Take your vehicle here if you want to be treated fairly. Chris will explain things to you in a way that you understand and will be honest with you. Service can't be beat and I will take my vehicles here anytime I have issues. They will treat your vehicles like they are their own and you will be back on the road with confidence that everything is repaired correctly.

I was in an accident and new to this area so I don't know anyone. Was able to have my brought in and looked at the next day. A full write up on what would need to be fixed and what they can do. Also a great referral to a place that could do the body work. Went over everything with me so I could know and fully understood. I know where I can go for anything with my car and know that everything will be taken care of. Thank you, for the help during this time.

Chris has a very neat, clean, well organized shop and got my car in and out very efficiently. He replaced a couple of sway bar bushings so the car rides so much quieter now. He runs a good, honest business and will treat you right.

Chris is as transparent as it gets. I have been having issues with my vehicle for months. No one would tell me what the root cause of my problem was. Chris and his crew checked my vehicle out and laid it all out for me. He has been a blessing to me. I recommend his shop. They are friendly and very respectful.

Don't let the name of this business fool you, it's ran by an absolute scam artist, he "fixed all my issues" on a 4,500$ car, for 3K only to inform me when I picked up the vehicle that there was another 1700$ in repairs needed on the vehicle, he of course told me about this AFTER I paid, to top it all off, he replaced my rims with spare tire rims, to the point a tire shop wouldn't replace them because of the liability, the fact that anyone would run a business so underhandedly blows my mind. The icing on the cake is that he over charged, don't let his family friendly appearance, take your money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

I called on Monday, 10/30/2023, to ask about having my truck engine looked at/listened to, and the receptionist said "if you will bring it in at 2:00pm tomorrow, a mechanic can look at it for you." Today when I arrived to have the issue/s diagnosed, she told me "a bunch of cars came in and we're full. Can you bring it back in early tomorrow or leave it with us today? The whole point (and I made this very clear on the phone yesterday when I said: "I need my truck for work and school, so I cannot leave it overnight." Then there's a $150 diagnostic fee that does not apply to the the repair cost. She also told me three times that they are "the cheapest in the area." I will not take a vehicle there simply because they cannot seem to keep their word when agreeing to a time to bring a vehicle in for "diagnosis only." I even filled out my vehicle info online yesterday afternoon, so they would "get my truck right in at 2:00pm today."Very disappointing indeed. To the receptionist (co-owner?) Please don't agree to something if you can't follow through on it. Just simply say "we cannot do that for you" and be done with it. It will save the customer time and gasoline, and possibly bringvyou more business if you are straight with folks and don't skip people over someone you already promised a timeslot to. Also, try smiling and be a little more friendly. I felt like I was an inconvenience to you today.

Chris and his team showcased unparalleled expertise when it came to repairing my car. Not only did they provide top-notch service, but they also offered it at an incredibly reasonable price. Even though I dropped off my car at 9:00 am, they had it humming and ready by 2:00 pm a lightning-fast turnaround especially when other service centers wanted to keep the car overnight. From the moment I stepped through their doors, I was enveloped in a welcoming atmosphere. The team was not only highly professional but also genuinely empathetic, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable every step of the way. Should I encounter any car troubles in the future, I'll undoubtedly return to this location. As I waited, I found myself in a cozy area within their facility, complete with dependable Wi-Fi, perfectly cool air conditioning, and plush seating that made my wait enjoyable. It was an exceptionally pleasant experience. I can't recommend this place enough!

Chris is excellent. My earlier first visit was very impressive. I wish my second visit had been as good. Unfortunately, Chris wasn't there when my car needed his skill set. Turning the ignition key randomly failed to start the car. I first thought it was a battery problem. After buying 2 batteries at Auto Zone in the space of 1 week, the problem continued. I brought it to Faith. Failure to start is unpredictable, but the battery is no longer the problem. There is still power to radio, lights, etc, but - randomly - turning the ignition switch / key fails to start the car.That leaves the starter motor or ignition switch as suspect items. Dropped the car off Monday. On Tuesday, I got an estimate for a new battery. Nothing indicated the starter motor or ignition switch had been checked. Picking the car up Thursday, it was still parked where it had been parked Monday. I was told - again - no problem was found with the starter motor or ignition switch. I'd like to believe both were examined, but I'm very doubtful they were. If my car weren't still in the same spot it was dropped off, I'd be less skeptical. As it is, I'm hard-pressed to believe anything other than a snap it has to be the battery guess was made. No, I do not know that as a fact, but it's a hard conclusion to avoid. The entire experience is disappointing because the first had been so positive. I genuinely like Chris, and I'm impressed with the depth of his knowledge. He has the expertise to diagnose and correct a problem like this. It was my misfortune he was out when I brought the car. I won't be back. I regret that.

