Any time I go into Advance Auto I'm always greeted with a polite hello and asked what I need help with, but the last time I went I needed to get my alternator checked and the fellow that checked it for me was so very nice and gave me some tips for some other things I was curious about on my vehicle and then he noticed that my battery wasn't properly secured and I had mentioned my children earlier in our conversation and he went out of his way to make sure it was bolted down properly and tightened my battery cables as well! I'm awful with names so I can't actually mention his name. But I really appreciate his extra effort to take care of what I needed

I went in to buy Antifreeze. Car was dangerously overheating. Advance Auto Parts -- the best part is the people. After purchasing an employee assisted with taking the 3 items to car. He opened and carefully began filling the product to car. He checked to see if I had the heat turned on; which I did . I remarked on his fingernails. They were the most clean that I'd seen on an Auto parts clerk. I will return to this store for parts and service. Thank you. I rated 4 only because No one is perfect but he was pretty damn close. I appreciate the courtesy.

These guys always treat me well. However, when my daughters go in there, they aren't very helpful to them, and they are the ones who need the most help. This was shocking to me as they always treat me so well. It may be guys I never see that work a different shift, or it may be because I'm a 45 yo man that knows what he's talking about and my daughters are 17 and 19 and don't know anything. I really wanted to give them a five until the other day when they wouldn't help my girls....

I had workers opened the door for me going in the store. Right when I walked in a young man helped me instantly found what I called for and went outside to help me out. Excellent workers and friendly service definitely will be back.

I went to Advance Auto Parts today. I needed a brake light and new windshield wipers. Cody assisted me. He was very helpful! He took the time to install the wipers and the light for me. I really appreciated that!!

How awesome! Came in to buy a low beam bulb - but THEY installed it free and worked with me til it was right! I LOVE excellent customer service! Thank you!

I prefer this place over autozone or O'Reilly. Staff is always helpful with battery issues, headlights or windshield wipers. They can do a battery testing, starter testing all for free. They have a battery charging station inside that is free as well.

I was an employee here, an RPP "in training" I was discriminated against. It was the purest form of bigotry even seen and an on going investigation through corporate. These kids who work here know next to nothing about vehicles, theres no requirement for automotive knowledge to work here.Anyone can work here that meets the requirements.The requirements being :Bow down to the AGM and turn your head to his racist and snide remarks.Apologize for things you didn't doDisregard the AGM anger issue (AAP should offer anger management)And UPSALE UPSALE UPSALE.When you go in there to buy a battery, watch them try to sell you a "battery protection kit" which all it does is keep corrosion down. Here's a way to do that for 1 cent, tape/glue a penny to the terminal.They would try to sale an Eskimo ice cubes, they will tell you anything to sale you something. Next time you go, gather some knowledge and see if they can answer your questions, I bet they can't.AAP its self isn't a bad company but this group of Goons is.They care nothing about customer service and even the AGM will admit it.

Most of the time.. they have the part's that I need and they also check to see if they can give me the lowest price.. like in the sale paper they have.!

Usually a good place to go for auto parts but the last couple times I've waited 10 minutes or more to be checked out.

They couldn't cross reference a filter. AutoZone didn't have it in stock, but did find a WIX number.
