They do good work in a short time. Extremely friendly and courteous. They even give out waters. It s the pedicure of oil changes. That being said, they re not the cheapest. At $100 for a synthetic high mileage change, I can t change it as often as I prefer. If you can afford it, I highly recommend it.

Went to the one on Germantown Parkway next to Tropical Smoothie for an oil change and WE WERE WONDERFUL!! Very professional and very polite. They also got me in and out as quickly as they could. Totally returning for future oil changes.

Quick and efficient. Usually there is somewhat of a wait and I was luck to catch them at a slower time. They asked the appropriate questions and didn t push too much. Very communicative and professional. Will be back.

My experience at Take 5 Oil Change yesterday on Germantown Pkwy was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable of their job. Young man name Erin took very good care of my work on my Jeep. He knew what he was doing and always had a smile. Love the way the Supervisor walk around making sure his workers were always on their toes!! Loved my experience!!

I wish I could give 10 stars. All the guys were so great! They are so polite and I love that they are conversational to pass the time. They gave me water and made sure I was comfortable. They explained every step of what I needed and what the best options were for me. They were fast and communicative with their process and I admire how well they work together! My favorite location!

The workers were all generous and had a positive attitude. They were nice, friendly and hospitable people. AJ, Ronnie, Brandon and Derrick were very helpful and kept me up with what was going on. Very cool people and respectful.

Jack at Discount Tire referred me to Take 5. So glad he did! The guys were so nice and friendly, helpful and gave excellent service. Happy customer and will return! A+... Thank you, Take 5 guys!!

I went here after the snow last week, at the time we had a light rain-sprinkle. After I pay my $21 for a wash, I m then informed the vacuums aren t on. I feel as though I paid for full service and didn t get it. I had to find other vacuums around town and pay extra for it. Very disappointed!! I went to Take5 because I was so impressed you got a wash and a vacuum and I didn t get it. :-/

I went to Take 5 on a Saturday morning. It was a bit of a wait, of course, but not bad. All of of the staff was very friendly and hard-working. They did a great job. I will be returning.

I had a real bad experience at another place, two weeks earlier. They did not replace a plastic plug and it was leaking oil. They did not bolt up my undercarriage slide bar real good, and it started dragging. But your guys change the oil change the antifreeze and took care of me perfectly. I was very happy with the experience and will be back.

Customer service was on point, definitely more than I expected for a drive-thru oil change. They even aired up a flat tire for a car they could not service. The wait was about 30-40 min to get into the bay. After they put in all my info, they didn t have my oil filter, which is the only reason I didn t give them 5 stars. They still washed my windows and put air in my tires. I will try them again sometime

Fantastic and easy service, and probably the fastest oil change I ve ever had at one of these drive thru places! I ve gone to Take 5 before out of state and had great experiences at both locations. They have very friendly workers and they explained every thing simply without making me feel like I needed to add another service, which almost never happens when I go to maintenance my car alone.Services: Tires, Oil change

Great service by the staffl. I enjoyed hearing them all communicate to each other, entertaining and professional at the same time. Pricing is reasonable and I wasn't pressured into buying extras I didn't want. Overall great experience and I will definatley recommend.

Every Take 5 location I ve been to, in state or out, has always been an amazing experience. The workers are so friendly, professional, and quick. I ve never felt pressured to add on anything extra I didn t need and as a young female, I appreciate never feeling that way because taking care of your car can be pressuring for young women. Almost every location I ve always seen and talked to the manager on site. Yesterday I was first in line and a couple cars pulled up after me. When the truck in another lane pulled out after his service, the manager came over and had all the other cars move so I could be next for my service since I pulled in first. That s great customer service! I will continue to go to Take 5 for my oil change! Amazing business :)Service: Oil change

All of the gentlemen were extremely nice and attentive. The guy with locs gave me an ice cold water as soon and I pulled up which was a plus and much appreciated. The guy with the purple contacts and black nails was extremely welcoming and talked me through the entire process. The entire experience was more than excellent.

Brandon had good customer service.Very long wait for an oil change. I arrived and two associates walked across with pizza in their hand and seemed to be a shift change. There were three guys left to attend to four cars. Two worked and one shadowed (Lee). Another car arrived and Lee was very attentive with that customer and seemingly forgot what order the rest of us arrived. 1.5 hr wait and oil change. I ll be sure to ask next time if arriving mid shift change.Service: Oil change

Great customer service! Everything is taken care of without me worrying if it's done right! Beyonce helpful! They changed my air filter! I didn't even know there were air filters! Fresh clean air! Couldn't ask for more!!!

I really like this particular location. They always have the essentials for my diesel truck oil change (unlike many other service companies). The staff is efficient in their processes, they are friendly throughout the visit, and they are professional in their care for me and my truck. I was impressed with the greeting, service, honesty, and professionalism of the employees! They were also very thorough in checking the items listed for examination. I will definitely be returning to Take 5 !
