease to ask questions and be informed on what is going before they proceed with something that looks bad or is not functional. The camera is now useless. Without being scared to speak about the problem. Have pictures on yelp if anyone wants to see if this is what they think should have been done. All they had to do is discuss this with me ahead of time. There is way more to the story if you want to get me started. For such good quality except for a little rust and a key bent in half, I am very satisfied with the bed itself and hope it is worth all this for it. My husband will try to fix the camera and put mud-flaps on ourselves. Moving on.

I rented a mini ex for weekend for 450.00 and didn't use 10 hours and bucket quick connect broke. They came Monday morning to get and called me to Bill me 975.00 for the part, after they told me insurance covered everything but teeth and body panels, shouldn't insurance cover that, I have rented numerous places never been charged for stuff mess up when it wasn't my fault, just moving brush. All other websites say their stuff is covered up to 2500 then after that your liable, this is backwards, beware!!!!

If I ever buy a gooseneck trailer our rent another one this is the place I go these people are super fantastic they know their job they know their business even the owner came out and help me with a minor wiring problem everybody there is really friendly and helpful

I had been hunting a "dump trailer" to use around home...was looking at used trailers. and ya never know about used...or "used up" trailers especially a dump trailer. These people with used trailers want to "haggle" and they usually start ABOVE market value and then when ya ask why the bed goes up at a WEIRD angle, they hem haw around with some lame excuse....Wrong, bye...see ya.....I finally wound up at Wholesale Trailers, in Fayetteville, TN....wasn't on the lot more than a few minutes, and a Sales Rep was answering all, the questions I had, then we talked financing and he handed me off to Robin, and that didn't take more than about 10 minutes. There was one little glitch in my Credit Report...but Robin went above and beyond to help get that straightened out...The next morning, I picked up a 'NEW" PJ 12' X 83" Tandem Dump Trailer...this thing is built like a "Tank"..with all the bells and whistles you would want...spare tire, roll out tarp, even the tie down rope for the tarp..NOT ONE JUNK item that some dealers try to "Give" ya....The guys in the Shop made sure everything was set up for me...not what they wanted, but the way I wanted it...It was so refreshing to find people that take care of their customers like Wholesale Trailers. Bill and Robin Shelton, are "Down Home" Folks the staff they have are the same way....don't think Bill would have it any other way.....I got the trailer I wanted and more...at a price that was unbelievable compared to what I've seen from other dealers and the used trailers I checked on...I have spent about 3 months checking this out...I'm not an impulse buyer...but if you are looking for a TRAILER...of any kind...ya gotta start at Wholesale Trailer...if they AIN"T got it, they will get it...and if that doesn't work...They will BUILD it....Flat Bed, Cargo, Goose Neck, Bumper pull....whatever, you can find it and get treated right in the process...ya just can't go Wrong, by checking with these folks First.....HEY..I didn't even "Haggle" with them on Price...and I pride myself with my haggling prowess... GO see these Folks...you won't be Disappointed...
