Alex at the Crossville store was very helpful and made sure the battery I needed was in stock and ready to go. Plus, while I was there, I was informed I could save more that day with the discount code I already had and since I needed another motorcycle battery anyway, I bought a 2nd one so I'm all set with bike batteries for a while now!HANDY TIP: mark the date and mileage on the battery with a paint pen (or permanent Sharpie) so in the future you don't have to wonder how old it is. This saves a lot of time a few years from now when it's time for a new battery again.

I purchased a duplicate car key a while back. My guess was that it was 6 months ago. I've replaced the battery in the key about 4 times since then. I took the key back and asked if they could test it because it wasn't working well. They tested the key and said the battery was weak. I asked how long a battery should last and a gentleman who was with another customer said about 2 years. I said that this was my 4th battery since June and he said it could be some type of parasitic drain within the key.The gentleman who was helping me was trying to figure out if I had one time or lifetime replacement. I didn't know but I thought they should replace the key. Then he said the replacement was for the battery not the key. I said that if the key was draining the batteries, the key should be replaced. He said there was only a 3 month warranty on the key and I'd had it about 6 months.He had the key apart and tried another battery. The key worked fine with the new battery. He then asked if I wanted to purchase a lifetime battery replacement. It was around $28. I declined and asked how many batteries I could buy for $28 and it was around 4. It was more if he did the replacement. I bought the battery. He took the new battery he installed out of the key. He then took another battery form somewhere and it was in a small ziplock bag with no packaging. He charged me for the battery and left the key in pieces on the counter. I had to install it myself.I know that I did not pay for installation but most of it was already done. Would it have hurt anything for the employee to drop in the battery and snap the key closed? It would have taken another 20 seconds. Have any of you folks heard of customer service?Yes, you stuck to your rules and that's fine but the key was obviously defective from day one because it was using up the battery in about 2 months. Unfortunately it took a couple of batteries before the issue was apparent. The key was faulty from the beginning but it was not discovered until after the 3 month warranty expired.I followed advice from the owner and contacted the store manager. It looks like he has arrived at a solution that it satisfactory. After I visit the store, I will upgrade the review.I went to the store and the manager replaced the faulty key. He is clearly tuned to outstanding customer service.Thanks to these actions by the owner and store manager I will continue to patronize and support this store.

I called asking about a watch batteries and the associate was very informative and helpful. When I arrived they had that sense of urgency for customer service .

This place rocks!! Polite, helpful professional staff. Did my Samsung phone repair in just a few minutes instead of a few hours the other place said. You can watch them work in plain sight. I highly recommend this place for phone repair . Great job John!!

I would 100% not recommend. Went there today for a screen repair. To start off they gave me mismatched part for my phone but i DID approve this BUT They had me sign papers and told me I'd need to sign them when I got my phone back but I explicitly asked if there was anything I needed to do before I left and they sent me on my way. Upon using phone after what should have been a simple screen replacement when using my phone I noticed quickly the system sounds and vibration were not working. I was gonna let this slide because that is minor BUT when I went to plug up my phone to charge it would not charge. So now the charge port is messed up along with BASIC systems settings. Doesn't help at all their customer service was stale as best. No information on what'd they'd be doing and gave extremely unhelpful estimates on how long it would take because I went in at 2pm and they told me it could take hour and half to two hours .after 3 or more hours they finally called and said it was ready but again did not get me to sign post repair paper.i would give this company 0 stars if I could and would give negative stars to all their employees that I interested with today.

Had a situation with the battery for our van for Cedar Hills Assisted Living facility. These people especially Mike went above and beyond to help take care of our residents. Thank you, you guys are awesome!!

Called around multiple places and these were the only ones who said they could fix my S21 Ultra. Ordered the new screen and on the day it arrived they had it fixed within 2 hours. Sky, John, and there was a third guy whose name I did not get, but all three were amazing. Great customer service and an amazing experience from start to finish. Phone is like I just bought it. No indication that it ever had any damage whatsoever. I'd recommend these guys for phone repair in a heart beat. A+ service and experience.

