I always have an exceptional experience at the Enterprise rental location on Foreman Drive in Cookeville, TN. The staff's friendliness and eagerness to assist makes my rental process seamless every time as I do rent vehicles quite often. Their outstanding customer service truly makes renting a vehicle here a pleasure. Highly recommend!

Had to swap my vehicle out for a different vehicle due to a stench in the car. Gavin at the Cookeville location took care of me swapped my vehicle out no problem. Wonderful customer service, he set me right up made the experience wonderful. I was so worried as I had never swapped out a vehicle.

Fast, clean, and friendly! After reserving online, which is also quick and easy. The office visit to pick up the vehicle was a GREAT experience especially if you are already stressing a long drive. The friendly experience made a great start to a long needed vacation.

I was happy with Enterprise until after my rental was completed. The car was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and professional.But....two weeks after the rental, and despite never leaving Tennessee, Enterprise charged my credit card for multiple toll charges in Massachusetts and New York.I took a lot of time to get them reversed.

Great customer service! I've been using Enterprise since my personal vehicle overheated and each of the team members make the experience friendly, fast and effortless. For a "small" location they have a lot of different vehicles so if you're a frequent flyer like me searching for a new personal vehicle through the process of having to rent a car, it's a good way to get to know the features and perks before you buy! My favorite part is they do accept debit. Hertz does not accept debit. So they don't force you to use a major credit card and dont make you feel inferior if you don't have a credit card. And they truly live by their motto "we'll pick you up" they've picked me up local a handful of times when I couldn't get a cab there on time and always make me feel like a friend before I leave!

I had a great experience with Cookeville Enterprise. They were totally upfront, helpful and honest about the entire transaction. Brooke, Blake, Chelsea, and Gavin were so helpful in getting me a great car at a low price after my car died on the road.

They were all very nice, first class pick up, to great fast service. The manager Alainee, Randi the assistant manager along with Kelly really helped me out. They really took care of me through the USAA program. Truly professional group that reflects on Enterprise this is why there are number one.

Never again. My pickup time was at 12 pm on Saturday 1/27. We were on the lot and at the door promptly at 12:00 and the doors were locked and the employees were gathered up in the back office area laughing and looking at us like we were idiots. So I finally walked around to the back door and the guys detailing cars refused to let the office personnel know of our situation. Finally the manager comes out back door and refuses to let us pickup our car. He does finally say his name is Blake from the cookeville tn location and says his system is shutdown already and he s not going to fulfill our reservation. I commented that the place is useless and the cashier Sabrina chimes in saying I had threatened someone by saying it s useless ( how ridiculous) and they rushed out of the parking lot leaving us standing there. So rude I will never go back there again and hope no one else does

Everyone that I talked to was very nice and helpful! This is the third time renting a car from them, and I never ran into any issues or surprises. There was only one vehicle available when I first arrived, but while that was being smell bombed, another one arrived. They let me easily switch vehicles so I wouldnt have to drive a huge truck around.Hopefully I don't have to rent another vehicle in the future, but if I do, I will forsure rent from them!

I booked my rental months in advance. I had reserved a minivan for a family beach vacation. I even went by the day before to confirm my reservation and they told me I was good to go. The day we were supposed to leave they called to tell me they didn't have a rental for me. I told them I had to have something so they were able to put us in a Chevy Equinox. There was not enough room for what we had planned for. They did offer a 20% discount and a free day. But it was a huge inconvenience not to have what I had reserved months in advance. Do not rely on getting what you reserve. Lesson learned.

My rental experience was good Customer Service was great The only drawback is the vehicle I got I had to take back because the check engine light came on but that s a vehicle for yaI highly recommend you pay for what gas is in the vehicle at time of rental It s cheaper and you can take it back on empty although I wouldn t actually do thatBut it s cheaper than buying gas at stations

They are polite. The last 3 vehicles we rented have been dirty. I ask for rentals in advance . Usually at least 1 month. Seems like they do not care to have the car ready. Some of the employees are better at going over the cars.

This office is terrible. I had to reserve the car for the next day. I had to get a ride due to my car being in a wreck. And because I was 30 minutes late due to traffic. They gave the car that I had reserved away. When I asked for the corporate office number she gave me the number to a closed office. Wasted my time and the time of the person giving me a ride to pick up the car. This office is incompetent!

Staff is very friendly and courteous. This time took longer than usual to get my vehicle. I believe this was due to the fact they were so busy. Never had any problems with them.

Awesome customer service. Ended up being lower price than originally quoted. Wonderful 23 ford escape that we were ready to buy afterwards. Usually rent from airports but had good experience at local branch also. Highly recommend this company and location.

My car got hit while traveling out of state. So had to get a rental car while my car is being fixed. Enterprise was super helpful and nice.

So I booked a rental for Saturday at noon, even confirmed with the location that I would be there to pick up at noon, I was not informed that they close at noon. Neither by the person who called me to confirm or the app about the hours of operation and that no one would be there at noon. Enterprise customer service canceled my reservation but was unapologetic for their lack of customer service. Don't rent from here or from enterprise.

I had a very good experience I have rented from them before and each time is great. The car was clean... I also wanted to make an edit to expand on the service. The service was seamless, and I wish I knew the name of the lady, a sister Veteran , the way she did used the add ons she didn't come across as overwhelming at all. The amount of time it took to rent was around 10 and she was very efficient and thorough.The pick up and take me back home was very rapid. Between the time I called and asked for a pickup and left in the car was a out 25 to 30 minutes That meant so much be ause people are ready to go and I appreciate the whole process. I used to rent from Enterprise when on a stateside orders. I kept a car for close to 4 months switching it out every other week or so and that was in 2000 ish and I had a good experience then so Enterprise has over 20 years just renting to me. I'll always go there.

My car was in the repair shop for what was supposed to be 3 days but ended up to be 33 days. The staff at Enterprise not only supplied me with a nice car that fit my needs but they were all so polite and helpful the entire time.
