Austin was wonderful to work with. Told us exactly what it was going to take to get my Rogue fixed. Was repaired in a very quick time. Would recommend Austin White to help with all your service needs.

Very nice waiting area, was disappointed that they did give the car a complementary cleaning like Hyudai and others do. Service were professional. Their follow up texts, emails and calls were a little bit annoying and frustrating because the links to leave comments did not work at all, tried responding to text no response, to email sever not found. Very Nice waiting room.

I took my 2017 Nissan Rogue in to the service department today for it's 105,000 mile service. When I scheduled the service online yesterday, the website presented me with the recommended service for that mileage at a price of $125. When I went in today and asked for the service, Nissan refused to honor that price despite confirming that was the price listed on the website. The "real" price was over $400. They initially told me the quoted price was only an "estimate" but then said they had made a mistake. I understand they were under no legal obligation to honor their posted price, but they would have kept me as a customer if they had. I had recently received a coupon in the mail that said they were under new management and also received unsolicited text messages promoting their package deals and asking for my business. Misstating prices and not honoring them is getting off to a bad start.

Was turned away today for a oil change because I didn't have a appointment. Had just received coupons in mail for service, stating no appointment was necessary. Was told it would b a four hour wait, if I stayed. Disappointed..
