They like to tailgate my with my family in the car and drive around wreckless I don t want this in my town

My son was at a convenience store last night and found a large bolt in his tire. He could hear the air escaping. After contacting our insurance road assistance he found out they only recommended towing. Road assist would have to find someone in our area and then wait for them to arrive. Estimate of around two hours before help arrived. I googled wrecker service in our area and found Guess wrecker service. They had very good reviews. I called and was told they would be right over in a few minutes. I called at 9:26 pm and then headed out in my car to pick my son up. I received a call at 9:46 from my son that they were already on their way to the dealership and to meet them there. I headed to the dealership and met them. She unloaded the vehicle and backed it right into the space, gave us a receipt for the insurance company and we were on our way in 10 or 15 minutes. This woman really knew what she was doing. The price was more than reasonable. I have to say that dealing with a wrecker service has never been so pleasant. Thank you Guess Wrecker Service. You are awesome!

This company was very responsive and helpful when a couple of others in the area were not.Our vehicle's transmission stopped abruptly and luckily we were able to coast down and stop on an interstate ramp early on a Saturday morning.The truck was not close but immediately headed in our direction. The hookup was quick and professional. Driver towed to a local dealer and then was nice enough to drive us to a rental car agency. I'd use again if I lived in that area. Excellent service from the initial phone call to the final delivery. Timely pick up, great trip, and great communication. You never want to have to use a towing service, right?! But I'm sure glad I was able to work with Guess Wrecker & Roll Back, they were absolutely great.

They went above and beyond in customer service. There were seven of us in my car when we had an accident on I 40. Her husband met us at the scene in his personal vehicle to ensure we all had seatbelts and made it safely to the rental car company. Great people. Great service!!

On Labor Day, my wife and I suffered a flat tire in our sports car on I-40, and I know that I needed a roll back tow. I do not know anyone in Cookeville, and I certainly did not know any tow companies or tire shops. I called and they answered, and we had a very short wait as Crystal and her husband Waylon came to get us. They were extremely careful with my car, and then recommended an outstanding shop that happened to be open on the holiday afternoon. The truck itself was extremely clean and comfortable with plenty of room in the cab for us. I really, really appreciate this company's professional, courteous, and timely help on a very hot afternoon. Highly, highly recommend.

I called several different tow companies to get get my broken down vehicle towed, a few didn t even pick up or call back and another was extremely rude, So I called Guess-towing, and the driver showed up super fast and was extremely nice and professional and had no problems with towing my vehicle long distance. Super happy with Guess Towing professionalism and would recommend their services!

Excellent service and professionalism in an on timely manner. Took a while trying to get a hold of any towing service and she was the only one that answered. Great person to talk to and made the over all trying experience that much easier. It's never a good thing to have to have a tow. However, the service was friendly, prompt, and professional. I will definitely call Guess first the next time I need a tow.

Wrecked my Honda civic si. Hit by a semi truck which flipped the car over 3 times. Not hurt thanks to God's grace. Wrecker service was great. People there very kind. Thank you all for your time and consideration.
