The Algood store just seems to be better managed than our other parts stores. The employees are always helpful more so than just looking at a computer to give an answer they have knowledge outside of a program. They generally stock a tremendous amount so no need to run to 50 different places trying to find something. Highly recommend.

Came in needing a new battery. Employee was really nice the whole time. They didn t have the battery I needed. They said they could upgrade with a courtesy discount, but for some reason didn t answer my question about what the courtesy actually is.

Cashier could have been nicer. I got what I needed, but nobody offered to help me make sure I got the correct bulb. They helped the guy next to me who came in after I did.

I always get more efficient service at the Auto Zone than their competitors. The employees are very helpful and if they can't fix the problem, they direct me to someone who can.

Dennis was extremely helpful in testing my battery and getting it replaced on the spot. He gave me very good advice on which was the best for my needs, and even changed it out for me. He was very careful to explain the details of the warranty.

I'm traveling and I noticed a oil leak . Google autoparts and this was right on the exit from the highway I just love it.Mr Harris was amazing great customer service!!

Staff is extremely helpful and patient. Made sure the parts I bought were correct before I left. Sometimes it s a bit crowded and with the phones ringing, it s overwhelming for the employees. Prices are reasonable and cheaper than nearby competitors. Easy to find things in the store, well laid out. Always my first choice for automotive accessories and parts.

I had a windshield wiper clip break, and I couldn't get it to come off. Gary Wayne Smith helped me and was able to get it off for me. He saved me a lot of time and money as I was going to take my truck to the dealership had he not fixed it. Thank you Gary!

Typically not much of a wait in line, they have lots of choices for different budgets and mostly knowledgeable about questions I have. Their reward program out weighs all other auto parts stores and some parts have lifetime warranty.

As a technician having a parts store we can rely on is important! Mikey always makes sure our parts are delivered in a timely manner, always goes out of his way to ensure the parts get to the correct tech, and always makes sure that if we have an issue it gets resolved quickly! He takes that last part personally! Everyone needs a Mikey!Thank you!

Eugene is as the man for us today. Came in with some questions about a bit of electrical work on our jeep and this man hooked it up. Fun, knowledgeable, positive, informative. I don t have enough good things to say about him and the service he provided.If you re in need of ANYTHING from this location, ask for the Old Man .

Gary Wayne Smith did a fantastic job of helping me today! I needed to replace a bumper clip and he worked to find the perfect part. Such a small detail, not everybody would have taken the time. I'll look for him next time I need anything!

Always a good experience here. This visit i had some break parts to get as well as some in store shopping too and the guy I got the brakes from was super nice and got my coolant and stuff from the floor so I didn't have to go searching for a bit lol

Traveling from Washington state when check engine light came on. Stopped at this auro zone and Jannie was so very helpful and understanding. Gave us the name of a Mobile mechanic that came out right away and helped us. I wish every auto zone had an employee like her.

First time (around 7/2021):I bought a new water pump, and coolant. When I put it on my truck, it leaked. So I also lost the jug of antifreeze I bought. I went back the same day to exchange the pump for an identical one, no biggie..except I forgot to take the studs for the fan out first. I took the pump in and told the man behind the counter I needed to exchange it because it leaked, but needed the studs out first. He told me to "take it back to where I was working and take them out. Then bring it back for an exchange." I stood there in shock for a minute, then asked if he had something I could borrow to remove them since I lived in the neighboring county. Then he pulled out pliers and removed them. He exchanged it for another, but wouldn't replace the coolant I lost on the defective part which I feel is poor customer service. Especially after the earlier remark over removing 4 studs.AutoZone, next time maybe I should try somewhere else because that was disappointing.*****After I left this review the store manager reached out and apologized. He also replaced the coolant.****A few months later, different car...10/2021 Another one of our vehicles water pump went out. It had a lifetime warranty from AutoZone. We took it off the car, exchanged it with no issues. Installed the new one, and it broke during the test drive. Unbelievable! They don't have another one in stock, so atm I'm waiting for one to arrive. Maybe try somewhere else for water pumps, unless you just enjoy taking your car apart, losing coolant, and reassembling the car multiple times. Although so far they have honored the warranties. I'd prefer to only do it ONCE!!!
