Hands down the best service and knowledge I ve had. Was coming down 81 and noticed my alternator was going out so called Neal he had my part in stock and was fortunate enough to have the tools on hand as well. 10 stars

The guy was so rude and condescending, couldn't even tell what type of car I had but tried to imply I was buying the wrong product. If I could give 0 stars I would. Drive the extra distance and go to literally any other parts store. I'd drive all the way to California before I shopped here again.

I could not get outside of falls branch without leaving a review for Mr.Neal ! From the bottom of my heart I thank you. Not only did he help, he provided in a time I thought it wasn t going to get done . But he did ! He is god send ! And I rarely leave reviews . But I just HAD to for here . I can not recommend and thank these guys enough!! My husband and I was heading to peigon forge from Virginia when the alternator went bad.we where blessed to get off at the Fall Branch exit and find this Napa Auto. So friendly and beyond fair to us. Thank you for saving our vacation.

Neil was super helpful and thorough over the phone. He got us the parts we needed to get back on the road - which was no easy task considering our vehicle. We were really in a bind and these guys went above and beyond the normal auto parts place. Car trouble is always stressful, especially on a longer road trip, but the Fall Branch guys turned our situation around with awesome customer service and a can-do attitude...lifesavers. I was traveling out of town and stopped because my car was overheating I purchased antifreeze they offered to help and noticed my hose was busted they fixed it for me in a hour and I was back on the rode ty Neal!!!!

Stranded in Johnson City TN on a road trip from Wilmington NC to Cookeville TN!..Stopped in and got the needed parts at NAPA in JC but could not find a repair shop that would handle the situation. In stepped STEVE at HISTORIC FLOORING with a call to his son in law Neil at NAPA Fall Branch if we could get that far. We own an auto repair shop of our own in NC so we were able to limp our truck out there. What a miracle!..."NAPA NEIL" and his mechanic spent HOURS fixing the brakes long after closing time....Got us back in motion so we could make Cookeville by nightfall. Even asked that we let him know we got there OK. Really went above and beyond...Many many thanks and blessings be upon you all.

Excellent family-owned business! This is always the first place we take our vehicles. Before going to NAPA, we had issues misdiagnosed and had been over charged other places. It's refreshing to now have someone we can really trust, who is fair in price and does quaility work.Highly recommend!!

I found myself on the side of the highway 3hrs into an 18hr trip. These guys got me on back on the road the next morning, even came in early to get the new radiator put in. Real nice guys, truck made it from here to Maine with no further issues.

NAPA Neil and his entire team provided extra quick emergency service on my commercial vehicle to get me up and running in record time! Trust me, it was a dire situation to say the least, as I am not from here and was on a time crunch to get to my destination in Virginia. This man will take on any automotive challenge you can throw at him & having been in business there in Fall Branch for 30 years should tell you plenty how well he takes care of people and their vehicles. He went above and beyond to help me out of a tough spot. Would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again, Neil and team. The Lord bless you and keep you always.

We were traveling from WV to Pigeon Forge, TN. The battery light came on in my car at the Fall Branch exit. The only thing I saw at that exit was a highway patrol. I knew they could either help me or point me in the right direction. The police officer pointed me to the Napa. It was almost closing time, but that didnt stop them from helping us. They checked my car out, determined it needed an alternator. Not only could they order the part, but they could fix it too! I did leave my car and we rode with family on to our destination. Kevin and the guys fixed my car while we went on and had a good trip. They kept me informed of what was happening and made sure the car was in good running order to get us back home. They worked with me to settle up the cost so I didnt have to hurry to be back by closing time, allowing me to pay over the phone. There wasnt much in Fall Branch, TN, but I'm glad I broke down right there. Definitely recommend this Auto Part store for all your needs.

I was in a pickle to say the least. The gentleman at counter was very knowledgeable and sent me in the right direction fasho. I have always put Napa at top of the auto parts ladder. Quality and knowledge. 2 very very good things in the auto industry.

One of the few NAPA stores that has a complete automotive repair garage and trained skilled mechanics extremely nice knowledgeable people where I always have all my autos serviced

A real gem out in the country. Feed store on one side, parts store on the other side. Actually made cable with camps for my EZ Go while I waited and didn't over charge for it. Certainly will go back.

Got there after normal hours. Thought they were open till 1pm on Saturday. Close at 12. But. Was waited on and taken care of. Great store.
