I would not recommend this Meineke. They installed a part on my car that I did not need and charged me over thousand dollars. My check engine light came on so I took the car in and told them want I thought the issue was. I m not mechanic so I thought they were going to check the car out. I thought the catalytic converter was the problem. It turned out that they just went with what I said. To make a long story short I let them do the work and they charged me $1,150.86. Later that day my check engine light came back on so I took the car back. The guy at the front desk said he was going to have someone check my car out. After about fifteen minutes guy came in and told me he erased the error code and everything was now okay with my O2 sensor and converter. When he saw I was not going for that he said I properly needed an O2 sensor. He tells me to drive it and if the check engine light comes back on bring the car back. Anyone knows that if an engine light come on you cannot erase the problem away. The light will come back on. I definitely had an issue with this. Then the guy changed his story to say his muffler guy was out, so if the light come back on bring the car back Monday. I left the shop and before I got home the light was back on. I m going to report them to the better business bureau. I going to take my car to a mechanic who know how to diagnose engine problems.

The experience always great! Prices and estimates are reasonable. But I never receive the discount coupons on oil changes or new.brakes. My address and phone number are on file. If I can receive these discounts/ coupons in the mail like my other family members I would greatly appreciate this with me being a long time loyal customer. Thanks

Meineke car care centre is reliable, fast and effective in their service offer. Great customer service, easy to use systems ( They offered me financing and it took less than 5 minutes to be approved). I strongly recommend them for your car needs!!

Outstanding Customer Service . I took my truck to meineke because it was trying to run hot. They diagnosed my truck and it was the water pump. They completely worked with me on the price that I was able to pay. Fixed my truck fast and it s running great. Dave and Ronni were so nice and really help me. I will always bring my cars here. Thanks so much. I wish I could give you all 50 stars.

I have been going to this shop for the past 6 months. They are incredibly professional and honest. Another significant item to note is their quality of work is impeccable. When they replaced my exhaust system with performance parts, not only were they in stock and installed same day, but the mounting brackets and welds were incredibly clean! Had my rear suspension repaired a few months later and they even offered me premium parts! And yes, they were in stock and installed same day. Most shops will try to swindle their customers with part prices and labor at an astronomical cost because some customers don t know the difference, but not these folks. Their part prices and labor hours are very spot on. Would highly recommend this place to family, friends, and anyone else needing fair and honest quality work done to their vehicles.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system replacement, Brakes, Oil change

If I could give this place 20 stars I would, first off when you walk in you re instantly treated like family, they get straight to the point and my car feels like it s riding new again. Plus I found a new place to change my oil they are sweet, honest , and go the extra mile for you. Thank you Guys!! Will be back soon for an oil change

Never ever ever go here for brakes!!!!!!! I went 6 years without needing brake service. They were beginning to squeal so I took my car to Cordova Meineke, paid a thousand dollars for brakes and rotors, now 18 most later I have to take my car somewhere else bc this is thr FIFTH time I have had issues with my brakes since getting them changed at Meineke. I've taken my car back to them each time until now. I've had enough. I don't trust them and I have children that ride in my car that I worry for their safety. They also stole myvwheel lock key. Each time I took my car back to them "it was under warrenty but I still had to pay labor." It's either a ploy to make more off labor or they are using old parts.

Dave was a really cool guy and provided a lot of information about what repairs were needed and what was not. Gave a reasonable estimate of the time it would take and finished within that time for the price quoted without finding additional issues. Dave, Jello and Ronnie best customer service ever. I loved the experience. They communicated every step. They advised me of all issues with the vehicle. They gave me payment options. Service was fine. the beaks work. I did not catch the SMALL PRINT and was miss led on the coupon 50% / 51% OFF break job.On a $524 break job I got a -$58.oo discount on break pads.Then total FEES added +$39.69???

My good friend used this company and they deleted his review so this is my friends review. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They do not stand by their work. As you can tell below, I was very kind in my reviews of this location. But as I found out, Mr Whitt and Meineke do not stand by their work. On 5/2/22 I got my brakes changed here drove it straight home and parked in my garage and didn t drive again until 5/7. I drove to my nieces birthday party and my tire and rim came off my truck while I was driving. This caused a lot of body damage to my truck and nearly a thousand in mechanical damage. Less than 500 miles after getting my brakes done, my tire came off and Mr Whitt decided he s not a man of honor. Meineke corporate told me that if the franchise owner wouldn t address it, they couldn t either. So neither have any honor. Sadly, Mr. Whitt admitted to me he had left the lug nuts off a vehicle before and had a tire fall off. So it appears as though this is a recurring issue. Oh and meineke corporate hung up on me when I asked why they weren t stepping up to address the issue.

Dave and the team here are simply amazing. I booked an appointment here to have a second opinion on a full brake job I had at another Memphis shop in January which I have been back twice with problems. Despite being busy, Dave took the time to personally look at the car and explain/show me what the issue is. Although I am naturally disappointed about the other place and the problem (what they told me was incorrect and shady) I very much appreciated his time and energy to explain in detail. On top of all that, he pulled the car in and worked on the rotor to address the immediate problem and helped me understand what was going on. He was respectful and courteous when speaking of the other job as well, but was honest with me about the problem. After talking with the team here, it is obvious that they are trustworthy and stand up guys, and they all spoke very highly of Dave and stand behind his work and ethics. I will be using this shop moving forward for all my car care needs, and I feel confident knowing that it is in good hands. Thank you so much, Dave!

Reasonable in price. Did a good job on my vehicle. I personally tested it out my self. Will return to get more work done on my vehicle. The staff was probably the best portion of the entire service. They were very Responsive and alert to the stage or progress of my vehicle repair. They literally let you know what's going on as similar to a nurse telling step by step what medication they're giving you and why. I was extremely tired when I came to them after working a twelve hour shift and no one bothered me as I dosed off from time to time. Seemed as though it was a safe place to be because every time someone arrived all eyes were looking to see what's going on. I do the 7 baby steps so they worked with my cash budget to get my vehicle repaired, which is a major plus. I am keeping this place in mind whenever I need to get any vehicle repaired.

From the first call to check availability to the in shop experience my expectations were exceeded. From the front desk to the mechanics to the owner, I was made to feel that my repair need was a priority. The necessary repair was explained and the work was completed in a timely manner. Fast service. They get u in and out. Great job of keeping you updated on what s going on during your appointment. They also don t try to just look for sh*t to charge you for like a lot of other shops. Got my brakes and AC right. I appreciate it
