My daughter and I were heading out of Knoxville for an extended weekend when an engine light came on. Fox Toyota was the closest dealer so we set the navigation beacon to their service department. They got us in right away, identified the problem in short order, corrected it and sent us on our way for a minimal charge with free bottles of water ;-). These folks take care of their Toyota owners. Very grateful.

They absolutely saved us. We had our oil plug drop out of the car in the middle of a 9 hr drive. They were able to do emergency service on my Honda and get us back on the road in 2 hours. Chris Glafenhein and his team documented everything for me and got us back on the road. I can't thank them enough.

This is the absolute slowest place I have ever been to, you might have 2 people helping and then you got 10 walking around with coffee in their hand doing nothing and we sat for hours, MY SUGGESTION and this is only MY OPINION is go to Secret City in Oak Ridge you will get great service and won't have to wait for hours.

Had trouble with the AC on my brand new Sienna wheelchair van. Cold air froze us out on LO, hot air burned my toes on anything else. They gave me a really nice loaner truck while they fixed it. Great job!! Photo is of the loaner truck from Enterprise. Customer service and satisfaction!

Two and half hours and not yet done for my oil change after I ve been told it will be one hour (no update or communication)Please do not respond to my comment I don t need to know the reason anymore)

The man I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. Truck seems to be running better now so that tells me that the service tech was also good at his job. He had a lot of things to do on my truck. I received a loner vehicle to drive while all the work was done which was very much appreciated. Great experience at Fox Toyota!!

Service is impeccable. Clean waiting room. Coffee, water and snacks are offered. No pressure service. I suggest you make an appointment. I am pleased that I have my vehicle serviced here.

Have to say I own a Kia, Chevy and Honda not a Toyota BUT the service department and technicians were able to service and repair all (3) of my vehicles over the last year. They have the ability and skills to work not only on Toyota but other manufacturers as well. There remodeled service department and sales area brings a more welcoming vibe then before. I would highly recommend having your vehicle, no matter the manufacturer, serviced/repaired here OR upgrade to a new vehicle if desired haha.

My husband just had our oil changed again at Fox Toyota in Clinton. He had a coupon for $69.99 and requested replacement of wipers, which were priced at a total of $30. Final result was $140, explained as additives . Examination of the receipt shows these were requested by the customer (they were NOT) and tires were rotated, which he did not request. He also priced tires and inquired about free rotation but was told that was an additional charge. This was a very negative experience. Not likely to return and definitely won t recommend them.UPDATE: new wipers were not installed. He went back and had an intense discussion and demonstration with the same advisor who finally agreed the wipers had not been changed. We were not charged for them at all. Fair trade since we got $40 of service we didn t want?Service: General repairs & maintenance

It was 07:20am ,and I had a flat tire .I found them an I thank God I went there first.I told them what I needed and they drove my car right away in the shop.He came back with it and told me there was a nail in the tire and he had plugged it.And for me to replace it right away, and there was no charge.What a blessing that there are still places that truly care about ppl and not just $$$.Thank you for your help.

Service was poor. Waited a long time and paid too much for oil change and tire rotation. Part of my order was not addressed and I ve had little luck getting what I need. I had an appointment for an oil change and was 30 minutes early. They got my truck into the service bay right away and looked the entire vehicle over, making some recommendations, some I followed others I delayed. I drive away feeling confident my vehicle was going to be able to do for me those things I need it for. Thank you!

It seems like every time I bring my 2019 Sienna in for regular maintenance the assistant service manager Tim always comes to me and tells me that something is wrong with my new van.
