This is my first experience with researching and reserving self-storage units and Adrian made things so easy for me. When I called and explained what I needed, she asked all the right questions and was very personable while trying to make sure I got all of my needs met. When I explained that my items would be arriving via tractor trailer, she actually took a look at the street view of the facility and used her own trucking experience to determine which location would best accommodate me. She was even able to find me a climate controlled unit that was outside so that you could pull directly up to the door. She described this as a unicorn and even help to get me the best pricing. Since I'm in a different city, my mom will be going to check out the unit next week, but my experience so far has been excellent!

Got my space online and was able to see unit/ get lock the same day. Christine was helpful in this matter. As of now app to get access for the gate does not consistently work. I will edit review with more details as months pass.

Christine is the best representative that Extra Space Storage could have! She is always so friendly and calls me by name when I walk in the door. She is so professional and maintains the property immaculately! If I ever have a problem, she handles it efficiently and with a smile on her face!

Christine is very efficient, professional, and beyond knowledgeable about her job! She is the BEST property manager at a storage facility that my team and I have ever dealt with!! As movers we are in many storage facilities and have ones we dread going to due to the person on-site. Thanks to Christine s prestine service we love coming to this facility anytime for moves!!

This was my first time renting from this particular facility and their prices were very reasonable compared to others. I rented a 10x10 which was able to hold all my furniture & most miscellaneous items. Also it s very clean on the property & inside the units. The on-site manager was very helpful/polite and I will rent with them again if needed to. Thanks for the convenience.

I have had a unit with this location since this past summer. Last month I cleaned out my unit and moved everything elsewhere. I have been trying to contact the office for the past month and nobody ever answers the phone or is there in person when I try to go by. I haven't been able to cancel my account and hand over keys and ended up getting charged for another month's rent because nobody is available to check me out of the system. It's a great business model to keep the money flowing: Evade the customers so they can't ever leave. If I can't cancel they'll just keep charging me.

I've only been here a few months but, the facility is always nice and clean, everything that I've seen has always been in proper working condition and Ms Christine has always been helpful and knowledgeable whenever I have a question.

I've only been in about a week. So far everything is perfect. The price was excellent, much less than competitor's. That's what brought me to this facility in the first place. Staff was very helpful. Unit seems quite secure. Facility seems clean, no tacks in the driveway!!!

Christine is the best! She walked me through everything step by step making my moving process that much easier. She helped me set up the app on my phone and even called me to inform me that I forgot to lock my unit after a late night of moving! Great customer service is hard to come by these days but Christine is a friendly reminder that it still exists.

I have had a storage unit at the Autumn Creek (Cordova) location for 7 years and have been very pleased. Christine is always visible tending to the property and customers. She is actively involved in making sure the property is clean at all times and responds quickly to any questions or needs. Great job, Christine!

Online sign up was easy, I immediately received a call from someone welcoming me and given me instructions to my unit and letting me know how to get in and get my welcome package with my lock. On-site customer service and assistance was great as well!

Thank you for excellent service. We needed a storage unit immediately and called multiple storage companies without success. We were able to find a same day storage unit at Extra Space. They even included a lock for our unit. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially when I couldn't remember my code. I was able to quickly reach an employee anytime I called. I would recommend Extra Space storage.
