Wonderful service from the moment you walk in until the job is finished! My Subaru suffered a bad injury with a metal gate and now it looks picture perfect! Nice people and great auto body technicians! Highly recommend!

People were very nice, but work was very poor. I had to go back three times with issues! They resolved them.... But the work should have been done right the first time.

If I could give a zero I would, their service is horrible. They illegally let someone sign my moms title to her car after her passing and Lisa is extremely rude! They have a worker who is known for stealing vehicles and has a horrible record and on probation in two county s for theft!

I just needed some push pins for a bumper, and the staff was super helpful in helping me identify the proper pins and they were willing to sell me the pins from their stock. I will be there again if I damage my vehicle. I have seen a few cars that a buddies of mine had, and they do good work.

This is a horrible business, they illegally let their workers sign their name to others titles! They have a worker mike who has a auto theft in Lafayette over a truck and theft in Ashland city and on probation in both counties! He signed a title to a friend of mine who had passed away and when Lisa was contacted about it she was very rude and just horrible to speak with! If I could give zero stars I would!

Did a fantastic job on repairing my truck after being hit by a deer. A few things were beyond their abilities to diagnose and repair, but referred me to dealership for those issues. They were easy to work with and phone calls were always answered.

I go here every time someone hits my car. Joel's took care of my car and I always get it back looking new again. They are honest and don't take forever to get your vehicle fixed. Only place I ever go.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. The staff and owner are some of the most incompetent people that I have ever had to do business with. The never kept in contact with me on how long it would take to fix. When asked they said 7 business days. It took them 29 days!! I received a call from the owner stating my car was ready to pick up. When I arrived to pick it up, it was no where to be found. I, naturally, started to panic because to me it seemed as if the car had been stolen. Apparently, someone was suppose to call me to inform me that the car was in fact not ready to be picked up and was taken to a different location. Once I picked the car up, the tailight was out. When I got home to check the bulb, the staff forgot to replace the broken light from the accident. I would rather learn how to repair a car from YouTube then to take it to Joel's again.

A friend had their car pulled here after she wrecked it. They were super nice about letting her leave her car there. Unfortunately, they don't always have a wrecker available.

I have had Joel's do body repair on multiple vehicles and have been pleased every time. They do a great job with body work and paint matching, even on my 15 year old pickup that someone ran into.

I had a 2020 Nissan Altima where the rocker panel was damaged. Joel showed up and showed out when he repaired the damages. My car looks like it came off the showroom floor. You can t even tell that he repaired the damages. Thank you so much.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

very poor work quality,not standing behind his workman ship.....I started out having my trucks body work done and door fixed before have a full body wrap put on it..Had a problem with the door after the wrap was put on and they where to busy to fix it...So I took it to another Body shop to have it fixed the 2nd time...Now had a problem with the Body wrap,they pull the wrap off to replace it and can not put it back because the prep work on the truck was not done correctly,contacted Joel and ask what he could do to help me with getting it ready for the wrap to be put back...Offered to pay him ,but ask him to work with me and be fair to me on a good price for the 2nd time having the same work done again,and Joel told me he was not going to work it at all...I have had other body shop look at it to get it fixed and they say the same thing,that the work was not done properly..Now having it done by another shop and its costing more money to fix his mess-up than it should have cost ....I Would never go back or send anybody the his place to have any work to be done

They treat their costumer's like family very perlite and friendly and do a nice job on your vehicle plus if you are on disability they try to help so if you need tow service or vehicle body repair check them out
