The self wash bay I used had a defective credit card payment system or experienced user error! My bank account was ultimately only charged $10 though I had to swap the card 3 times during my wash. From previous comments/complaints, I figured it would all work out in the wash. I believe my wash lasted less than 20 minutes. Managements past responses to complaints were basically you get 20 minutes for $10 . I was good with that as I was washing a van and a 10 cargo trailer and thought I spent about 20 minutes washing both. Great wash, would have been an even better experience if there wasn t the question/worry of how much it was going to cost, $10 or $30!

Do have proof and you can check your cameras to pulled into the first bay to start to wash the spring pollen off my car, put over two dollars in which is what starts the wash and it jammed up on me and they don t even have a coin return button, no one even there so got ripped 3$ wasted might not be much but what is cheap anymore in this world!? Like run a car wash please and have your equipment up to date like why stuff jam you check your equipment regularly? And why no coin return button not using my card cause you use it for 2$ it outs 10$ hold on card

Never again. Last bay on right, from Walmart parking lot. Used credit card. Ran about 3 minutes and charged me $10. Are you kidding? Would give minus stars if I could.Update: This merchant does a credit card hold in the amount of $10.00. Then a day or two later removes and charges correct amount. Did not know at the time. Car wash is a decent place to go. Knowing this now, I would return.

Went through the automatic wash 2nd bay from the left paid $13 and after the was was done it looked like I just rinsed the car off with plain water, I will never use it again..........You offer to run through the "new touch less" but that's the one I went through and it was like rinsing my car of with soapy water it didn't get all of the dirt off.

Credit card readers never work, and some of the handles leak soap all over you while you wash. Rinse doesn t seem to be clean water either and leaves residue all over your car.

I wash my Lamborghini & Corvette z06 here often always clean best car wash in town. The one time I did use Tidal wave auto spa they messed up my carbon splitter will not being using them ever again national car wash is 10x better by far

So I was there last Saturday (03/11/2023) and purchased the $10.00 car wash, never again. I pull up and the automatic voice says to enter slowly. I did that, and nothing starts spraying. A blue light reads to backup, backup, backup. I backup and again the voice says to enter slowly. This goes on for about 5 times before I gave up and drove away. Charged my credit card for $10.00 and no wash.

I paid $14 to used the auto wash. It only sprayed soap and nothing else. When I attempted to contact someone the phone number that s provided on the building is no longer in service. I then still had to pay more money to wash the soap off my vehicle in a wash stall. I paid $14 dollars for a service that I didn t receive. How s that s fair?Service: Auto detailing

It used to be a good car wash. Not it costs about $10 to spray off the car. $2 for 2 or 3 minutes

This is my first time using a car wash in Cookeville, and I must say I am glad I picked National Car Wash. I have never ever used a car wash as good and well maintained as this one, really, and I have used plenty in the past during my travels, from Anaheim, California to Long Island,NY. None that I have used well beat this one. Great job by the owners.

Doesn't clean that well. In automatic wash!!And had a old man tell me today that was working there that i could not wash my truck there like that, insinuating and telling me i had to clean the little bit of leaves off my truck before i entered the wash and i said ok ill go through the do it yourself bay he said no cant go in there like that either. Have to clean leaves off first. What the heck is a wash for if you can not clean your vehicle there. I had minimal leaves stuck on hood due to the rain 10/7/19 in the am at 9:50 am. And told me the wash was then closed after all our conversation i asked how long an hour at least. He replied. With no closed signs on or no indication of closed for servicing!!!!!!!!!!! Will not return to this wash ever. To begin with the wash doesnt clean good and i have 7 vehicles between 4 business s that we used to wash here regularly and wont any more.

Great prices and gets my car pretty clean. Doesn't clean the wheel wells too well, but I'm not really sure that any auto wash does. Plan to use the self wash next time as I think it's *my* fault, not the car wash being a bad one.

I used the "ultimate" wash that advertises a free vacuum token.... I swear my car looks worse now than before! It left soap and tons of spots and gave no token for the vacuum. I searched for the advertised attendant on duty and could not find one. I will now have to wash my car at home this evening to get the soap of before it ruins my paint. Extremely not happy. I essentially paid for a service I did not receive I truly hope they rectify this tomorrow when I go up there

Best car wash around. #1 thing is that their system has real carnauba wax (foam spray application) also I've been to every manual car wash around cookville, this one time is longer cheaper

The owner of this car wash threatened to assault my son and his Mustang last night with a huge mag flashlight after my son didn't move his car out of the bay fast enough. He was drying off his car, and there were other empty bays. Never again will they get a dime from my son, or any of his friends.

Not even worth ONE star. Left black soot-like stuff all over my whoye vehicle. While wiping it off, I get back to my lift gate where I realized it has eaten CHUNKS out of the back bumper, chipped paint, and scratched it all to pieces! I've taken pictutes and trying my BEST to get something done about it. Stay AWAY from here. Invest a little more money down the street where the guys do it MANUALLY!

Some of the equipment is in need of repair, the working bays do a good job. It is a little more expensive than some of the other spray washes in town

I literally just went through the car wash wasted six dollars... It broke my driver side mirror... Called the phone number four times and nothing besides getting hung up on.

The quality of the products offered coupled with the value ($2.00) 5 minutes, made the 5of5 for me. Try the "lava" carnuba it's awesome!
