I wanted to buy a car battery and the employee said it would take 2 hours to put it in. I asked if I could make an appointment and he said no. He then told me I could do it myself while laughing and then walked away mid conversation leaving me standing there, I couldn t buy the battery even if I still wanted to at that point. I don t know why he had such an attitude with me, I was very polite and I work in customer service. He tried to ignore me like everyone else at first but I stopped him to ask for help, maybe that s why? I would much rather spend more money to get just an ounce of customer service, I will go elsewhere.This happened on 12/4 at around 9:35am by the auto registers, if any manager cares enough to follow up about this. Even for a mechanic that was horrible customer service. I was shocked when he walked away.

Don t buy the lifetime rotate and balance. They don t have enough staff and proper management to do it quicker than 2 hours. When you buy the tires they will automatically charge you the lifetime rotate unless you call them out and deny to pay for it.

Had 4 new Goodyear tires installed. They did an amazing. I am very pleased.

I needed a new car phob battery, went in and I don't know his name but he was very helpful. He went and got the battery and changed it out for me and only charged me for the battery very nice.

AVOID!! We came here about a month ago for an oil change. Told it would take 1 hr and 15 minutes. It took 3 hours and 45 minutes. That was a walk in so I guess that s my fault. Decided to be smarter and had my husband make an appointment next time for a tire change. Came in on time, was told the wait was an hour. Did all our shopping, wasted some time around the store, came back and noticed that our car hadn t moved an inch. When we asked why no one had started working on it even though our appointment was an hour ago and it should have been done by now, the workers thought it was funny and just laughed at my husband. They were too busy talking and smoking to be bothered. The manager on duty decided to apologize while barely containing her own smirk. I guess us being upset that they can t do their job properly and on time was funny to her. The excuse for the workers behavior was they work in the shop , didn t get enough sleep and they took several walk-in before our appointment. So much of my limited time was wasted by the Walmart staff that refused to do their job. It is inexcusable behavior, regardless of workplace, amount of sleep time, or any other personal excuse that should have been left at home prior to showing up to work.

I got there early at 7 am, when the business is supposed to open, had to sit for another 20 minutes longer because they didn't open the doors for business. Then sat for few more minutes because they don't come out to your car anymore like they done for MANY YEARS when getting an oil change.They're not very professional and could do better on how they treat there customers.Didn't get out until almost 9. Even the guy working the checkout wasn't happy working for Walmart.Unhappy employees tells you a lot about the business.I did go to the manager that day and explained to him how I was treated and all he could say is they had a late start. Wow!!Bad management!

Bought some tires online had shipped to store..everyone was professional. They sent wrong size tire so had to reorder tire..set up appointment and within no time I was out and back on the road.. reasonable price for mounting tires..thanks y'all

they are super slow. It took them an hour to put on 1 tire that was after I waited 3 hours for them to start working on putting the tire on. The cashier in the auto department was also rude and just did not comprehend things well.

Used to buy decent batteries there, a few reasonably priced tires, but NEVER have your oil changed there, and their reputation is as well-known as the racist they used to have in security. Been over 5 yeats and havent been back, but had 2 vehicles serviced ( oil change) within 3 days, glad I double-check everything. Oil completely or nearly drained out, NOT replaced, filters had not been replaced, fluids and hoses, etc NOT checked or topped off, asked to check and air a tire and wasn't done, daughter almost didn't make it to tire shop and was transporting 5 kids. Don't know if it's changed, but with all the friends I have that's used them and ended up with locked up engines from no oil being put back in, I won't be using them.

We were heading to Florida from Michigan and needed a new tire, quick. Called numerous places and nobody had our tire size in stock. Walmart had the tire and said as long as we were at the check in station before 6:00 they would get the tire installed. We got there at 5:45 and we re back in the road by 8:00. Everyone was friendly and understanding of our desire to continue our trip!

Do NOT go if you want anything fast. I went for an oil change and waited three hours. I thought the price would be worth a little bit of a wait, but I did not have 3 hours to wait. Only getting two stars because the person who checked me in was very kind and helpful, and they seemed to do the job.

We have been here 3 times in 2 years, hoping it would be different each time. Employees do not want to do their job, are very rude, even when asked a polite question. We have either had to wait 4 hours for a flat tire to be fixed, over charged for something we did not request, or were treated so rudely we just left. We've had better experiences at other Wal-Mart's so hopefully this will be amended in the future.

