I can t say enough good about these guys. I had a deer run into the side of my truck in October last year and I had taken it to Cookeville collision center. They were extremely rude and did not fix my truck correctly and actually had broken stuff they should not even messed with. After two terrible encounters at Cookeville collision I brought the truck over to premier collision. Immediately they were extremely kind, very great customer service and they fixed everything the insurance company authorized and fixed it right. They even fixed some things that the insurance company did not authorize and didn t charge me extra labor for it. They clearly take pride in their work and care about their customers. I am already having them put together an estimate to do extra work on my truck. By far the best experience I have had at a body shop. Would recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.

My husband's 2021 dodge dually looks perfect !! We are so impressed with the repairs they made, looks brand new!! AND... cost less than we were quoted!! They are very attentive , professional and friendly!!

Hands down the best customer service and work. I was in a minor wreck with major inconvenience and they made me feel at ease, kept me up to date, and my car looks like it did when I bought it new! Couldn't recommend more.

Premier collision in Cookeville Tennessee is absolutely the best place to get your car ,truck , van even boats repaired from any kind of collision damage. I have personally called on them for many years to fix up my rides.

I wrecked my vehicle due to the weather last month I was recommend to them from someone that dealt with them before and I'm glad that they did because for one they are friendly professional genuine about the their business and service they provide they did a phenomenal job repairing my car I will definitely return and recommend them to keep up the great work Thank you

Great team! They worked in my dented truck quickly and did a superb job on the repair. Not a trace of the dent or where it had been remained. Very happy with my experience.

A crack in the paint and a dent in the door led me here to repair my mothers retirment car. I went in for an estimate it was thorough and transparent. The owner walked me through the process. I explained that my mother would be bringing the car in. This man and his team did not deop the ball once. He put my mother at ease right away and made sure the process was headache free. Got a ding in my Silverado and needed it fixed. Read several reviews on body shops and decided to go with Premier Collision. After getting a good estimate I brought my truck in and upon picking it up, I was amazed at the great repair they did. I received professional service and treatment and highly recommend Premier for any and all collision repair.

Premier Collision Repair is the best automotive body shop in the Cookeville area. Mike Wilson and his staff are very competent, understand customer service, and their work is excellent. After talking with them about your needs, you will undoubtedly feel like they are committed to their customers and genuinely appreciate your business. Need some body work? Go see Mike at Premiere Collision! Great staff and was very helpful during our insurance claim after an auto accident. Not only that but I had a slight mechanical issue (not related to the accident) with my car, and the owner helped me out on the spot! Will forever recommend this business to everyone who might need body repairs! Thank you Premiere!

I feel bad leaving this review, but Premiere dropped the ball on my repair. It was 60 days from the time I drove by to ask for a quote to the day I told them I was coming by to pick up the parts and take my vehicle somewhere else to have it repaired.During that 60 days, Premiere did not call me a single time. Not when the quote was ready. Not when the parts came in. Not when they had to cancel my scheduled repair. They seem overbooked and disorganized.I took my van 1/2 a mile down the road to Julian s and they repaired my van in 1 day. I would highly recommend Julian s over Premiere.

I was recently rear ended and decided to do most of the repairs myself ... However after closer examination I found a few things I just couldn't accomplish .. so I called around and couldn't find anyone who would touch it . Finally I found Premier .. Mike was so friendly , professional , and willing to help .. he gave me a price 200$ cheaper than anyone else had previously offered ... He had the job done the same day and it ended up being over 50 cheaper than his estimate!.. I would most definitely recommend him to any friends or family ... Absolutely great service!

Really friendly staff. They are very good at what they do. My Jeep looks better than it did before the accident. Timely, professional, and excellent repair work. Come give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I don't usually review but these folks have given me the best price and service more than once. I will never use any other body shop. After being hit, I took my car to Mike and crew. The car came back to me in perfect condition and oddly enough ran better. Before the accident, I had the nissan dealer I purchased the car from align it and replace all the brakes and rotors but the car still pulled to the right. They said the car is just going to do that. I then replaced the tires. Still no change. After getting my car back from Premier, the car now runs perfectly. Not sure what they did but I'm grateful and a dedicated customer.

Absolutely the best service for any dents, damage, restoration plus many more!! The main guy Mike is great and everyone that is on his team are wonderful experts! They do free estimates and have great customer service!! I WILL use them again if something comes up.

The guys at Premier did a great job on my son's car...I think it actually looked better than before he wrecked it. Mike and Jeff were always happy to answer any questions. And, the estimate was the lowest of the three we got. Thanks!

Went in for an estimate. they can out and look at my car. Told me they would call with the price after they looked up parts. A week later I call them and was told they were busy. Please call back in 20 minutes. Tried calling again and got machine. Left message. No call back. Probably do good work. Clearly didn't need my business.

Totally unprofessional went by for estimate two weeks ago, nothing back have called left message Incase tel. # lost and even spoke to owner who said he would get back to me later or next day with estimate. Call never came. They could do the job for free, I would not trust this unprofessional company to touch my car ! Go to Julian s 1/2 mile down the street . Primer is a Joke !
