I want to give this place 10 stars. They went above and beyond in helping me in a tight jam.I was driving on I465S in Indianapolis when I hit a pothole and shredded my tire. All I could do is throw the donut on and continue on to Tennessee.I called several dealerships and no one had my tire. I also called several tire shops and nothing. Making it worse is that my car is AWD so I had to replace all four.Steven went on a search and found me a set. He was very sympathetic to my crazy situation and understood that I live in Chicago so I HAD to have these tires.Within a couple of hours my new tires were in shop and being installed.The technician was efficient and neat. He did a good job placing my donut back in and even vacuumed my cargo area to rid it of the pieces of tire shrapnel.The facility is neat and very clean.Everyone here is professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Steve and GT tires.

Andersonville is a small community that helps and looks out for each other. I guess when Pastor Dennis retired old ways were cast away and we no longer as a community follow the principles and ways taught in the good book! (BIBLE) THAT SO MANY PEOPLE AND THIS BUSINESS HAS DONE FOR YEARS!! Like caring for the widows and orphans! Nope can't help an out of town sick widow with a flat but will tell her to come back at 430 while you pay someone to sit in empty bays and look at their phones. Sad day!! I have never been so disappointed and I know that G T Tire don't care cause they only run on appointments now!! Hope it is not your widowed mother just leaving the Dr office the next trying to get home safe and being turned away!!!Great Job!!I am with out real words of how disappointed!! My mind is blown!!! How you could let someone sit on the clock while a senior was in need shame on you GT Tire!!!! Shame on you!!!We are not the only people who have had this issue recently. After speaking to a few others they have had the same. As far as the 5 min. Between appointments I suppose multiple empty bays but then again we just need to get over thinking it is ok to to send our Seniors our on a bad Tire. You all were not busy!

I wish I could find mechanics closer that I could truly trust, but GT is worth the drive! Professionals. Always kind, always fair. Highly recommend!

I am a Auto Collision owner in Knoxville Tn retired. We for a number of years had our own internal tire and alignment suspension shop.I know good from bad and this shop is really good.

They over charged me by nearly $90!! The out the door total online and after I got there weren't the same. It clearly states online free installation of tires, but they charged me per tire.

They have earned a lifelong customer. Moved back to Anderson County 2 years ago after my husband passed who was also my go to guy for my car issues. I ve been to other places since moving back and not a single place in Anderson county or Knox county compares to the level of customer focus! Working in the customer service industry and being a former business owner, I know how important your reputation is and they understand that here as well! Best place to get tires! They treat you with respect and like family! I will not go anywhere else as long as they are around! Thanks guys!

Scheduled to have used tires put on 2days in advance, the guy that I talked to on the phone when scheduling asked about the age of the tires I wanted mounted ,told him 2019 ,he said no problem that's still good ,they couldn't mount 2018 and older ,so I go to the appointment two days later and when they see my tires they say there too old, they can't do it I said the fella I talked to on the phone said 2019 is not older than 5 years and they could do it ,so after I unloaded my tires and rims in 90 degree weather in front of the place ,I had to load them right back up and leave with nothing but bad service I don't know who can't count but it's 2023 and a 2019 made tire is not a five year old tire, first and last time I'll ever go back here and I'm gonna make sure plenty of people know of the terrible experience I had with this place

This shop was a life saver for me and my family. We broke down on a Sunday coming home from vacation and nobody was open. A local told us about this place and we had our vehicle towed there. I called first thing Monday morning and they got it fixed and back on the road by noon. Thank you everyone at GT Tires. You all were great and we truly appreciate all your kindness.

GT tire is the best around for anything concerning your vehicle. They always get us in and out promptly for oil change and tire rotation. Staff are great. Great place to buy tires!! Dusty and Dennis are the absolute best when it comes to customer service. Highly recommended!!

If I could give no stars I would. We have used them many times over the last few years for oil changes, and have been pleased overall (minus the one time they didn't screw my metal shield back on properly).Today I awoke to a flat tire. We took my car there to get the tire patched and was told they don't do that and that they were booked--even though there were no cars in the tire area and the men were sitting around eating Bojangles biscuits.A service that could have taken 5 minutes, that would have helped a loyal customer was denied. We will never use them for anything again. And, I will be sure to tell friends and family not to use them either. Poor customer service.

Just left,I would not recommend!! I had a 9am appointment, apparentlythey do not need any money,as of 932 two other women came in after me and they got taken care of immediately,extremely inconsiderate,apparently they dont need new business. I saw a dark skin man taking a eating break at 9am,watched 2 others standing around,2 others running back and forth,I do not have all day to sit there,when an appointment is made they should start no later than 10 min past.man that set up my appointment kept calling me sweetheart over phone,which is a ploy to get business I knew but I didnt know how rude they'd be to new customers,very inconsiderate

Had a tire patched 3wks ago. The tire went flat today, took it back said it would be a few days to fix .took tire to Walmart they said that the tire could not be fixed because the patch was on the edge of side wall.why did u all do this to my tire .tire only had 4000 miles on it

Such a great place to bring your vehicle. Mechanics do a great job, tire replacements are a good price, and service desk is very helpful to make sure everything you needed was done. As a female, I have a trust issue when having my car looked at. Kudos to these guys for believing honesty and great service are the benchmark for doing business.

If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, hard working, accommodating, and fair priced auto shop - there's none better than GT. They take great care of their customers and do great work. It's comforting to know that when you drop off your vehicle at GT you know that they are going to treat it as if it's one of their own. Not only do they perform their work at the highest standards, they are impressively fast and they communicate through any process extremely well to ensure that the customer is comfortable with the service they are receiving. I've been a proud customer for years and don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon! I can't say enough good things about GT and the people who work there. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I never leave reviews, but I gotta say I'm very impressed with these guys. Prices were great, customer service was great, and they didn't screw around. I'm headed down to Florida from Ohio to pick up parts and blew out a trailer tire. They got me in and back up and running quicker than I ever expected. Only lost me about an hour. I highly recommend these guys

It's always been a good experience for any person I have sent them or myself for the many years I've been having repairs and maintenance done there. They've been kind, honest, helpful and today that's hard to come by.Keep up the good work.

SHAMEFUL! My family and I were passing through and the tire went flat.. wouldn't you know there was no jack It was 4pm and the sign said they closed at 6 but they would not help me. I even asked for a jack so I could do it myself and they just looked at me like an alien. I couldn't believe they were just gonna let me and my family drive out of their lot on a flat tire. Ended up driving my car to a tractor supply and bought a jack. I would give these clowns negative feedback if I could.

Terrible advice and pricing. Lazy service department and super incompetent. Stayed in the customer waiting chair balled up like a child on their phone anytime I seen them. Don t go to this place unless you want to give a way money. Total disrespect and pure laziness. Unbelievable!

GT Tire is a friendly and honest business. I have used them for 15 plus years. I have bought numerous sets of tires with great prices and service. I have taken vehicles for repair. They have either repaired it for a fair price or told me that a dealership could do it for less because of the complexity. They are honest and fair in all of my experiences!!

Always top notch service at this place! They are extremely knowledgeable, polite, respectful and honest. Super friendly staff and will try their best to fit you in with no appointment. If you only need a tire patched, they are honest and tell you if it's patchable or not. They won't try to sell you a tire if the tire doesn't need replacing. Love Love Love to these guys. They work super hard. Thank you GT Tire for always treating me right.