The guys here really take care of their customers. I took 2 watches for batteries. One now runs so smoothly. The other was very hard to open, when it did open the glass cracked. They offered to have a jeweler replace the glass, but instead of that, they replaced it with another watch they found online!! Kudos!! They went the extra mile for me!! Life time battery replacement for me!!!Thank fellas!!

this place man, I came here with a samsung galaxy s22 ultra a few months after it came out, half my bottom screen was blacked out but everything still functioned great. I could control everything, click the camera and both the front camera and the back camera worked great, I even had photos taken from my phone while it was half black at the bottom. I came here trying to fix the screen back only and I was told they were Samsung certified and could repair it. I handed it to them with full-on trust, next thing I know when I receive my phone back the front camera doesn't work. I went back and asked about it and all they said to me was that they could do nothing about it since they did not know if it was broken before or if it was their fault because he said he "couldn't" test it and see what was wrong with the phone before(this was some guy who was higher up than the employee pretty sure). I came here just to have my screen fixed everything else was perfect! Now my phone is left with the front cam not working and the audio for it at the top not working either. I didn't notice my audio wasn't working until I had gotten phone calls and needed to put it on speaker mode since I couldn't hear anything without speaker mode. unbelievable, he could've at least helped out in some way but no. This was a few months ago btw I'm leaving this review now because I'm tired of my phone being like this and it was their fault, to begin with! He overcharged me oo pretty sure around like 400 dollars man and he was gonna charge me 20 just to clean my charger port

I had an iphone 8 screen cracked and kinda mess up so I took it to Battery Plus Bulbs and they fix my screen in about an hour and it was really affordable. About $76 for iphone 8 screen fix. And the employee that help me fix it was really nice and did a great job. I would recommend go to Battery Plus Bulbs

I Purchased a starting battery from a different Batteries plus store in OH less than a year ago that I suspected was going bad but still under warranty. The store manager Philany (sorry not sure how to spell it) from this store met me after his shift on a Friday evening an hour out of his way with a replacement.. I d give 10 stars if I could!!! A++++ service!

Purchased Duracell car battery due to the fact my original 3 year Duracell lasted six years. Preordered night before. Battery was already pulled and ready to install. Rep installed my new battery in ten minutes! Oh, and it has an extra years warranty over other batteries... Thank you Batteries Plus!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service, products and the prices are great!! If you need a watch, car remote, phone battery they have all kinds!! I really appreciate that there are businesses still around with this level of service.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the service I've received at Batteries Plus Bulbs. They are personable and professional. I had bought a battery and it wasn't holding a charge, even after the battery testing good, they switched it out for me no problem since it was still under warranty. Thank you for getting this busy mom back on the road with some peace of mind.

My experience at the store was very positive. Folks were helpful and polite. Order was ready upon my arrival (I placed the order online). The batteries were not cheap, but in fairness, they were name brand (Duracell) and not some Asian knockoffs. Would return in the future.

My truck had died in the lot of a restaurant. I called them after finally getting my truck to start and had a 20 min time crunch. I asked the guy on the phone to please get my dual batteries up front for me so it would be quick. They had two staff members ready with tools in hand to handle my request. Extremely quick and handles both batteries at the same time.I walked in. I paid. And they installed and even CLEANED my connectors with care. As in they did not just scrub the ends they went very through on the contacts. Awesome experience.

Very easy experience ordering online for pickup in the store, and at a fair price. The battery was already fully charged by the Cookeville personnel, and it cranked over a Harley that hasn't been started in a year immediately. Great job; thanks!

Very helpful staff!!!Staying in town overnight on a road trip, my daughters Android went crazy. Stopped in and asked if they knew how to fix it. Can t remember the blonde girls name unfortunately but she had my daughters phone working in less than 2 minutes (thus preventing me from having to buy a new one!) and when I asked what I owed her, she said oh nothing, that s just a common thing we take care of a lot. No big deal. Customer service like that is a rare find these days. Thank you unknown blonde girl!

I ve been a customers of there s for quite awhile. Every time I need something they go out of there way to accommodate me. Always so professional and courteous. The manager has done a great job of creating a urgency to do whatever it takes to keep people happy. Prices are reasonable and the staff is super knowledgeable. Fixed my phone when no one would even try to help me. I m always greeted with a smile. Love this place

The store rep was extremely courteous, efficient and expedient...I only had to wait 30 minutes to get my phone back. I anticipated it would be hours...so I was very impressed! This was the cheapest place I found to repair my phone...So the above mentioned plus the price was EXCELLENT!

This was my first major purchase and I couldn't be more pleased. I bought 8 big golf cart batteries that I was prepared to buy from Sams Club. Glad I found you guys, 10% less than the best price I could find and your service was off the charts! I'll be back. Thank you.

Went to get a key cut they messed it up then ordered another key messed that one up also I was told that they were not suppose to replace the first key because I didn't get it from them. Management claimed they were trying to get hold of me about the key but never got a call from them or anything do not recommend them
