Doc Eakins is a fantastic salesman and someone I'm happy to be able to work with. He was quick to answer questions, personable and friendly without ever being pushy, and he truly seems to care about his customers and I would gladly recommend him to anyone. On top of the personality traits, he knows his stuff and understands the business. This dealership offers great competitive pricing as well, so much so that i'm flying in to pick up my truck from here from out of state. Doc was even kind enough to offer to pick me up from the airport, talk about customer service!

First time car buyer here, Justin Armstrong made my first time through this process very easy. He didn t pressure me or try and hide anything. He answered all my small questions and has been very communicative throughout text and phone call during the whole process. Anybody looking to buy a new or used car I advise you to speak with Justin Armstrong if you want an honest and laid back salesman.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! My salesman, Paul was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. The process was quick and seamless, and the staff was a pleasure to deal with! Cannot recommend this dealership enough!

My wife and drove down on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 to look at a 2022 Toyota tundra truck we saw online. Initially, I spoke to Robbie, the sales manager, and he invited me down. After a test drive with Doc we determined it was exactly what we were looking for. Doc did a great job and he had taken the truck in on trade and knew the full history on the truck.We live in Nashville and needed to get back to our kids that afternoon and they got us in and out of the dealership very quickly. Definitely worth the drive for the savings on the vehicle. The Nashville dealers weren t even close on price. Thank you again!

Doc Eakins is the best salesman around. We have bought five Toyota cars from him and two Toyota trucks. Doc gets us the best deal every time. What Doc tells us, we can take to the bank. He is an excellent salesman, and an even better person to know. We think the world of Doc Eakins. He makes this dealership stand out from the rest.

They advertised a vehicle for 15,355 online. I completed a purchase online application. My credit was ran, but when I called to follow up with my online purchase I was told Oh! That s not the correct amount. A man named Brian stated, The computer made an error it s actually $37,000 . Um! What!? First off, a computer doesn t make that mistake! Second, don t play me for an idiot! THEN i spoke to Robert, the GM of the dealership and he said They posted it online Saturday at 5p and they all left an hour later. I asked him who I need to speak with in corporate about this? Robert states, You will want to read the disclaimer first before calling and making accusations, because they have big lawyers who will contact you. GOOD! Do it! CONTACT ME!!! I also asked for the owner s information to justify their Hook and Bait scheme , but Robert said, You re wasting your time! Am I though!? I ve got pictures of the online price, and my credit was pulled! I also filed a claim with Toyota because clearly this happens a lot! Robert replied .. They just took that complaint to hurry you off the phone because they re not going to do anything. The owners must be proud to have him represent their dealership. WHOEVER OWNS THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE CONTACT ME!

Do not come here if you want a fair deal. I attended an event that advertised zero down no matter what. Once I spoke with fiance, they stated a down payment would be required. I again mention the advertisement and their financial provider was rude and said if I hit "more options" I would have seen and then asked me to show him the ad. If I knew the man's name I would mention as well - stay away from the bald older man. I did have screen shots of the Entire post - even the more options. But walked out due to his attitude. Do Not Attend Their Evenets they are lie and then are rude when you call them out.

I Have to say that I walked away with total shock and disbelief at what I was told and actually looked at the sales associate and ask him what kind of drugs him n his boss were on . I was greeted at first being told this was the best time to come in because everyone would be approved , no matter what they would figure out a way to work with me to get me in a car I wanted . Sounded great n promising. I gave them my information n even told them I had a co-signer if my credit wasn't good enough for them and so they took that info too and that credit was pristine , mind you. Well he goes n talks to his boss n comes back n tells me I would need someone else to go in on it with us with a credit score of 720 to get something. Meaning 3 people on a car note , then he said , " well, yea. Later you cam refinance it after ur credit goes up a little more from doing that n take them off the loan. I looked at him and told him that was ignorant and false advertisement. But after that all I could do is laugh and walk away.

I thought Ted was exceptionally friendly and has worked well with me so far when I had a problem. I didn't get the 3 months to start payments, and I do not like the bank they went through. I wish they had gone through my own bank, payments would be made so much easier. But what I really wish is that I had not bought the car in the first place, I really did not need the extra 600 a month payment

Worst experience I could have imagined. Made an appointment to see a vehicle. Set a time. Received a phone call 30 mins prior to arriving. Was told the vehicle isn t there but could be brought but there was another there they wanted me to look at. The vehicle I was interested in was listed $21,500. The vehicle they showed me was $40,000 and 2 years newer. But they can get the vehicle I wanted to see in the 1st place here if I would like. The whole point of me showing up and setting a test drive up is to see that vehicle. I was bait and switched and truly disappointed and disrespected. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I don t think I ll go to any other dealers for a vehicle. They have been very good to me and easy to work with. Shoutout to Paul Farris, ran into a minor issue with the vehicle and he s continuously been there making sure I m taken care of and treated right. Ask for Paul he is the man

I was in the market for a Toyota RAV4 XSE Hybrid with some accessories for my daughter.We explored Huntsville, AL, and noticed that the prices offered here were very high, along with a ridiculously high markup fee.On my friend s advice, we visited Landers McLarty Toyota in Fayetteville, TN.Even though it was 47 minutes away, it was the best 47-minute drive we ve taken.I spoke with Doc, our salesperson, and custom-ordered the car exactly as my daughter and I wanted it, and put down a deposit.We waited almost four months before the car arrived at the dealership.To our surprise, the car came with additional options that we did not request.Doc apologized for the mix-up by Toyota Manufacturing.However, in addition to the added costs for those unwanted options, the MSRP also increased by $500.Doc apologized repeatedly and worked with us to arrive at a reasonable price.We drove away happily in the new car and were glad that Doc was our salesperson.Doc was very professional, friendly, and courteous.Most importantly, he kept his word, which is a quality that I greatly admired in him.I was extremely pleased to have worked with Doc.

