Want to get cussed out? Come to Skyline!! If I could give less than 1 star I WOULD. Whit is the rudest, most disrespectful man I ve ever had to do business with. He LITERALLY cussed me out when I asked a simple question about pricing. He would ALWAYS rush me off the phone. He was never in a good mood. He is just a sad, rude, grouchy man. You would think a small town mechanic shop would have small town manners. Nope! VERY disappointed in these people. I wish you could do business with the mechanics. At least they were kind. Do NOT spend your money here. Such a waste of your good earned money. This is the first bad review I ve ever given-and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Nobody deserves to be treated the way Whit treats people.

Just be aware: when Whit tells you to "come on in, we'll look at it and (I will) let you know if you need (said part)", he really means that for $89 he will look at your vehicle, not perform service. I did tell him that he did not advise me it would cost to look at it and his response was "my bad". This could just be my naivity, but when I'm planning to get a vehicle repaired, I don't expect to pay to get an estimate to get it repaired. On a side note, his estimate was more than double the cost of one of the local shop's estimates. The importance of shopping around and asking "dumb" questions, ie., "Is there a charge for this"? Just don't want anyone else to have their vehicle held for inability to pay when they aren't advised up front of the cost.

I was stranded over 100 miles from home. I called and Joe told me come on and he would see if he could help fast.Unfortunately my car needed major repairs but Joe was at least empathetic and tried to help me find someone to help.Thank you for the efforts Joe. None of the other places I called would even give me the time of day... just stated sorry we are 2 weeks out.Folks like Joe give me hope for our industry.

Super friendly people, who are excellent at what they do. Even though there was a slight mix up in ordering my part, they made sure that I was able to pick up my car the same day. When I was informed of the mix up, I inquired as to what time they closed(thinking that I wouldn't be getting my car back until the next day), however, I was kindly and quite friendly told, that they would NOT be closing until my car was repaired. AND the price was an added bonus. I did inquire, prior to going there, to a few people in regards to their business, and, was informed that they did quality work, and they did. I would recommend their service for auto repairs. I will be returning, if and when a need arises.

I came here for the first time and went to get a oil change. The receptionist was very Kind. Price was great. Got out in a timely manner. So you can imagine as a young working adult I was thrilled to have a place to come back to for my car needs. Unfortunately the next day my engine check light came on. I thought I left my gas cap lose but after I got home from work I checked under the hood and found a wire cut. I asked a family member that is a mechanic and he told me it could have been a rat or something but after seeing where it was there no way that was the case. And you could clearly tell it was done with scissors. So now I am paying $200 for the wire that I hoped I could just reattach. I need a whole new piece. So would definitely not recommend to anybody.

While traveling cross country, helping move family from SC to Oregon, pulling a U Haul, the fuel pump went out. By the time we were able to get towed to Skyline Auto Care it was 4:30 PM on Friday. The guys were getting ready to close shop. The owner/manager was able to find a replacement part and the crew stayed late to get it installed and get us back on the road. They could have made us wait until Monday when the shop reopened. I'm so grateful for the excellent service and professional care they gave us. If I lived closer Skyline Auto Care would be my forever go-to shop. Love you guys!!

So rude I called for something I personally could fix for less than $100 on my own I am just really busy with work so wanted to see how much it would cost he said over $1,300 and I said no thank you it s not worth that to pay them to fix (when I can do it for less than $100) and The car value isn t even worth $1,300 for a tune up I just need 4 spark plugs. he said well I bet you didn t think about that when you bought the car. Excuse me. Just because I am a woman doesn t mean I can t fix it and I don t need you to tell me I should of thought about it before I bought the car that s none of your concern. Bad customer service I will NEVER go here! I d rather drive to Nashville! I ll take my business elsewhere!

This place needs to be shut down, every employee is a drug addict, carla is a liar and the worst person you could ever put on a phone to a customer, ignorant, unknowledable, and rude. Had them do exhaust work ( and they know exactly who I am ) charged me a high price, for horrible work, I had 3 exhaust leaks or more took them three days to give me a time to come in, in which that point I was lied to repeatedly and was told by whitt that he did the work only he could fix it what kind of idiotic thing to say is that, there arent any other mechanics that can do exhaust in your dumpy disgusting auto shop? , a bunch of crooks. Do not go here.

Bad experience. My husband was out of town or he would have done the work himself. New to Dickson, I took my Ford Ranger here. They charger me $350 to change the starter. For a part that cost under $90 and takes 10 minutes to install. Really??? Also a few months later the truck did a similar behavior again and very it was a bad battery connector. So I wonder if my starter was even bad after all.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !!!! Especially if you are a woman!! Whitt and Todd are the RUDEST and most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have EVER dealt with. I paid for my A/C to be fixed, only they never fixed it! They claimed they did, but clearly that was a LIE !! When I went there to speak to them about the guaranteed fix I was promised, they proceeded to yell and scream obnoxiously at me, and bully me out of their shop. I'll save you the time, trouble, and money now. DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE !!!!!!

We called ahead.. Put rite in. Was treated with respect. Very knowledgeable and parts were delivered pronto. Even had a sticker discount. I'll tell people about it.

High integrity auto repair shop. I wound up broke down and stranded and Skyline was ready to help in any way possible. Would use again for basic maintenance or more involved repairs. Thanks!