Yesterday I went to get an oil change and put 2 tires on my truck. From the beginning we where told that it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait and she walked us through all charges, told us it would be $130 plus tax. We got there at 11:30 am, and didn't leave until 4:30 pm! We had to sit and wait for 5 hours while the techs sat around, took their time, and talked. Not only that, but they also tried to charge us an additional $40 for something we didn't get. We went to pay after waiting 5 hours and they tried to tell us it was $170, I spoke with a manager and managed to get $20 removed. I will never go to that Walmart again to get work done on any vehicle. They where rude, slow, and tried to over charge me!

We arrived at this facility in March 11, at 1:10 pm . We asked for a lifetime rotate and balance package and for the drivers side drl to be changed . We waited for well over 2 hours and finally our car was done . It should never take over 2 hours for those simple tasks . We go to our car only to discover they never even changed the drl bulb nor said anything to us about not being able to change . After such a wait there was absolutely no excuse . We will never patronize that store again ! Worst experience ever !

I was a little nervous about going to Walmart.But I have to say I was really impressed. From them being patient to the information that was provided to me to the service and the information they gave me as far as my warranty. Satisfied and it didn't take forever. Less than 2 hours.

We brought our own tires for mounting, cost was much cheaper than anywhere else. $60. 09 to mount four 17" tires on a pickup truck and dispose of two (we kept two of the old ones that weren't in very bad shape). They charge $1.50 each for disposal.Major drawback is wait time, there wasn't much of a hustle there to get people in and out. I suppose taking longer means you spend more time (and money) in the stores.Otherwise they did a good job, tires mounted and balanced properly.

Normally pretty good, but the tire install process is terrible. I had to drive my car to the check-in station, then back to the tire center, ten take my key into the garage area to give to a technician, back inside to "pick up tires", give my order number to 2 different people, and finally out the door.

No one ever came to help me after i was checked in and they gave me a two hour wait time to get a flat tire fixed that i brought in... it wasnt even on a vehicle. The employees made it clear they did not want to do the work. I could over hear them talking about how they didnt want to do the jobs because it was two hours until time to go home... so they gave me a two hour wait time in hopes of me leaving... and it worked... i bought a tire plug kit and will fix it myself with an hour and a half drive ahead of me i hope it holds.

Long delay even after arriving at 0730, but great service at a great price. $30 cheaper for the same oil than the "drive-thru" oil change places.

I went to Walmart Garden Center. I was searching for seedlings. They had almost everything I was looking for and all of them were healthy. What really interested me was their excellent variety of seeds. I was not aware that they carried so many seeds. I loaded up for my fall and winter plantings. Usually it's difficult to locate a facility that still has seeds in August and September. Thanks Walmart.

Oil & lube is verrrry slow and the fat dark headed girl running the cash register is unfriendly. I waited over hour with no one in front of me so i walk up to cashier and say is my car ready she chexked and said no and i got my other itens and chexkws out and she didn't say how long it would be are sorry are anything.

Took car in for oil change 2/8/2018.. Walmart Columbia TN. looked at paperwork from Walmart. Supposedly checked battery.. drive 4 miles home. Pulled in driveway.. heard a big explosion! Then fluid started pouring out. Called Walmart... took 20 mins to finally get off hold. Sent 2 "Technicians " out.. after dark. They showed up with CELL PHONES For their LIGHT SOURCE!!!!! Wow!!! What a sight..not professional to say the least. I got a flashlight for them. They had NO clue what could be the problem.... so I said it looks like the leak is coming from under the battery... they both replied " no it's not ". Finally I took the battery cover off & sure enough it was the battery.... it had exploded!!! They said they couldn't do anything... that it had some signs of corrosion... I asked why the techs couldn't see the so called corrosion in broad daylight... but they could at night with the light coming from their cell phones. Never, ever will I take another car there!! Untrained, uncaring "Techs". People BEWARE!!! Do not use Columbia Walmart automotive!

Quick, efficient, reasonably priced. Definitely better than most would expect from Walmart. The cashier seemed frustrated with something, and it showed, but it was very clear that it was a system problem and not a personnel problem.

The prices are good here for a normal oil change. Just make sure that you have time because they take forever. They can do basic stuff like oil changes and tire rotation. They also sell tires and batteries.

Called and called couldn't get any one on the phone to see if y'all had the tire I was looking for. You snooze you loss. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Love the care center here. They vacuumed my car. Did the oil change and rechecked and filled all the fluids. Had a female mechanic and she was awesome.

The prices are good. The only thing is if you are looking for a 225/55R19 they don't have it

Got some tires for my wife's car. Brand name Goodyear tires for a better price elsewhere in Colombia. Others had tires for around the same price but off brand.