We went to purchase a truck for my husband. Found what we liked, test drove it, and were ready to make an offer.First, I had taken a snapshot of the internet listed price, because I'm all too familiar with the old bait and switch at car dealerships, so upon beginning discussion about bottom line numbers, they approached us with a price close to $4k more than internet listing.At this point we were not off to a good start bit, we moved past that.We had a number in mind, and had already checked interest rates, along with knowing our credit score so we knew where we stood and what paymevts woukd be, plus we had a significant down payment. We went back and forth, and at one point, they asked us to sign on a hand drawn line, on a somewhat blank sheet of paper, marked with a dollar amount and asked, "if we can get you to this number, you'll buy, right?" I told them we weren't signing anything until they had a purchase order with a bottom line, out the door dollar amount.We ended up walking away, and got about 30 minutes down the road before they called stating that "Landers McCarty son had come by and gave them the ok to lower the price!" Lol!Yeah, and so did Santa Clause! Four days later I'm telling this story and about the lack of competence, as well as, lack of professionalism, and I'm told, "Don't buy that truck! It won't hold oil pressure, and someone I know just bought it and returned it!"Well low and behold, while we there I had them pull the CarFax and I questioned why the truck had been purchased and returned? I was told "he just wanted something different"...I didn't feel right about it, then and rightfully so.When you spend THOUSANDS on automobiles, and work hard every day to pay for them, at the very least if the dealership is aware that it's a lemon, as they were, then take the loss and trash it, but, instead these people were willing to take advantage of hardworking individuals.If you see this truck on Landers McClarty's lot, run, and while you're at it report them for fraud! They should be ashamed.I will note our salesman was a newbie and extremely young. However, he was not the problem; it was the people training him, and they ALL should be ashamed of the example that they're setting for that young man.

Doc at Landers McLarty Toyota is the best.He and his team made the process seamless - I was in and out in less than two hours.Never at any point did I feel pressured into anything, and Doc was completely open about everything. I got a good deal on the car as well.I'll be coming back! Best car experience I have ever had.

With inventory being so low on new vehicles the wait was quicker than expected. I received the call that my 2022 Camry XSE had arrived. Jay helped me when I was looking for this vehicle and Doc helped me when the car arrived. He is very knowledgeable and made the process super easy. Both Doc and Jay were very helpful and I am a satisfied customer.

Doc was so helpful for our vehicle purchase in September of 2021. After months of looking for a vehicle with low inventory nationwide and initially intending to buy a used vehicle, we ended up purchasing a new Sienna from Doc at Lander s McClarty Toyota. We could not be happier with our experience. The honest pricing, kind staff and efficient processing of the purchase made for a stress free buying experience. Since the purchase Doc has checked in with us and has been quick to answer any questions we ve had. Lastly, we are loving our van. Thanks, Doc!

First off, this was hands down my best experience at a dealership. And most of that is all because of Justin (Armstrong).As someone who s been in sales the better part of the last decade, I can confidently say not all sales people are created equal. And the way Justin accommodated me, my wife, and my kids was above and beyond. Seriously he kept the kids laughing the entire time. So much so they asked when we get to see him again lolI came in with a pretty specific budget, and a vague idea of what we wanted/needed. After taking a look at 2-3 cars I requested to see, he brought us to the other side of the lot and showed us a car he felt would be the best fit. So we took it for a test drive and the whole family basically fell in love with it. It gave that home base feeling.It didn t take long before we were filling out the paperwork (special shout-out to the finance manager), and were on our way shortly after.Easily the best car buying experience I ve had in the last 15 years. So much so I ll end up right back here when it comes time to buy another one. All thanks to the experience we had.It s not easy to lock down a lifetime customer, but they did! Can t recommend this place, or Justin enough. Keep doing what you re doing!

My buying experience here actually went well, but since then I ve had to deal with the service department a few times. Everyone I talk to is nice and helpful except Jennifer in the service department. It s to the point where I dread calling up there now because she is rude and has an I don t know and I won t bother to go ask anybody mentality. One time she asked me who my salesperson was which of course I couldn t remember. She had such a belittling attitude about me not remembering someone s name from months ago.

I was wanting a truck so bad,I had looked at many car lots and I happen to run up on this Dodge Ram 1500 at Toyota Landers McLarty in Fayetteville,Tn. .Well I hate car shopping because of the Shark attack you get as soon as you pull up on car lots. I noticed a gentleman standing a good 40-50 ft away from me and he was actually giving me space! So after I acknowledged him he came over to introduce himself to me and I felt very at ease with his demeanor and politeness. I told him what I was looking for and told him what I was bringing to the table and he said he would be able to assist me wether it was with him or somewhere else. His Name is Keith Young and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for their next vehicle. No pressure guy,he actually cares about his customers! He should get a raise! Plus he is a Alabama fan that made it even better! Roll Tide and Roll with my boy Keith Young!

Very dishonest in their promotional dealings despite two calls to confirm validity and checking to see if there were any other caveats.When I called to come to a solution, their general sales manager, Robert Register, told me I was lying about what I was told by one of his employees.The shady tactics to try to turn their dishonesty into mine and the flagrant lies I was told are a good indicator as to their honesty with the vehicles.If you want reliability and honesty, avoid this location.

This place is great! Roger is one of the most honest salesman I ve ever bought from! We did everything online and with his trusted opinion on the truck, I had it delivered to me 4 hours away. My new truck is everything Roger said it was!

Slimy marketing campaigns and scams to get you into the dealership. As soon as you drive up you can see the vultures sizing you up and coming up to shake hands. We did not feel comfortable there. We didn't stay long.
