I pay $12 for the drive thru wash. It cleans better than any of the service car washes in town and doesn't rip your blades off

Had a great time cleaning my Ford Explorer here. The owner was friendly and fast with getting me change when I arrived. Everything was in good working order and at a price I couldn't resist. Thank you!

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A CAR WASH! I have been here many times before and never had an issue but I guess the manager/ owner had shown up and got upset that my family and I were drying our car in the bay. He did say sir to my husband but his reasoning was that he could not make anymore money if cars wanted to wash their car due to him only having 4 bays if we were occupying the space to dry our car. I have never known for someone to be so money greedy to not value each customer the same. If you are running a good business then people will want to come back. If you do not respect the customers enough to make them feel happy and comfortable to come back then you can be sure they will tell many others not to go or be aware that you aren t allowed to take your time to wash and dry your car in the bay. If you have a lot of business it should not matter if someone drives off while someone is drying their vehicle. There s not a lot of room to just park anywhere there to do the drying of the car anyways because it is a smaller business. If I pulled up and someone was in every bay I would either wait my turn or leave. That s going to happen. Making a paying customer feel uncomfortable is not right in my opinion. I also do not know if this was a racial matter with my family being a mixed family. Hopefully he will get better at his customer service skills for the next people he chooses to talk to since he chose to run a business where customer service isn t necessary unless you put yourself out there like HE Did.

I visit here quite often and enjoy it I just wish the line wasn t so long cuz they only have one drive they wash and !if they would refill their vending and the fragrance machine or at least place signs that the vending doesn t work that would be great I lost at least 4$ the other day just to receive nothing and I m sure others have done the same .!

This place ate my money up today cause the soap would not kick on tried figuring out a way to contact owner before making this review but I couldn't figure out a way to get a hold of them been a long time customer here but won't be back if it can't be made right

The vacuum did not work. I put in my dollar and it got loud, but there was no suction. Not that big of a deal, but I really needed to vacuum today and there was noone to call and noone there. I had no way to tell anyone, so I decided I will leave a bad review and take it down if it gets fixed.Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

I now remember why I started going to the wash/free vacuum locations... literally spent $15 to wash it myself(I did not do automatic thinking this would be cheaper) and vacuum half way decent. The timers are not worth the money anymore!

*Update* Went back and used a newer card and it worked. I guess the machine doesn't like to read 3 year old cards.*Original review* Machine wouldn't read my card for me to get the auto wash. Tried a good 20 times. Oh well.

Always a great spot to wash your car. Self wash or automatic wash, vaccum and air freshener sprays. Machine to but products to clean with. They have a machine that will give you quarters when u need change. Quarter machine that gives u change when you need it. Reasonable prices. Not super busy.

Just want a quick rinse then this is your place, I own a tiny car and to soap scrub and rinse it off is 2 dollars, I can usually get it done that cheap if I hurry and beat the timer. If you have a larger vehicle and it is very dirty, there is a automated wash there as well that I am sure does a good job on larger vehicles.

Great value, several available wash options and to choose from and was well lit for added security. The reason I dropped a 4 STAR on them is because there was a sprayer broken, a couple of floor mat holders broken and some trash I'm the bays. I did find 11� so if 4.5 stars was an option I would be generous and bump it.......sorry!

I used this place all the time but if plain on going make sure you got at least 20 dollars in quarters because if you don't you will be leaving with soap still on your vehicle. The place it's definitely set up to maximize profit.

The timer is off by 50%. I put enough money for 6 mins plus, and timed it with my phone, hence having this happen before, the wash shut off at 3 mins 17 seconds into my 6 min plus time frame. Good pressure tho.

The auto wash is average and you get the auto wash outcome, but it is always clean and the trash bins are never overflowing. The equipment always works good and there is usually no waiting in line during the week.

By far the best car wash around. Pretty much the only self serve one that actually has the soft touch that actually cleans your vehicle instead of just spraying high pressure water that leaves so much behind. Cant beat the price either.

This by far has been my favorite Carwash over the years , I use it at least once a week sometimes twice a week and I ve always been real pleased with the results, but here lately everytime I come there s something different not working, today it s the undercarriage, last time it was the triple shine , time before that the wax wasn t anything but water , it just seems to not get the attention to details anymore, guess it s time to look elsewhere

Needs a little TLC from being so old & well used. Some of the vacuums need replaced. Overall the automated car wash is great though & affordable.

Walmarts last way longer for the money with better cleaning materials love this car wash but seems like timer keeps getting shorter

Equipment not maintained well trash cans always full brushes never replaced if your taking your beater for it's yearly wash this is the place for you if you care about your car I would rather hand wash it then take it here best of luck to your vehicle if you choose to visit

Normally a pretty good place to go. On this visit there wasn't enough soap in the automatic car wash. Otherwise, the bays were clean, didn't use the vacuums or other services on this visit.

Charge my card $10 instead of $6 and I didn't get the full benefits for the $10 wash so a little disappointed

I love this place they got a good setup and there's not alot of ppl there all the time so u can pretty much get a spot whenever I've never had to wait

Had to wash my car. This is the only place I take my car. It's clean and safe, if you are ever in Beavercreek and you need to wash your ride, check this place out.
