Great experience getting my oil changed here!My Mom and I both brought our vehicles on the same day. Derek and John were fantastic.Very friendly and personable!Talked about sports while we were waiting.10/10 will bring my truck here again!

Went in for a standard oil change and got the most amazing service from Marco and Derek. The Entire Staff was Pleasant and Professional. They made me feel valued and appreciated. I travel for work and always look for Express Oil Change in each city. Knock on wood I haven t been disappointed with any location. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ACROSS THE BOARD!!! WISHED IT WAS MORE STARS..10 outta 10

Got the best service from staff today especially Marco. He was professional and thorough in his services and explanation of everything. Would highly recommend for oil change and car services. One thing that concerned me is how cold it was outside and the overhead heaters were not working to help the employees stay warm and they are required to leave the back set of doors open at all times the employees need to be taken care of so you have happy employees which makes for happy customers!! No heat for the employees is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

We love this place! They were fast, friendly and thorough! They showed us our filter and the dip stick and just were very transparent through the whole process! They even remembered to reset the reminder on my car, which seems basic but so many places forget and it can be a hassle to get back and have them reset it. Great experience! Highly recommend!

I stopped in for a quick oil change and was greeted with a smile! The staff there was very attentive and took care of my oil change in a very good manner. They were even nice enough to change my windshield wiper blades for me! I felt very comfortable there and that they took the best of care on my car. They all were very friendly which is hard to find now a days in a world of non appreciation of the customer. If you need a professional oil change, I highly recommend Express Oil Change on Germantown Parkway!Update! 3-12-24 I had to return because one of my wiper blades came off. They were more than glad to take of it and I asked them to replace my cabin filter. Jameal was so nice and very friendly especially to my toy poodle, Jolie Fleur. These guys are great at what they do and you can tell they enjoy their job. Thank you guys for making my day!

I had a great last min experience. Jamaal was absolutely great! He explained everything to me were I could understand! He updated my sticker so now I kno exactly when to come back for service! I will be returning! He's great!

Kenny was the employee who serviced my car. He greeted me with a smile and asked how he could serve me, which set the stage for an enjoyable experience. My experience here was soooo welcoming. The staff Jamaal was so professional, courteous & very helpful on my oil change and information about my vehicle. He was so polite and patient with me . He did a great job on making sure I got the right oil and changing my filter. Very good service! I highly recommend to go here for great service! Jamaal was very helpful!!!thanks alot you guys!!!

Express Oil Change is always quick. The customer service is always outstanding. My last visit Mr. Marco was very pleasant and he went over and beyond to be sure my car was prepared for me to hit the road for spring break!

Today I had my oil changed and both my engine and cabin filters replaced. Marco was just wonderful. He is quite the salesman. He showed me how dirty my filters were, and he was quick to replace them and dispose of the icky, dirty ones. I live in Cordova, and I am always impressed with these guys.

The customized customer is amazing! I have been a customer for years and they have never given me poor service. They are honest and they do not try to beat you over the head about getting certain repairs. The mechanics tell you what you need and they leave the decision up to you, as not to rush you into anything. I recommend them, especially Mr. Derek, to anyone.10.28.2023 I just made another visit today and I have received excellent customer service from Derek. I appreciate the warm and inviting spirit from him.

My visit at Express Oil Change was excellent. The service was fast and reasonable. The people were friendly and knowledgeable of their craft. Marco was the best. He patiently answered my questions regarding my new vehicle and maintenance. He alerted me to potential problems and ran a report on my vehicle. I am very disappointed My daughter and I been going here for years, They put three parts on my truck and charged me almost $1,800 dollars, for a job that would have cost me $350 anywhere else, and 3 weeks later I had issues with my truck I stopped by on my way to St Louis to my sister's funeral to tell them that my truck was losing speed they wanted to charge me another $180 to look at it, we will never go back!!!. I wouldn't never refer them to any. One, People whatever they tell you please get a second opinion they are very overpriced, better Business burea needs to check this place out!!!!
