My low tire light came on and I went to my favorite tire store Firestone. I have been buying my tires here for over 10 years and they always take great care of me.I drove up and within 2 minutes a nice young man checked all my tires. Two of my tires need air and I was on my way.The employees at Firestone on Germantown Parkway are always nice, courteous, professional, and attentive.They are very knowledgeable about every aspect of tires, wheels and other things to keep my car running safely.They are the best and I trust them totally to keep my car safe with great reasonable price tires and so many other services.

I drove my Camry into a massive pothole and ruined my tire. I called Firestone and they hooked me up! I was in and out at a fantastic price. Thanks, John and Mike and everyone else at the Germantown Rd. location. You guys are all awesome!

I missed my appointment time, so I called the store and they told me to just bring my truck on in. I got there, registered and was on my way in short order. They called me in a couple hours and was done with my vehicle. I thought it was going to take much longer. They didn't try to sale unnecessary or un-needed fixes or replacements for my vehicle.

Very friendly, seems to very knowledgeable and they took the time to show what was needed to repair my vehicle so I didn't purchase something I didn't need.Made this appointment same day after one of the nearby Firestone couldn't see me for an appointment that I had made online the day before.

The Team there were extremely helpful, friendly without patronizing, and the wait time was very short. A different Firestone had put the wrong tire on the car and said they couldn't get the correct one. This Firestone had the tires, and corrected the mistake. Awesome.

I recently had my Cadillac SRX serviced and a bolt unknowningly caused the vehicle not to restart following my service. This occurred during the recent snow storm. The Team at Firestorm attempted multiples interventions that day to get the vehicle started. They evaluated my truck for several days. Walker communicated with my greatly and found the issue. Greg worked on trying to get solutions, and Rick was very pleasant. There were so many people involved, whose names I don t know. One gentleman missed church on the day of my service, and kept a pleasant attitude during the initial day of the ordeal. Thank God the issue was resolved, and He placed me with an automotive shop who cares. They were kind enough to address another issue they found with my fan, and though days and hours were spent on my vehicle, they discounted my service. Thank you all!Mrs. Avery

Made an online appointment for 1:00 for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades. When arriving, appointment initially not found. Finally found. Dropped car off at 11:00. Car not ready until 3:30. Tires not rotated due to wear and wiper blades not installed. Blades were installed when I arrived to pick up the car at an absurd price of $57 for 2 wiper blades. Not Fixed Right. Not Priced Right, and not Right on Time. 0 for 3

The team worked to get my vehicle to the back in a timely fashion. To my surprise, the technician was finished before the hour promised time. Every one on the team was very friendly and professional. Please allow for the tv to be on the news or about something related to cars, not on HGTV. Nothing against building or remodeling but don't want to see that the entire time of my wait. I stayed in the lobby area.

Time is money & they love to waste your time. I had a car accident and needed an inner & outer tire rod replacement, wheel alignment, & low control arm. Paid $1,500.00. They fixed it. Got my car back and it s making this loud squeaking noise that it wasn t making before they fixed it when i turn my wheel. It s very loud, I can hear it inside my car & outside my car. Thought that the axel or tire rod was super new and tight and just needed some driving to loosen it up. months go by it s still making the super loud noise. Had an appointment with them at 2pm just for them to look at. got there waited a whole hour just for them to tell me to reschedule and come back later because when you come late in the day like this we are closing up wasn t late in the day. it was 2pm and i had an APPOINTMENT. I had to leave school early just for this appointment. They didn t even look at my car the day that I had the appointment. I just want the noise to go away. I went back the rescheduled date for appt #2 at this point. Looked at it & told me that my left front axel is missing a boot & I needed a rack & pinion. I drove my car to firestone right after the wreck and it wasn t making that noise. So whatever they did caused it. If you re fixing the damages from the wreck involving my steering, why not fix the entire thing. When I brought my car up there they asked what I wanted fixed & told me everything that I needed done. I told them to fix everything that was broken down there from the accident. Did they remove my boot from the axel? Did they remove my rack & pinion so I would have to come back and spend more money. It s very unfortunate. Oh, and I also had to come out of pocket just for them to look at something that they messed up.

Horrible experienceDropped my car due to check engine light on. Told them the reason codes but they insisted they will do their own diagnosis and charge $150.00 . Full synthetic oil chnage is over $100. Full synthetic oil 5 quarts is $35.00 on Amazon oil filter is $8.00 and they charge $100 for that.Spark plugs 5356 IRD power spark plug, which is sold on Amazon for $8.99 is charged at $ 27.99 and ignition coils at $218.99 which costs$115.00 in the market. Sku # GN10730. Last time I went for brake inspection and they gave me an estimate of $1000 and I went for second opinion to.meineke and there half of the things they suggested were not needed. And my brake job was done in $300.00. People need to stand up and realize these people are taking hard working Americans for a ride. Charging 300% on parts and charging $150 labor charges. I mean who does that.

