I would have given them 4 or 5 stars had they not lied to me.When they finished and right before I paid them they said my coolant level was a quart low and for $5 they would top it off. I declined because I was almost certain it wasn't low but I checked it a few minutes later when we stopped at Walmart and it was exactly at the full hot level on the reservoir.Lying for profit is the new normal everywhere you go, from the Dentist to the oil change and my solution to it is if someone tries to fork me once they don't get a second chance.$5 cost them a customer and if I were you I would go elsewhere.Manager responded to this post that he has a video of the empty coolant reservoir and my response is....it was full when I checked it 5 minutes later, so there's no point in showing a video of something I know is just an excuse to publicly gaslight me.

They were quick, courteous and thorough. They were able to replace the bulbs for my license plate where my fingers were too big to reach. They offer many services, including tire rotation.

That was fast! In and out in no time at all. The shop and waiting room was clean and the coffee was hot. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. They explained the entire process before they began and there were no surprises at the end.The new management really stepped up to provide a quality service to their community.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Called about an oil change for my truck, a standard suburban, they wanted well over a hundred dollars, I can get it done at the dealership for less than $80.00! No way!!!

DO NOT use this business. I repeat DO NOT use this business. They overfilled my transmission fluid by several gallons, I drove it the next day and it looked like my car was on fire from leaking transmission fluid onto my hot undercarriage. Turns out the overfill valve was leaking all of the extra fluid and it had to be completely drained and manually refilled. It ended up totaling the transmission because the overpressure ruined the valves. The owner wrote me a note with a promise to replace the system if I had any issues within a reasonable time. I ended up having to completely replace the transmission less than a year later and he refused to pay for it. Vehicle had less than 80,000 miles on it and needed a complete replacement. They may be able to do a basic oil change, but they can't do any other services for you and will not provide any customer service if they mess it up. I wrote a bad review a year ago and I am re-doing it because it was removed.Services: Transmission, Oil change

I've had my oil changed here several times. The customer care and speed of service are spectacular!!!! I definitely recommend making this jiffy your go to for oil changes and other services. I will definitely be going back to the jiffy lube in Clinton. They are very courteous, friendly, and professional. I was in and out in about twenty mins. They was also friendly and kind to my dog who was with me. They gained a new customer today.

The guys at Jiffy Lube are really nice young guys and VERY professional and pleasant to talk to! They are so knowledgeable about their job, very positive and try to explain their work in a down to earth way! I even took my own oil and filter to them and they still used my preferred products and changed out everything quickly at a fair price! Good guys!

The guys were nice. The service was ok. They never washed My windows or offered to vaccum my truck, my receipt says that I declined that service. They didn't even ask. When they put air in my tires they took air out of my tires making them grossly underinflated. They didn't check or ask about the correct tire pressure which is located on drivers side door panel. So I checked it and went to the tire shop to have them properly inflated. I got an oil change and a filter for over 100-dollars. Going to try somewhere else next time. I have used Jiffy Lubes all over the country, the ones here in Eastern Tennessee have a bit of laziness to them in my opinion. Maybe it's because I had out of state plates that they seemed like they didn't care. Oh well, hope you will have a better degree of customer service. They didn't even ask if I know how to change my oil life gauge on the computer in the truck, luckily I do.

Will absolutely not be back. I came in for an oil change. Which they did. However they did not secure the skid plate they removed and I had to bring my car back to have it fixed again. I mean if you pay 50 bucks for a basic oil change you would expect a little better service. Do not recommend.

Took my car here once to get the oil changed, and they ruined the drain plug by using the wrong socket end to remove it (used a torx bit in an allen fitting). Never again.

Quick and efficient lube job and oil changes are offered. Each technician is very knowledgeable on each vehicle as to oil weight and lubricants are required. Appointments are nor required.

Excellent fast service.. very polite staff. My car was in and out before I could blink. The manager Aaron Hancock was very professional with a sweet personality. I would recommend Jiffy Lube #clinton branch to anyone looking for fast professional service..

I had went to Walmart in Clinton for two days to get an oil change and each time they said it would be a four hour Waite. I then went to jiffy lube in Clinton and they had me in and out within 10 minutes. Walmart you just lost a customer. Jiffy Lube you just gained one.

I have been twice and won't ever return again. The first visit I was told they couldn't check the rear diff because the plug was rusty. The second time I had to tell the guys the trans get check while in neutral. I own a dodge. The diff plug is rubber and just pops out. If they are unaware on how to properly check a dodge trans they shouldn't work at an oil change place. If I could give negative stars I would!

UPDATE: I was sent a full refund from the company, so I do commend them for hearing me out, and assured me that this would never happen again.don t come here unless you have an hour and a half to wait for an oil changeAND after 1.5 hours of waiting, at the very end, they checked off a bunch of boxes that they DID NOT complete (ie vacuuming floor boards)