Chris and the crew are the best. I was having trouble with my car s thermostat, Chris was able to get me fixed up in two days and back on the road. I appreciated the updates throughout the repair process and the friendliness of the staff. Good service it seemed. However, had to take it back within an hour of picking up with same stalling issue. They responded well, and fixed it (again) and is not stalling any more at all. However, still doing the same quick cutting out on highway. Not sure whether to go back a 3rd time for same issue or recommend at this point. Nice folks, but ambivalent.Service: Engine repair

Let me start from the top. I was hearing a load noise. Sounds like the tire was missing up. I took it to another shop and they said it was almost $8,200.00. They listed some issues that wasn t even wrong with my truck. A friend of mine told me about Faith and I made to choose to take it to them to get them to look at it. I was amazed of the price they fixed it for. Also they kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. They are not only nice the price was almost an 8th of the cost. Test drove my truck and it drives better than it did new. The noise is gone and I happy in both ways that it rides better and my pocket book. My husband got his wheels and tires replaced here about a year ago, this store sold him wheels intended for spare tires, discount tire didn t have tires for that wheel, so he had to replace the wheels again, all because this shop didn t take the time to do their job right, take your business elswhere

Stumbled upon Faith Automotive just after leaving my vehicle at Gateway for brake work. Returned to Gateway, retrieved my vehicle and gave Chris and his mechanic a shot. They did not disappoint. Chris is honest, transparent, and his mechanic does great work. Was in/out in less than 3 hours. I am super excited to have a good auto repair shop that is local, whom I feel I can trust. I was traveling on business and needed repairs to my vehicle today! They were able toget me in and back on the road the same day. Other places either refused to see me because they were booked for the next few weeks. Even though they were PACKED with other work. They fit me into their busy schedule. The owner Chris was such a rude A hole! He misled me about how much my engine would cost and then demanded the old rusty loaner car he loaned me to be back by the end of the day or pay him 4000$. I asked could I borrow the car for longer and pay him for it, but he stated No he has to supposedly pay 100$ per day on insurance on that car, even though it was a 2006 Cobalt. and I had my own full coverage insurance that he told me I needed to purchase to borrow his loaner car. I did so right away. I told him no problem I will do my best to have it back by 4:30 but I might need to bring it back at 5:00 instead of 4:30 because I was at a car dealership purchasing a new car and that took over 5 hours to complete as anyone knows when buying a new car. He told me he will report the car stolen and I had better get that car back by 430! When i told him I wanted to get the car fixed, he stated he had no idea if they were even making the fuel hose for my car and who knows when my car would officially be repaired. He was very rude and unprofessional I would never use this business again or recommend it to anyone!Service: Engine repair

We were on vacation from Iowa, the night we were supposed to leave and go back home our check engine light came on and our car was not running correctly. We called Faith Automotive the next morning, they got us right in and diagnosed our problem. They were super friendly and kept us in the loop on what was going on! Replaced starter on F150 5.4 Triton. Dropped it off Friday evening and was ready before lunch on Saturday. Very knowledgeable and does gray work. Highly recommend. Top notch.

After getting a tune up thru midas i noticed a knocking noise in my motor. Brought it to Chris here at Faith Automotive and he and his team confirmed my suspicion, midas replaced a spark plug and replaced the old one with a broken one. Chris was able to get to the bottom of it. He replaced the part and was super convenient. Won't take my vehicles anywhere else. The staff here are great friendly and super respectful. I am so thankful for this family and business. Chris is up front and honest about repairs and costs. I came into town with a list of things needing to be done to my car. I am happy to say that I will be leaving town with all of them done and a full explanation of each and every thing that was done. I can now drive my car much more comfortably. My previous mechanic traded me badly when I needed my car checked. So I went to faith Auto to see what they can do on last minute , they treated me professionally, kindly, went above and beyond.I felt they cared.They looked at it and something else occurred while they were looking at it , but they were calm about in turn made me calm.I will be using them again

5 days ago I knew nothing of this place. Now, I could not be more grateful that I have them as my go-to auto repair place. I have given so much money to the major chains over the years and never felt they were even being honest with me or even appreciative of my services. This family business is completely different. They care about me and my car and even my finances. I never thought these kind of businesses still exist...but they do and they are forever still in my contact list for my automotive needs. Make them yours!
