I am one happy and satisfied customer. Ralph is a true professional. He fixed my daughter s car and followed through to make sure that it was done right. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and professional. A customer for life!!!

This was my first time bringing my truck here and I received excellent service. My truck needed a lot of work and they were very friendly, professional, and helpful. I received updates about my truck by text to keep my mind at ease and it's running real good now. Thank you all so much.

Christian Brothers Auto s employees are very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They discovered the source of the noise and corrected it. Their employees are very polite and go the extra mile in assisting the customer. I highly recommend them and will utilize their expertise in the future.

I chose this business to do the work on my 2012 ram after getting a couple other estimates including Dodge dealership. These guys were in the same ballpark price wise but could get to my vehicle the soonest which worked for me. They were knowledgeable and courteous I noticed even with the ladies that came in to get their cars fixed. I checked their reviews as I did others and I wanted to go with someone that made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I had a blowout on HWY 64 and Canada Rd. I had my children with me, and I almost started to panic until I noticed Christian Brothers automotive right up the street. I drove up, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in and told them what happened. They were kind to me and my two boys. They not only put my spare on, but they gave recommendations on where to get a new tire. They had me in and out within 30-40 minutes. I got my kids to school and made it to work. The staff was kind, generous, and very understanding. I plan to go back in future!

I hate taking my car to any shop since I had a personal mechanic for years before he passed. I was neverous but pleased for the first time in 5yrs to hand it over to someone else. The updates were great, customer service in the shop to being driven back to my house, and the final service was excellent. I think we all need to accept car service is going to cost so will not go there. However, I am very happy with the total package it was fixed right. My car was still clean no oil or grease over the car or inside on the driver side. Jamie was very honest and gave me the best suggestions that were best for the customer. Thank you!

I've been a customer of Christian Brothers for many years with my personal vehicles. Now I manage a fleet of city vehicles for my work, so when deciding who to use for work that can't be accomplished in my shop, it was a no- brainer. I've been a professional mechanic for 30 years, so I know good automotive work when I see it. CBA staff professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency are top notch. IMHO, there is no better business for you to trust with your car.

Had my starter go out on my truck. I called CBA and got the referral on what wrecker company to call to bring them the truck. Saved money there. They were very busy but were able to troubleshoot the problem, get the part and install it in 3 days. I call that excellent service when every repair bay at all the shops around town are full.Thank you, Christian Brothers Automotive!

I want to thank Christian Brothers Automotive mechanics and technicians for doing a great job on my truck.Tommy & Jason stayed in touch with me to kept me updated on the work they were doing. I runs great... and no more oil leaks. I also want to say thanks for the complimentary shuttle to pick me up... and I live in Somerville. I want to give a shout out to Zachary... my shuttle driver. These guys were sooo great! Professional, kind, respectful, & efficient!My car broke down over the holidays & was dropped off here while they were closed. (I used their dropbox system.)They were able to diagnose & fix the problem quickly - & communicated consistently throughout the process.

I called and talked to Ralph. He told me they used Moog and Motor craft parts only for front suspension on my Lincoln Town car. I had been researching Moog parts before I called. This was great news! I spoke to mechanic T.C. and together we looked at the front end and inspected front end. He told me what he thought and I received estimate. I gave the go ahead and left car. A couple days later and came picked my Lincoln up. They did an Awesome job. Thanks Todd for final inspection as well. Heather and Jamie were great too. Thanks Christian Brothers for a great job!!!also, Thanks Jamie again for looking at our Lincoln a second time for the noise in front end. your Ford knowledge is Very helpful. Thanks CB! Even though they were super busy they got our truck in a couple hours after dropping it off, sent the estimate over text for review and approval and had the work done shortly after lunchtime. New rear brakes, rotors and brake fluid. Even have a nice little military discount and a courtesy ride from the owner! Keep up the good work CB!!!!Service: Brakes

Great place to do car business!! They performed a front end alignment on my Ford Explorer Sport (Old Faithful) and did an amazing job. Ralph and the owners are so kind as well as all of the employees I came in contact with. Their place is very clean and tidy and comfortable. They were quite busy but very organized and I was in and out within an hour. They even serve coffee and/or water or soda while you wait. Great experience from beginning to end. Christian Brothers on Houston Levee is where I m going from now on for my vehicle needs!

I was nervous about trying a new auto repair shop, but I received several positive Christian Brothers recommendations from friends and coworkers. Great Decision! From the welcoming and stress free check-in with Jamie, to the courteous and informative conversation I had with Ralph when I called back with questions, to the quick and easy checkout, exemplary customer service was given from all I encountered. I have used the Lakeland location of Christian Brothers Auto for several years. They have always treated me well! I left a review a few years ago complimenting their service and it hasn t changed - they are always prompt in assisting me and when they can make things more affordable, they do.I took my car in for an oil change appointment and waited during the appointment. They offered me a drink while I waited and were quick to see my car even though it was clearly a very busy day! It took less than an hour and when I paid, I was offered a teacher discount (that I didn t realize they had) without even having to ask for it.I highly recommend Christian Brothers Auto and especially recommend the Lakeland location. I recently moved and have other auto shops closer to me now but I ll continue going back to this location because they do a wonderful job and have always treated me (and my car) very well!

Was told I had an oil leak and needed the gasket to be replaced but turns out my engine mount was the problem.EDIT: they gave me a full refund for misdiagnosis. Good honest people so you know if a mistake is made they will make sure to do right by you.

We had our air changed a month ago and then it started to act really funny. I called CBA and they got me in right away and was able to fix it free of charge. They are professional and very nice. We will go back to them when we need our oil change!

I love how the staff enter acts with the customers. The FREE shuttle service is very helpful. They will take you home or to work.

I have been to Christian Brothers a few times in the 2 years I ve lived here, whether for just an oil change or for car maintenance. Having an older car, I unfortunately have to have things repaired often. The team at CBA is always so helpful and provide the best service! Ralph is the best and is always so willing to help out however he can. They do what they can to keep costs low while still providing top notch service. Choose CBA for your car issues, they won t disappoint!

I am rather new to the area so being a single woman, I usually approach an auto repair shop with a lot of wariness & skepticism, even when the place or person is recommended as in this case. However, after speaking with Ralph, I felt confident that I would receive an honest diagnosis.Upon first calling and speaking with Ralph I explained the problem, he told me what he thought it was and gave me a best & worst case scenario. After I brought the car in and they were able to look at it, It turned out it was exactly what Ralph had thought it was and fortunately, it turned out to be best case scenario.Another really big positive is that they have a shuttle Service So you don't have to sit there all day waiting for your car.I highly recommend Christian Brothers in Lakeland.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! They helped me out of a bind when I was traveling through Memphis and my AC went out. I had my elderly mother and her 2 little dogs with me so continuing on was not an option. They took us in right away, identified the problem, and had it repaired at a VERY reasonable price in just 2 hours. They also let us bring the dogs in to wait in the lobby while repairs were done. A special nod to Ralph and Burt as they really saved the day for us.Service: A/C installation & repair

I wish I could give you guys 10 stars. When my Explorer indicated "overheating", I knew I was in trouble. I am so thankful you were able to get me in the same day, replace the waterpump and thermostat, which are major undertakings on this vehicle all in a day. The wait time was amazing, which is by far, the best in town. The customer service was top notch!Ralph and Jamie, oh my goodness, you guys never rushed me off the phone and "listened" to my concerns...amazing!! And Jeff, you are awesome!!! Thank you for taking care of my vehicle like your own. My vehicle is back up and running within 24hrs!! I am so grateful!! Thank God He led me to call you guys!