My fianc�e went for an oil change earlier this week. He got it replaced, it started to leaked, and the response we got from Firestone was a $400 fix. When we decided to fix it ourselves the oil we removed from our car (bring new oil Firestone supposedly replaced) has metal shavings in it. What????

Got my starter replaced same day, I was expecting a couple days minimum. I ended up paying $960 for a starter on my 2010 miata. Don't think I got a good price.Edit/AdditionDuring the snow emergency here in Memphis, Firestone remained open to be able to fix my engine troubles. I appreciate the fact they were open to help me out during such an inconvenient time for everyone.

Firestone has now gained a supporter for life because of the kindness shown to me from each and every member I encountered today! I was referred to this location because they had my tire in stock. Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles and kindness. I had been experiencing a crisis with my sick father and they were compassionate, prompt and efficient. Cannot thank everyone who helped today enough!

This review is specifically for the Firestone at 901 N Germantown PkwyCordova, TN 38018. The current manager is John Champion. He must be relatively new because this was my first time to deal with him.Let me begin by saying that I have been taking my cars to this Firestone for probably 15 years. In that time they have been easy to work with and they have done very good quality work.I dropped my car off a couple of weeks ago for an oil change. The manager, John Champion gives me a call and says they were damaging the oil drain plug trying to get it out, would I be okay with purchasing a new one. I said yes (it was around $12.00); that kind of damage is very common and I completely understood.I get a call back a little while later and it is John again. This time he tells me they can't get the drain plug out at all, and asks if he has my permission to use an impact tool on it. He wanted my permission because he said it might damage the oil pan. I had to ask a lot of questions and I finally got it from him that they wanted to use an impact chisel and that it would very likely damage the oil pan. He quoted me $1,000.00 to replace the oil pan if it was damaged.He was not forthcoming with information (I really, really had to dig to discover the impact "tool" was a chisel and not a standard impact "wrench") and he was extremely rude. He became angry at my questioning and constantly talked over me. I told him not to do the work.A couple of weeks later I finally had the opportunity to take it to another shop to see what they could do with it. They tapped on a 12-point socket that was a size to small (the plug was damaged by Firestone) then just twisted it off. No issues at all. I was in and out in 15 minutes.We are talking about removing an oil drain plug; doesn't get much simpler than that in the world of auto repair. In my opinion he was either trying to scam me or just simply incompetent. In any case I no longer trust this location to work on my cars and I feel strongly enough about it to advise others to avoid them as well.

I took my Rolls Royce to them to put a new tire on and in doing so they destroyed my air suspension causing $10,000.00 in damages and refused to take liability. Law suit will be filed tomorrow. The car worked perfect before I took it in and looked like this by the time I picked it up and got it home. BEWARE!!!

I were recommended to come to This Firestone (Cordova) to fix my Vehicle. And it turned out to be the best experience. Mr Jeff and Mr Greg helped me out with my Vehicle s Over heating Problem. They are very Knowledgeable and helpful besides of the Excellent Customer Service. Thank you Guys

Made an appointment to have a simple oil change and for my tires to be rotated. Was told multiple times that it wouldn t take any longer than an hour and I old went here instead of a quick oil change place because of needing my tires rotated. Ended up taking an hour and 45 min. I get these places are notorious for being late, but please don t give an estimated time like that when people have other obligations they need to get to. Save yourself the trouble and go to a 10 min oil change place.Service: Oil change

Went here to get a break check, and they made me wait 30 minutes even after I had scheduled an appointment with them. They checked it and told me 247 other problems wrong with my car and tried to hit me with a bill of over 3k! Remind you, I'm only here to get my breaks checked, and that's what I got, everything other than what I came from. Not to mention, the cashier was very rude, sitting there with a plate a spaghetti and desperately trying to sell me a credit card that I kindly declined multiple times. I just didn't have a good experience here, I didn't like the vibe or anything else. ZERO STARS FROM ME!!

