This place was super busy. I waited a while, and two cars got ahead of me that were there actually after I had arrived. Even that being said, the staff was super fr8endly and helpful and it was a great experience overall.

Awful funny how I just got my oil changed here a week ago and now there is something wrong with my car. The lady told me my battery was very low and if my vehicle didn't start that's why....ummm my boyfriend is a mechanic and tested my battery when I got home and it was perfectly fine. This isn't the first I heard about someone else car breaking down after getting service here I should of listened to that person and stayed away from this place which I definitely will be now. And yall might be having a lawsuit on your hands!!

Just for reference this is the first bad review I ve ever left. I have a BMW and this location messed up the drain plug in my car after an oil change. It was leaking after the oil change. I returned back to the shop to get it fixed and they claimed they fixed it this time. They did not. It is still leaking oil. I returned the car to them again and they said the guy they had working on my car had been fired. Needless to say, they stripped it. The owner also acknowledged the worker messed it up. They never fixed the problem so I had to take it to a different location. Do not go to Valvoline. If they mess something up on your vehicle, they will not fix it. If they messed something up as small as this, I can t imagine what they ve done to other people. Go somewhere else to have your work done!

My BF uses this place religiously. I always thought it was overpriced.But today he wanted me to take his car & get the oil changed while he was at work, so I did.After they changed his oil, they pulled out his air filter & showed it to me, & asked if I wanted them to change the air filter for another $24. I declined bc he had only sent me with enuf $ to get the oil change. BUT the filter was not just dusty, there was actual debris in it. There were physical items in between the grooves (something that looked like a piece of paper & something else) I started to reach for it, to pick it out, & he pulled it away. So I said "Would you care to turn that upside down, and just give it a little tap to dump out the debris?" But he carried it back over to my engine- much like one would carry an ashtray, carefully trying not to spill the ashes out of it, and said "not today" & then put it back in my car -with the big chunks of trash still in it! No sane person would have done that! Anyone would've turned it upside down & shook it, or at least picked out the big pieces of debris before putting it back in. THE ONLY REASON FOR PUTTING IT BACK IN WITH THE DEBRIS STILL IN IT WAS FOR SPITE. It was so obvious.I went ahead & paid the extra $ to get it replaced, (thus rewarding his ugly behavior ) bc I was afraid it would get sucked up into my bf's intake manifold & I never would have heard the end of it!(In hindsight, I shouldve declined, and then waited til they were done & popped it out myself & cleaned it before pulling back onto the street.)I mean. I'm SURE my bf wouldve okayed the airfilter change on his next visit. But now there may not be a "next visit". Good. He shouldnt have to pay over $100 every time he gets his oil changed anyway!

Service is very nice and helpful, but I think is not good wait in 2 lines, is not just, if you are in one line, and other car arrives later, probably he can leave early than you in other line, consider there will be just one line, then advance one by one to the empty service door.

First time at this location and I was quite pleased. Colin and Chelsea were professional and friendly. They thoroughly explained services and prices. They checked all my fluid levels and all my lights. First class all the way and I will be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I appreciated how the guy didn't try to make me buy add ons. He offered I said No thank you There was no fear mongering about if I dont buy them and I appreciate that to I'll spend more inge long run than what those add ons cost

I have been using Valvoline for quite a while and their service at this location is excellent. They checked my vehicle all over and service it very well. They even check tire pressure which I really like.- Update -I had to come back and add a note to this. Even though in the past I've had a lot of good experiences, my last visit was not good and the visit before that also with some of the new people that have been working there. One of the guys had checked my interior air filter and it was dirty. It also had nuts laying on top of it. For the life of me I don't know how those would have gotten there. He pulled it out and I asked him if he could change it but I think he dropped some nuts down in to the inside there. My heating system hasn't been working right ever since. When I turn the fan on there has been a grinding noise in there. I didn't know what to do or think about it but I finally figured out it had to be from when they changed the interior air filter and didn't do it correctly. So I'm not sure if I should go back to Valvoline or not. I lowered my rating because of this. I would have gone over there this morning but they were closed. I don't know what they can do about it. I opened the hood of the car to look down in there but I didn't see any way into that area. I'm not a mechanic so I didn't touch anything. I think Valvoline should fix this.

Pros: Affordable with the current 50% off coupon. Knowledgeable friendly associate (Braden) and timely service. I went around 11:30am on a Saturday, and it wasn t very busy. Much less hassle than most places. Topped off my fluids, checked my lights.Cons: Probably pricey without the coupon, not the best location to pull in and out of.Service: Oil change

They are always very thorough. they always have two techs double checking everything. I will continue to bring our fleet of vehicles here. we recently brought a 1995 ford work van here and they exchanged the transmission fluid and now it shifts like a brand new van. I would recommend this place.

Price might be a little higher than most but there are always coupons to even it out. Plus they are very fast and thorough with your vehicle so it's definitely worth it. I used to change my own oil and it would take a couple hours and I was only saving 10 or 20 dollars. With this company you are in and out in 15 or 20 minutes. Definitely worth saving time and hassle by letting them handle it.

They topped off my fluids for free and checked my tire pressure.They didn't pressure me to spend any money like most places do.I will definitely be going back in 500 miles to get my oil changed.They usually have decent coupons for discounted oil changes on their website that you can easily download too!!love this place

Alittle expensive but had the wife in and out and I didn't have to do it. Will most likely send her back they checked lights and did a good once over the car

Horrible service. Arrived while 2 cars were being serviced. Told to wait on middle stall. 2 more cars came and we all waited in the second and third lane. The original 2 cars were still being serviced. A 4th car pull up told to park in the open first lane. I waited 25 min and they let the 4th car waiting in to the open stall with no communication to me, the first in line. I waited a total of 30 min with no vehicles being completed. I had to leave to make it to work.

Got oil changed quickly, staff was courteous without being aggressive on selling-up services. What was odd was when we drove up, there was nobody in the bays, nobody came out for several minutes to guide us in. Either have get their driveway bell fixed or pay better attention, I think. I had a sore foot so I didn't feel like getting out and searching for the crew. Otherwise, they were thorough and did good work.

Eeeee! So I called Walmart (never been), Firestone (which I really didn t want to do anymore, I needed a change up) and they were either not opening on time, or completely booked, both were nice though, not throwing shade. But I needed an oil change pretty quick I m a girl lol of course I ll be testing the limits of my oil change lol I googled nearest oil change near me and Bam they were the first to pop up and I called. The girl mechanic was so nice and even sent me a coupon over the phone. All the mechanics were soooo incredibly nice and I learned a lot about my car. Also .You stay in your car! It was amazing. This is the SLOWEST oil change service I have ever experienced. After waiting over 20 minutes for them to change the oil for the car in front of me (they STILL weren't done), I gave up and left. If you have nothing to do the rest of the day, then this might be the place for you. I do have other things to do in my day so I will NOT be back.

Not only did they do a great job with the oil change, Dustin with the kind eyes was so helpful, and they gave me a coupon when I called ahead that gave me $25 off. When I left, they commented, You came with a frown and left with a smile. We like to see that. This is the day the oil change guys made me cry by being kind on a rough day. Highly recommend them, extra fluids and air in tires are free anytime after you ve created an account there.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have been to different oil change places and this was by far the best experience. They did a great job of explaining what was going on with my car and the services that were needed, even if they could not perform it themselves.
