We have been having an issue with our transmission overheating on long road trips in hot weather. We complained to our local deal in Knoxville, & even took it to Maryville to be looked at. They all said nothing was wrong.Today heading home from Nashville it happened again. Thank God we were only 4 miles past the Cumberland dealer. We went there, they identified what they thought the issue sounded like, & actually fixed it! The engine actually sounds & performs better than it has in the past 3 years. We re thinking it may be worth the 1.5 hour drive to go here for all of our routine maintenance ! Thank you!!!!!

These guys were great in service department. Dropped my truck off to have an ABS module replaced, which another shop had my truck for 2 months, and this shop fixed my issue and did a recall in less than 24 hours. Accepted my 3rd party Extended warranty and didn t mess around. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle there!

They got my vehicles oil changed in a timely manner and had fair pricing. The staff were very professional and nice when I arrived and picked up. I will be coming back soon ! :)

I went in yesterday for a new key for my truck. The parts and service guys were all friendly and the new key was programmed within an acceptable amount of time.What rubbed me the wrong way was that they charged me a $20 Disposal/Environmental/Data Storage fee when they did not dispose of anything for me, there was no environmental impact programing a key and they are not storing any data for me.This cost was never part of the estimate and was slipped in at the bottom of the bill. I realize it was only $20, but it just felt slimy. I was charged for a service that was not provided.

The service team was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I needed. They are very knowledgeable on my vehicle and straightforward with the time it would take to get my parts and planned me in their schedule.Update 3/11/24:When the parts came in, they called the same day and had them installed in less than 2 days!

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Check in process upon arrival was quick and easy. Service was finished in under the estimated time and picking up the car after service was also really quick. Great experience.

Have been using Cumberland Dodge for a couple of years now to service my 2021 Ram. Never had a bad experience. Whether making an appt or using the quick service drive up for standard service, it s always a flawless process. All personnel from the service techs at intake to the cashier are very friendly, knowledgeable and aim to please. The wait time has never been excessive.Great job!

Stopped by for an oil change today. Everyone was amazing, kind and so friendly. From the techs who greeted us when we pulled up, to the sales guy by the waiting area, to the lady at check out. 5 stars across the board. One of the salesmen (I don t recall his name) was so kind to my 2 year old rambunctious son. Even went out of his way and bought him a pack of Oreos and getting him a big green balloon to keep him entertained. Check out was great and helped my little boy pick out his own hat. We were in and out in under an hour and that was with 3 people ahead of us. We WILL be back.

I am so grateful for the people at this service shop. I broke down in the middle of the night, hobbled over to the dealership and once opened, they prioritized my car so I could get back on the road and home in a reasonable amount of time (about 100 miles away) everyone was friendly, clear communicators and it was a great service. I would recommend to anyone!

I have been taking my vehicles here since 2016. They are always friendly and courteous. They let me know if any cars are ahead of me and if it will be a little wait for service. I have never had a problem with my Jeeps after a service call. They inform me of all the check point status.

I've only dealt with them by phone regarding a recall. They were polite and professional. It would have been 5 stars but it's been 3 months and no one called me to let me know they were still missing a part. I had to call them.

I went to Cumberland Chrysler Dodge together an hour and filter change. I came at the end of the workday and did not have an appointment but Chris got me in and out of there and saw that the job was done well. I really appreciate Chris and Cumberland Chrysler Dodge dealership.

Everyone is friendly, helpful and patient. We have been having maintenance and buying automobiles from them for over 15 years. We followed Randy Calis from Sparta just to continue to have an honest and helpful sales man. He has been with the Frasier family for over 20 years. I was greeted immediately by not 1 but 2 people, I went to sit in customer lounge and was greeted again and offered a bottle of water. Within moments of sitting down another gentleman greeted me and offered to make fresh coffee if I would like some, or a bottle of water. I have been to other dealerships with my Jeep Wave free oil changes and tire rotations and not gotten greeted at all when I had an appointment with them, so they should have expected me. Cumberland I did not have an appointment so they did not expect me. Cumberland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has gained a loyal Dodge & Jeep owner, just for the customer service that I received , I drive past other CDjR s to get there and will continue to do so!!

I have always had great service here. Service was still great however this time they did not tighten my oil drain plug tight enough and caused oil to leak out my jeep onto my carport. Luckily my husband seen it before any damage was done.

Service got me in as soon as I drove up with no appointment. Needed to travel to Michigan from TN so they checked out the vehicle to make sure everything was in good working order, changed the oil and balanced the tires. Got me out in a very timely matter!

As usual I was very satisfied with the Service Dept. However I do have one complaint. When I checked out I was not informed to f the 3% service charge for using a credit card. I own 3 Mopar vehicles and bring all 3 to Cumberland for service. In the future I'll use a check. It's not a huge amount but I'm an 81 yr.old senior on fixed income. These days every dollar counts.Thank you,James Starnes

I have been having work done here for 10 years and every time I have felt " I could not have received better care anywhere else. With a two year old Jeep, I was reminded of my services still available with the wave program. Prior to my new Jeep, I had a 1999 Cherokee and still received polite care. The service center is why I bought a new Jeep!

Nice guus to deal with but cant seem to fix the problem. Also...chrysler called me and asked how my service was ans explained why I am not happy. She told me she would get with the service manager and find out what was going on....that was a week ago and still have not heard a word.

I was on a long trip from CO to VA pulling my teardrop camper with my Wrangler. I felt the back end of my Jeep shuddering and stopped here as it was the closest Jeep dealership. I just needed to make sure it was safe to drive the rest of the trip to VA. They could t find anything wrong but mentioned my worn tires, which I was aware of. I had them checked before leaving CO to make sure I had enough tread left for the trip and was assured they did. I made it to my VA destination tonight safe and sound. The service manager was very nice and did not charge me to do the safety check. Very much appreciated!Service: Vehicle Inspection
