I've known Russell for many years...very likeable person and will go out of his way to make you happy....I took my mower to Russell last week...dropped it off and told him I had to mow....grass was nearly to bush hogging height...Knowing that... he let me borrow a BIG ORANGE "SCAG"...after mowing 4 acres I realized that my exmark quest wasn't much of a mower...LOL..I will definitely see Russell when it's time to purchase a new mower!!

If your thinking of buying be warned. They lie "Don't worry we will take care of it". Bought a used zero turn, I believed then. Russell the owner said they would do a full preventive services, I picked it up two week lasted. First mow find no brakes and rotten tires that will not hold air. I took it back, it was another two weeks they fixed it. What is next.

They repaired my Kubota so I dropped off my Branson when I picked up the Kubota. I feard there was a severe problem and they could have easily ripped me off for a large sum but it turned out to be a simple, cheap fix. Runs like a new tractor again! Definitely worth the 1.5 hour, one-way drive from south-central Kentucky.

I bought my tractor here 2 years ago. They are always helpful if I call with questions or need advice. Their customer service has ALWAYS been above and beyond. They stand behind what they sell. I highly recommend Twin Lakes Tractor.
