Came to get a quick part 20 till they closed and doors were locked and guy standing in there ignored me and still had 20 minutes till they closed. Pissed me off , some people got stuff to fix ! Algood auto zone.

I really hope someone in management sees this. The gentleman named Harley is absolutely wonderful! He not only was very nice and knowledgeable with assisting my husband and I with the best headlights, but he then offered to change them- if he was able to. He also called my husband by name, which is HUGE CUSTOMER SERVICE WIN! He changed both headlights in just a couple of minutes (which would have taken us at least an hour, as we aren t car people.) Harley needs to be recognized for his kindness and that made us feel valued as an autozone customer.

Past crews were great. I was in on 12/11/2023. I stood at counter for 20 minutes just trying to pay for items I had selected myself. No one ever showed up. I finally put all items on counter and left. Service is not what it used to be at the location.

They always take the time to answer my questions and double check that I am buying the correct items for my vehicle. I always have them double check the oil filter because I sometimes get the numbers confused thanks to my adhd. They also go above and beyond and ask if I want my windshield wipers installed. I never feel talked down to because I am a woman.

I stopped in to get windshield wipers and installed the guy helping me was very helpful the price like to have knocked me out my boots over $80 but I got the best ones

My windshield wipers broke this morning in the rain. Anthony got me fixed up quickly with new blades and installed them. Excellent service! They also took great care of my husband last week with a battery and found out it was still under warranty.

I haven't been in an auto store in a long time. I normally just take my car to the dealership. But I didn't this time! Long story short, I came in for some radiator coolant and a cabin air filter. I went to the back of the store and got the coolant, completely passing the cabin air filters . I went to the front and asked if they had a cabin air filter for a 2018 Mustang Gt confidently as if I were a regular at the store . The young guy at the computer looks it up and shows me what they had. I picked the one I wanted and he said, "Let me go get it." Locking eyes with me for a moment as he walks almost to the front where I came in and grabs the filter . He knew I felt embarrassed and ashamed. He stayed silent like a true professional . In other words, the employees are patient and helpful .

Great store, with super nice employees. I went in looking for item and the clerk behind counter offered to help right away. Then he put them on car & when one of them didn't fit properly, he figured out the issue quickly and with no fuss. Great store!

A big thank you to Remington and the rest of his team for helping me to test and recharge my car battery. They went above and beyond to help me out and even helped me reset the anti theft system when I triggered it restarting the car. I highly recommend Algood AutoZone and their team of friendly, patient, and hard-working staff.

Good clean store in a good location. You can find most anything for your car easily. The prices are competitive and the workers at this Algood store are helpful and friendly.Car Batteries:They do a good job with testing our car and truck battery when needed (to see if our vehicle has an alternator or battery issue). And, they are good about helping to change out a vehicle battery if needed (no charge).Windshield Wipers:They are good to install wipers if needed (no charge).

Great stuff super friendly very knowledgeable. On my last visit I was told my fuel injectors came in and they did not I had ordered refurbished ones and Eddie who I assumed was the manager told me he stays true to his word and gave me a brand new fuel injector off the shelf since my refurbished one did not come in. He could have easily told me sorry your parts not here and sent me home but he went out of his way and took a loss of profit to make sure my car was up and running that day.

Wow this lady is something else can t believe she s the manager too funny! People that don t want to take care of there customers shouldn t even work in a customer base setting let alone obtain such a position! Been going through this place for a long time and I think as long as we know the exact info she don t want to try to help you figure it out! Even after I told her hey I actually have an account and we could look it up by my phone number honestly disappointed by this time it was more for advise on your next customer still it s my fault she don t know how to take care of the customer good luck to other customers she don t know how to think about looking up your account wake up do your job it s not the customers job or any other employee it s or job as a manager

I had bought a 2020 VW Atlas.. witch the dealership couldn't find a rear wiper that was messed up when i bought this car 5MOS ago and was told that the wiper arm and blade would be replaced..At Algood autozone Frank Carmack did not quit till he tried several times with different techniques of his own, I was very impressed and very happy to have a beautiful rear wiper.. I've made several calls and went to several places.. this wiper looked like it was 50 years old.. Thanks so much to Frank you are the BEST

Tucker. Grey shirt. Amazing. 16 years. Life saver. Store was good too, my ball bearing part was in stock. Nice and clean as it should. Another auto zone didn t meet those standards. Maybe it was a used return.

Long lines, takes phone calls as if they are next in line.(. looks up parts for them while you wait). Poor service, probably good prices, but you d better be prepared to wait, and wait. Today a new one; while in line a new register opens and clerk waits on last person to approach the counter. Never again, O reilly s 5 minutes away.

Algood AutoZone crate management the lady in there she knows her stuff she's a great manager she does a great job been dealing with her for a belief 7 years sorry I couldn't tell you her name I'm real bad with names but you'll be able to tell very knowledgeable to lead you in the right direction no matter what hope this helps

Autozone is a pretty good local parts house. They price match about anything. Which is nice when your buying as many parts a month as I do. They could do something about desk help cause you will wait awhile to get your parts. So the only bad thing is they need a larger staff. Other than that they are great.

We were traveling and had a bad bearing on a boat trailer after all the repair shops had closed. These guys were awesome and helped with all the parts and tools we needed so we could get back on the road!! Best auto store in America!!!!
