Was great until they fired Mark. Now it seems everything is going to hell. Sell a car at the auction, then they call 30 hours later and say the buyer might not want the car. Did you talk to the buyer? No. Well, we're coming to pick the car up then. Then they don't even know where our vehicle is. You see my problem here? And it's like this every f'ing week now. Now, we call and we're talking to people to try to find our car and they tell us they're closed. Then why are you still there? Bring Mark back or at least his way of doing things. Until then, we're going to Chattanooga from now on. As far as all the other employees there, they're great. It's the management we're upset with and their post sale people.

I will always do my business with Adesa. They have fantastic staff and work well with customers. Their broad selection in automobiles is another huge perk.
