I was having some issues getting my family van started, thinking I had battery problems but after getting a new battery, I was informed that it was indeed my starter. Long story short, I brought my van to One Way and had it fixed. The vehicle made it home but wouldn't start again. I spoke to Chris and explained the situation. He made it right for sure! He promptly had it towed back to One Way, fixed the issue, called me and had it fixed the next day. I was a little hesitant that I was in deep water but his excellent customer service was resolved correctly in the end. I didn't have to pay for towing, he answered my calls, I didn't get ghosted, and my van was fixed. I would recommend him and his services again because in the end, he made everything right for me!

Great place and Great prices and most of all Great employees especially Chris Carr. He done a great job A++++ with my starter. I recommend anyone that needs a starter rebuilt or alternator done.

Absolutely Excellent! Super fast repair and extremely great customer service! I will use from now on and recommend One Way to anyone looking for starter or alternator repairs! I had my starter rebuilt in less than one business day and they saved me no less than $150.00! Plus a two year warranty!

I had Boones Creek Alternator rebuild a generator for me. When I cranked it up it roared and vibrated like crazy. They didn't want to fool with me. I called Chris at One Way. Not only did he fix it, he had it back to me in less than 24 hours. I can't say enough good things about him. I'll definitely be going back to him. Great company!

Just wanted to share my story about Oneway Manufacturing (Alternator Repair) in Elizabethton Tennessee August 2023After spending two full days trying to track down my Truck problem, I had talked to several mechanics, returned new alternators and as a last resort I was led to OneWay manufacturer. I was patient as Chris talked with a customer and then he addressed my needs. He was kind to inspect and check my recently purchased alternator from Autozone and said it was good. I then shared everything we had tried from two alternators, checked fuses, everything we knew to do but nothing was working. I was pleasantly surprised when Chris took a genuine interest in my situation and gave me two things to try. When I returned home, I was quick to take his advice and took my findings to him. He was certain that it was a main fuse. I had brought my blade type fuse and he took it from my hand to inspect it himself. Even though we had tested it, he took it apart to discover the problem inside the fuse. Then he went a step further and said, I can fix this if you ll give me five minutes. I was so impressed that I asked him to rebuild my original Toyota Alternator. He said, You don t have to do that, you have a new one that works . His price was surprisingly more than fair, he did a great job in two days and I wanted to have his handiwork installed on my truck after all that he had done. I installed and started the truck right up, Problem solved. Chris went above and beyond my expectations to help solve my problem and he has won my business. I've been here a few times to have both alternators and starters rebuilt. I could purchase rebuilt from a variety of auto parts stores in town, but I would rather give my money to a small business owner that does quality work. I believe his rebuilds come with a two year warranty, but I would verify that with the business. I haven't had to return anything and they're working as expected.

Great service. I have had my alternators and starters rebuild. They do a really great job and don't charge a lot. That means a lot today. If anyone needs to have their Alternator or your Starter Rebuild I would highly recommend One Way Alternator & Starters.

Very thankful I came here to get my starter rebuilt. I was treated with kindness and was given a fair price for the work done - which unfortunately is hard to find this these days. I highly recommend One Way! Saved me a huge headache

I have been taking my cars to this shop for a while now, Chris is always very nice and he has the best prices and his work is always 5*. He's a small town guy that does honest good work for half the price of the big name shops, low prices high quality work. Great place!! Ill always take any car of mine here. Highly recommend!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I had my alternator rebuilt here came with a warranty and all. But alternator was still not charging after he had rebuilt it. I took it to a mechanic for them to tell me alternator was bad still so I took it back to One Way Alternators to get it fixed because it should of been covered under his warranty which is really just his word. But he would not fix it claimed it was good and it was a different problem I was having. So needless to say I had to Buy a new alternator today. You get what you pay for.!

A boat I was working on had a bad starter. To replace it with a new one was over 800 dollars. I took it to these people and they fixed it with a warranty for under 200. Quick and easy. Will use them again!

My Alternator caught on fire while I was driving, Chris listened to my panic attack and explained why it could've happened and what he'll try and do before the car was even at the shop. The patience and professionalism of this man. He finished the repairs about 3 days later and the the price was fair and the car runs smoothly. Definitely taking all my cars there.

Best place to get your car worked on, Chris is an awesome honest guy, with good prices, we've been taking our cars here for a while now and every time it's the same as the last great service! I tell everyone about him if they need car repairs. Go check him out you will not be disappointed!

Awesome. Will come here for as much as I can. My car needed an alternator and a new one was over $200. He rebuilt my alternator and put it back in for less than that. Then I needed brakes and rotors. I took it to the shop i usually deal with... They were going to charge me $550 for front brakes, rotors, and drums. Then they were going to charge me another $200 to put an axle boot on. I took it here and he charged WAYYYY less. Like 1/5 the price.

Actually someone who done what they said. From taking in my vehicle to telling me when it would be done and doing the work for a more than a reasonable price. Could not ask for anymore.

Chris is a great guy. Does great work. If you need a starter or Alternator let him rebuild it. He is cheap and you are buying a rebuild one if you get it at a parts store. There not new. Serious save your self some money

I just got a starter rebuilt here and the guy is very friendly he had to fix it twice for me and didn't give me any problems fixing the issue the 2nd time I recommend this place if you need your starter or alternator fixed

This will be the only place for me for alternators and starters from now on. Cris rebuilt my Kia alternator today in 1 hour and it was only $45 dollars. It's usually 150 and up to buy one even refurbished. as far as mechanics goes Richie Harris in Martin's creek erwin is 1 of my best friends if Chris can't fix it.