This is a review from a long-time customer of this location who should have taken the other recent bad reviews to heart. The long version is below, but the short version is: I wish I had not come back here, there are other options literally right across and down the street.We have been coming to this location since 2016.This morning, we woke up to a flat tire on one of our cars. Typically, I am the one who handles all of the vehicle troubles for the family, but today I sat in our second car and waited for my husband to go in and explain the problem (as I had a toddler with me).Note: We have a tire warranty at the dealership, but since the tire was flat, we couldn't get it safely there without a tow, so Firestone it is (they have come through for us in similar situations in the past with this vehicle).When I called for a quote on the tire before bringing our vehicle in, they didn't seem to have any of my records on it in the computer, even though I have the receipt from our last visit there in the glove box.When my husband arrived, he told the guy we needed the flat replaced. The person who came out to see the car (which I was told later was the manager) said that they would do a full check of the vehicle, and call me (my husband left my number instead of his) with a quote before doing any actual work. This call never came.Instead, when I called about 4 hours later to check on the status of the quote, I was told that four tires had been completely replaced without our approval, to the tune of over $1,000 (for what would have been covered under my dealer tire warranty).When I asked why they did that without approval, the first person told me they called my husband, which isn't possible since he didn't leave his number. A second person I spoke with told me my husband approved it when he dropped it off, but I was sitting in the car right beside the vehicle we were leaving, listening to what was being said between my husband and the man who came out with him. My husband did not give his approval for 'any work needed', just the one tire and we would want a quote for anything else (since the alignment was brought up as a concern).When I called, I asked for the specific reason that the other tires were replaced, and was literally told that they "just replaced all four tires". No explanation about whether it was the tread, multiple flats, or anything.I was also quoted a different amount for the final price to pick it up, then what I was charged when I arrived.Staff on the phone seemed unwilling to really help resolve the issue, constantly referring to it as someone else's thing. Although the person who helped ring me up was slightly sympathetic.When looking over the sheet that I was given, I noticed that they also charged me for an alignment that I was not made aware of when I called to ask what was done (for an additional couple hundred bucks, of course).Firestone used to be the pinnacle of service and trust. It saddens me that this experience (for me, specifically) is what they've fallen to, and I wish I'd known that what should have been a few hundred dollar tire change could balloon to something much bigger before I came in.

Friendly service. The price pinched for my alignment and air check, but I think everything is expensive these days. I do appreciate their honesty. I thought I needed new tires and the gentleman explained to me that I didn't and the reason why my tires were slightly peeled. He could have easily told me I needed new ones and sold me some. I will definitely go back and recommend them.

I took my SUV in for a tire rotation for tires that I purchased at this location. I made an appointment online for 11 am and they pulled my truck in around 11:15 or so. took about 30 to 45 minutes because they found a nail in my front tire. I waited in the store in waiting area. They do not have a guest Wifi connection which I was surprised to see. They had a water dispenser but no cups. I asked for a cup at the counter and the rep said they didn't have any cups. No way to get the water without cups. At the end of the service they made some recommendations including changing my coolant, oil, and other items that I declined. I got home and noticed that my coolant level was on low. I'm surprised that nobody at Firestone told me that I needed more coolant. Glad I checked this before I got on the road. Overall, they got my tires rotated and front tire repaired. Just need to address some things to make this a good store. . The customer service was good overall and I have no complaints about that. Not a bad experience just a lot of opportunities for improvement to make this better for the customers.

I have been a valued Firestone customer for the past six years. Today is the last day I every use Firestone, so help me God. I had an appointment for my oil change at 8am and dropped off my daughter at school early to make my appointment time. In my hurry, I didn t realize I left my wallet with cards on my table, but I had my phone with contactless payment options with me. I was told they did not provide any contactless payment options, worse still, I couldn t drive my car home five minutes away to pick up my wallet. I even offered to leave my iPad (>$600) and office ID as collateral for this $150 oil change bill. The employees wouldn t budge. One of them even laughed at me. I regret taking my car to this firestone establishment. The service was average at best, and I don t feel like a respected valued customer.

I can truly say The staff here was amazing . Walker as well as everyone else there helped & cared about me from Day 1! This location goes above & beyond to help. My car completely almost put me down & instead of these guys trying to make a sale they reached above & beyond the limitations and got me rolling again! I can truly say these guys didn't know me from a guy off the street & went beyond what they're paid to do. The Team at this store is remarkable If it were my store I would do what it takes because these guys are Golden! I highly recommend this location! This is our new go to for business!

My experience here was amazing! I desperately needed 2 tires for my car and after calling 6 different tire shops, no one had it available. My husband called Firestone and talked to Rick and he was awesome! He got the tires shipped to this location the same day and the mechanics got them installed extremely quickly. 10/10 recommend!

Completely useless appointment booking process. If you show up here you are either going to wait 3 hours for simple service or not be seen at all. Set an appointment 4 hours prior only to walk in (after receiving no communication other than an email stating my appointment was received) and be told that my appointment was not approved. No one took the time to reach out and say they were busy after having taken my contact information. Terrible personnel management, and worse customer service skills. If you want to waste your time or receive no service at all, then this is the place for you! Why allow appointment bookings if there is literally no purpose in them? This get people in the doors and hope you have the people to handle it is an asinine way to do business. If you know you don t have the staff to take appointments, close the entire appointment booking or fill them with the customers you have in the doors already. Or call people to let them know that they can t be seen. It s pretty basic customer service seeing as they turned their computer to me to show me they had my appointment in the books, they just flat out refused to get it done. Don t waste your time or spend your money here.
