Horrible experience. Team not only ripped me off but were so rude and unprofessional. The "smile and helpfulness" is a disguise.I was given a quote by the service team for an Oil Cooler LINE replacement, NOT THE COOLER.Quotes run around $300 - $500 including labor. My quote was $670 or $603 after military discount - and then the bill was $910. DOUBLE the national average and 51% over the estimate given. I spent $805.44Charged me for a diagnostic fee which I already had done at no charge by O'Reillys.Worst experience - wish I wouldve gone anywhere else but here. So unprofessional and everything you don't want to experience at a dealership.

Went in due to a recall. While there I got a part for my blinker . Car was done in about 35 minutes. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Tony really knows his vehicles. Went looking for a paint job on my 2016 Hyundai gave me 2 estimates (one very detailed, one for just the piece itself). He then suggested I try the Hyundai dealer in town to see if it was still under the manufactures warranty, but sadly not.

We dropped by because several lights on dash board came on. Not wanting to take a chance went by to have them check the car out. Don't remember the girls name but she but she had a mechanic to check it out. They were booked solid but she helped us out and got the car checked out. Really appreciate the people at Cumberland Auto Center. Thanks to the young lady that made this happen.

Customer-oriented Toyota dealership with friendly, professional, competent and well-trained personnel. Have purchased four Toyotas from this dealer and never been disappointed with service. The body shop, while not inexpensive, does high quality work.

Always awesome people! Friendly staff. Every time I've gone in I was greeted by not just the maintenance guys but the floor staff as well. You can't beat the turn around time either. Always a pleasant experience.

We pulled into the Toyota service lane about 1pm with our Tacoma while traveling on I-40 and having the tire sensor come on. We were the second cat on line. Upon getting out walking all around the vehicle, inspecting and seeing all the newly new (less than 1500 miles) tires appearing to be fully inflated and fine. We Googled the flashing tire sensor issue and read the advisement.During this whole time at NO POINT did anyone from the service area and /or the dealership come out or approach us to say hello much less ask how they could help. Pathetically sad for a Toyota dealship to have such poor customer service! Needless to say we left as this isn't much of a Toyota dealership!

We were stranded on 40 for a couple hours - tire blowout on a travel trailer. Wayne saw us and stopped and fixed it in 10 min. He was an angel - he saw us and stopped, he was knowledgeable and smart and fast. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! Saturday afternoon the air conditioning, lights, etc. just stopped. Jeep Renegade, 8 months and 15k miles. I called @ 3:15 SATURDAY.... and they scooted me in, did their magic and I was gone. Very, VERY nice service people..very nice. Thank you so very much.

Excellent folks in the service department at Cumberland Kia. They take care of you no matter what. It's not about sales here. They have excellent prices on oil changes and they have coupons too. If you own a Kia and need to get work done bring it to Cumberland Kia!

I needed my first oil change, and they did a great job. I was made quite comfortable in the waiting area that included free Wi-fi, television, free snacks, a private workstation, and more. They were quick and efficient, and put a removable vinyl sticker to remind me when my next oil change would be due. They were less expensive than my previous mechanic on my old car, too. (Bonus!)

Chris went above and beyond on my sale, got me an excellent deal with great rate. Was one of the easiest most pleasurable car deals I've even had. He even delivered it. Couldn't ask for more. 2021 Soul S...love it. Have had my previous Kia serviced there and always felt like was being told the fact and no pressure to perform additional services. I work one exit from the stealership in Nashville..but drive the extra to Cookeville for better service. Can't say enough about the intergrraity.

Went in to have my tires rotated and my oil changed. I was charged for a tire rotation but my tires weren t even moved. Oil was all over my hubcaps. I had just had my car detailed and it was a wreck on the outside. This happens almost every time I go here. When the service centered called to ask me how my experience was, I told her the above. Her response - Ok. Have a good day. Click. I was a little shocked that she didn t seem to care. Why call?However, they did fix the problem in the ship the day of when I told them my tires weren t rotated (but it came after a long conversation about how I needed to buy new tires).
