The service was excellent thing above and beyond trying to find my tire. I checked around several places for this particular tire and found that their prices were very comfortable if not one of the lowest. My car was ready when they said it would be. Overall it was a great experience

Ronnie will definitely take care of anyone that walks through the business doors. He was up front with issues and cost. He even told me of a few smaller issues that were present and would eventually need some TLC, but you could tell it was simply for my knowledge/safety and not to just add to the repair list.He also installed a set of tires while making repairs to the engine. I came in with a low tire on a rental vehicle and Ronnie took very good care of me. The vehicle was missing the lug nut key so they contacted Enterprise and were told to replace all tires. It was a great experience and will definitely return for my personal vehicle service.

Highly recommend. Mr. Ronnie was very kind and helpful. I called in one morning right as they opened and Mike was super nice! I was able to bring my car right on in and get my fluids checked right when I got there. We use them for our business vehicles as well. Great group of really nice guys. Very professional!

I went into triple T to get a price on new tires and brakes for my sons truck. I talked with Mr. Ronnie Bryson, and he was the best. He went above and beyond to help us find the tires we wanted to put on our truck. Mr. Ronnie went over all of our options and had our truck ready to go in under two hours. Great place. Bought new tires and they had them the very next day. Put em on and had it ready in about 30 minutes. A couple weeks later one kept going flat on me. Took it back. They pulled a nail from it and patched it and didn t charge me anything. And it only took about 10 minutes. Very satisfied with their performance and definitely will be coming back to get other stuff I need done. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. Thanks guys!Service: Tires

I took in some new 3- wheeler tires I bought online to have them mounted. These guys are one of the only places in town who mount smaller tires like 3 and 4-wheeler, lawnmower, etc... They did a great job at a reasonable price.. It's a new company starting a NEW business, so it amazes me that I read a couple of reviews complaining because they didn't rotate tires bought from Co-,op for FREE... WHY would they even do that?? However, as a goodwill gesture, I did see where they honored Co-ops rotation if the customer had other work done ... You can't beat that, so for the ones expecting free, free, free, you need to live in the real world, like the rest of us... I'll be stopping by this week to get some more zero-turn lawnmower tires mounted, I expect nothing less that their normal great service.. Thanks Triple T..Service: Tires

I am glad that I was introduced to triple tires and auto service in Covington Tn. because this gentleman name Ronnie Bryson was great he always pleasant and friendly and he does the best he can to try to make his customers happy..One day my car was giving me trouble and he said don't worry ma'am i will take care of it for you and thank God he did. The other men are great as well. But Mr. Bryson goes above and beyond. This is by far the best car care place I have EVER been to. They are nice, friendly, and honest. I was quoted $600 by Firestone to replace my strut mounts, took it here to get a second opinion because I have heard so many great things, and they told me that what not the problem. They fixed what was really wrong and only charged $185. Saved me a lot of time and money. They even pick up your car and drop it off. Could not be happier and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!!

Triple tire and auto service will not honor Co-Op warranties.That is not the way to start a business in Covington.I will go elsewhere for my car car care needs and I would be wary of doing business with a company that starts out this way.In response to the reply below. Businesses CAN buy the warranties and honor them. So no, your comparison does not apply.Also, these ratings are from the previous business... you seem to have no problem letting them bolster your ratings--very deceiving.

I took my company car there on April 19th of this year with a popping noise in the front left wheel. They put an axle in it. I took it back on June 2 with the exact same noise. They told me it had a problem with the axle and I had to take to the dealership. Obviously they did not want to stand behind their work or try to fix the problem.

Filled out an online form for a quote on a set of tires that was on their website..after two weeks with no response I chose to call about tire prices and fees for mounting and balancing but nobody bothered to answer the phone..I suppose they're not needing any business because they lost mine...

Tried to call 5 times hung up on every time. Gave up.listen to hold music then just hang up so they obviously don t want my money
