They were quick but did not check the air in my tires very well. My tires were three to five pounds under pressure when I left.

Bought 4 new tires here about 2 and half months ago had an alignment issue and front passenger tire wore heavy on the outside took forever to get in somewhere to have alignment went to wall mart today to have tires rotated and guy took little tool and stuck in tread and said walmart wouldn't allow them to do anything but put a new tire on I have bought tires at walmart forever and brought in some unbelievable tires to have rotated and never had any questions asked it was towards the end of the day and I'm pretty sure the fellow was more interested in chatting with the young lady from New York that I had to be a little rude and interrupt to even have some one speak to me. Just wanna update my review it is 10/4/23 and just got back from tire center arrived at 4:45 there and a man came storming out throwing his arms in the air angry we rolled down the window he threw his arms out and said yes in an angry voice we stated we would like to by 2 tires and he said not gonna happen today and angrily walked awayService: Tires

There were gouges in my rims next to where they pried off the weights with a screwdriver it looked like and there were 5 chips in the on the face of the rim that went there when I drove up. Also, it took 2 hours with only one car in front of me.

Asked to get my tire patched and they plugged it. Said 20min, ended up being 45

I went to buy a car battery and around 8:40 am and they said they didn't have the key to unlock them that only two people have a key. The auto service opens at 7:00am but you cannot buy a battery until someone with a key comes to work

I hate to be the person that complains, but we spent way too long here. We had to get 2 tires put on. We called ahead and the lady said it should take 45 minutes. We waited 45 minutes before they even pulled our car up to put the tires on. Then it took another hour and 15 minutes before we got to leave. We spent 2 hours here. The tire tech took way too long to do his job. They need more help back there because it shouldn t have taken that long. We won t be back for anything automotive related.

Needed an oil change. I didn't have time to wait but they had me done in about 15 minutes. Didn't expect them to be on it that fast. They were all smiles and I actually left in a good mood. Thanks a bunch Dayton tn. Walmart auto center. Will definitely be coming back.

I was told I needed a new tire or my tire would blow. My car is 2 years old. The guy told me that I had to have been driving on low pressure for a long time when my car has a sensor in it and it had only been on low pressure for 2 days so I got the new tire and now my car is wobbly. I definitely will not return.

I am good with there service. But Wal-Mart has some crazy policy when it comes to tires. As long as your are staying within one size of your tires you will be fine. But anymore than that they will not touch it.

The service was quick, friendly, and reliable. I felt confident in the products and the care I was given and will visit again in the future. The mechanics and tire department associate's were knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

They ended up not having the cheap tires that I ordered, but instead made up for it and gave me more expensive tires for the price that I paid for the cheaper ones.The manager Danielle was very nice and helpeful and so was the other workers I dealt with .Service: TiresService: Tires

This this Walmart was responsible of my mother having brain damage when they put a small sign in front of the registers and my mother tripped over it somebody from Walmart ran and grabbed the sign before anybody could get a picture of it and didn't offer any help at all other than a few women that came by as bystanders My parents treated every one of those employees like their own children it's a shame in this world and these times that they won't reach out to my parents to help them with my mother's brain damage due to a bad fall and they're neglect I refuse to ever go back in that store again!!! No one seems to work in automotive dept. I say this because I can never find anyone that claims to work in that dept even when they are behind the automotive counter and at that cash register ,, I was told " sorry dude this ain't my department " and than he told me " nah dog I can't page nobody" as he walked away ,,, well congrats young man I am buying my tires somewhere else ,, I know that my piddly Ole $500 tire money is not even a drop in the bucket for the Walmart stock holders but it takes me a long while to save that money up and ill take my "chump change" as he said elsewhere

If I could've rated it a zero I would've. The people that work at the Dayton Walmart Tire Center are the laziest and most non working people I have ever seen. Very slow, disrespectful, rude, and only want to sit and get paid while not working. A discrace to Walmart. They might as well close the tire center or get new employees back there.

These people damaged my oil pan looks like someone made a mistake and just tried to cover it up I've owned my vehicle for several months and the only place I took it to get the oil changed was at the Cleveland TN Wal-Mart location and the dayton TN location. These employees need more training the customer service was unorganized unprofessional I am very disappointed and out of $478.00 for a new oil pan and installation I am a single father and I rely on my vehicle to keep food on the table and this was money that I did not have to spare I just hope this company understands how a lack of training can be very costly and how it can affect there customers safety and finances I would not recommend this location to anyone

$20 just to change my flat tire and I already have a new one 9$ just to balance and rotate it and 10$ to take the flat off and put the new one on that I own and they don't answer the phone I had to call a couple times

Drive a 2002 auto purchased new have only purchased tires , batteries for the vehicle at Walmart , this is 17 years of the best service in Texas , Tennessee and south Carolina, thanks!!

If I could have given a zero I would have. We were turned away and hour before closing. He said he didn't have time and there was no outer customers there. He was very disrespectful and rude. Do not go here!!!!!

I like being able to get my oil changed for a good price while I do my shopping. Appreciate it. And they do a good job.

It might be take a bit, BUT you cannot beat there warranty's. Any trouble, just think how many Walmart Center's there are all over the country !!!

Been on the phone trying to get in touch with the auto depart for 45 minutes. Not good for the customer service.
