Very disappointed with the failed promise and poor service delivery of this company. Bought a Jeep from dealership next door & got promise of leather seats to be installed by Auto Trim. Once installed, seats were bubbling and leather was not tight. Took it back to them and they promised to fix the the seats. Took several months to get replacement parts in & then reinstalled. Once reinstalled, they then told me bad craftsmanship was only for front seats & that back seats were not included, which all seats were done poorly. My only fault (besides agreeing to get leather seats after the fact) was to not get the repair request in writing. When the story changed at Auto Trim, I thought their word was worth something, and I was wrong. I would avoid dealing with these folks based on my exchanges over the months to fix this. If you can t avoid it, then request everything in writing so you can hold them to account of what they promise. One last note - was speaking with owner about the shoddy work that was done, and this gentleman without a word just walked away from me & claimed I was nitpicking. He ended our conversation like I was his stepchild that he disliked rather than a customer. I showed him & his staff nothing but courtesy & respect in all my dealings with them, even when they cancelled on me, didn t return my phone calls & couldn t get things scheduled as promised. I really tried to work with them & get this issue taken of, but they missed this opportunity. And after all of that, to treat me in such a poor manner, I can only assume speaks to his character & commitment as a person (& that of his business). I posted 2 pics of the backseats to show the quality of the workmanship that Auto Trim claims to be acceptable.Update - received a call back from Auto Trim within a few minutes of leaving stating they didn t like unhappy customers & were willing to try to fix backseats. However, 9 months later of following back up with no answers. Wife just got into contact with them & they told her that they lost the replacements & for her not to call back. Please look closely at the photos of the shoddy work these guys did so you'll know what they have tried to pass off as their work. What those photos show is a reflection of their lack of expertise & professionalism in the upholstery industry. I would steer clear of these guys and by extension, the Columbia Jeep Dealership for not following through on their promises to new car purchasers.

I'd like to thank Jerry and his crew with installing a bottom seat cover for my 2013 GMC Sierra Denali. Everyone is friendly and willing to help or give advice on what you need or looking for. Thanks everyone.

Wowza. First time was NOT a charm. I visited today in the hopes of purchasing magnetic signs for a small business. Because the store shares a wall with a thrift store, I parked directly in between both and was going to step into the thrift store first.As I did, the woman who apparently runs the front desk of ATD, pulled up in a car beside me, rolled her window down and immediately chewed me out, saying I couldn t park there. She asked if I was coming into their store and i said yes, after I left the thrift store. She made no effort to believe me and continued to be so aggressive to the point that a fellow customer beside me told me she d move her car so I could move over a single space and escape the projected anger.After I finished shopping at the thrift store, I went to the sign store as promised for the quotes on magnetic signs. I kindly explained that while i wanted to support them, I simply couldn t in good conscience after being treated in such a way because of a parking place. At that point she began saying I had come at her first . Hmmm. That s an odd twist to the story. She started angrily saying bye! Bye! Bye! and then told me to find another place for my business. I thanked her and left. As I was pulling from the parking lot (of the thrift store), she stepped outside and started waving flamboyantly and blowing kisses to me as I backed out.Kinda sad when you genuinely want to support local. Remember friends, what s on the inside comes out.That s my last stop with this company. I d support imperfection far quicker than I d support rotten character.

Had my side windows tinted, great job. I liked it so well I had them put on windshield ceramic coating and it did wonders for stopping the hot from coming in the truck, then I had a bed cover installed. great people to work with.

We walked in and was waiting in line to talk to Jerry. We waited about ten minutes for jerry to get done with another customer. Someone walk in and jerry never acknowledged us and started talking to him. He knew we were waiting to talk to him and we were next customer in line. guess they don't want are business. Nice way to help out a veteran owned business

Second time I have dropped off a vehicle after scheduling it to have something done and they didn't even touched it. There was zero communications all day until I arrived to pick it up and discovered they hadn't even started. Having to find a ride to and from the location was hard enough with work schedules. Last time I will ever call them...find someone else more responsible to trust your car with!

I had a headliner installed in my car. Very impressed with the work. Jerry Tanner and his staff were professional and courteous . I highly recommend Auto Trim Design.

Went for a price on wheels and he completely left me to complain about someone parking in his parking spots. Waited 45 minutes for him to come back and he was more focused on the person parking in his parking lot then helping me.
