Initially I had some concerns about the service I received but Julie worked with me to make sure I was happy with the final results.I brought my car in today to get the head lamp assembly replaced expecting to spend 6 or 7 hundred dollars. After they started working on it they realized it didn t need to be replaced. I ended up paying 2 hundred instead.I would not hesitate to go back in the future and I would recommend them to somebody needing auto repair.

I dropped off my 1991 Land Cruiser Prado imported from Japan which is described as this company s specialty in August of 2022. My engine over heated and suspected I had a cracked cylinder head. My point of contact was Julie, who uses her personal cell phone as the business contact number, and never answered her phone or would only text me to let me know she was at her kids soccer game and couldn t answer. Julie gave me an estimated 4 weeks to get my car in and at least take a look at it. After 8 weeks of being led on, I stopped by unannounced and noticed my car hadn t moved an inch and no progress was made. After 4 months I told her I was going to pay for what little was done and have the vehicle shipped as is to Las Vegas where I currently am living. Magically the next day a pressure test was ran and new parts were ordered (she told me she had all of the parts ordered in October). I set a car transport for mid January and gave a date which she said she could meet (she did not). On the second scheduled date I was sent a video of my car running as proof of service and her explaining they test drove it for 30 minutes and had it running up to 80mph (my Prado maxes out at 65mph). When my car was delivered it would only crank no start. I took it to a shop who actually knows what they are doing and determined they used starter fluid to start it and failed to mention that to me before transport. If I thought they had the slightest bit of a clue, I would send my car back and have them pay for it since I dropped my car off with no issue starting. I have never written a review for any business on any platform ever until now. The name of the company Import Support is truly laughable. If you have an imported Land Cruiser or something of the like, you d be better taking it to a plumber than this place. Terrible communicators, terrible overall service, and a terrible business. I wish the best of luck to all of their existing customers.

Very communicative to me. Gave me the option to use OEM or another parts brand. Competitive pricing to dealership service. Also explained their process in diagnosing issues. Please excuse my first review for whomever read it before I had a chance to correct my feedback. Import support is a great place with a staff that shows empathy and makes you feel like they genuinely care about your individual situation and not just a work order number on their job board. I plan on giving them all of my repair business anytime I need it, which I hope isn t anytime soon

She's has helped my sister and her husband a lot lately. My sister had surgery and has been on short term disability and her husband's car had something wrong with the key fob. She ended up calling a locksmith and only charged my sister for the key. She could've charged them for labor they had to figure out what was wrong with it. Great honest understanding people

Straight out of the box, they were able to fix a vibration problem for me that two other shops had tried and failed at, that I had given up hope of ever having resolved.While there they noticed a small leak from my water pump. They are not pushy and won't over or up sell you on anything. But they will let you know what is going on and let you choose.I let the pump go, and the leak got worse. Proud to know they are taking care of it today!As a mechanic, I hate leaving my things to other mechanics. But Paul and his crew are legit.Highly recommend!

These guys are great! I've recommended them to multiple people. I know they're giving me honest feedback. They even waited after-hours for me one time at no extra charge when my vehicle needed towing. Great business run by good people.

We brought two cars to Import Support after their change of ownership. Both cars continued to have problems after the repairs. After bringing it to another specialist, we discovered that the entire suspension was improperly installed on our 2004 Toyota Tundra. The mechanic at ImportSupport failed to diagnose a bent frame (front driver wheel 2 inches behind front passenger) and returned it to us stuck in 4 wheel drive. They replaced the suspension on our 1997 4runner and returned it to us with a mysterious rattle at over 50mph, which was not present before we brought it into the shop. When we brought it back they were unable to account for it. All repairs took days beyond what was expected. While they were very nice and friendly, the work they did put us around $5000 behind and still in need of repairs. Our current mechanic reports that the problems are fixable and obvious. I'm disappointed that we went back so many times.

I needed a serpentine belt replacement and my A/C compressor clutch swapped out after another shop (not in the area) did an incorrect repair resulting in damage to the belt.This shop got it in on really short notice and turned it around in a hurry for my family.

Took my Lexus in with a misfiring engine. They knew what the problem was before they even put it on the computer. Fixed in one day at a very affordable price. Extremely professional with a hometown quality. When I have an automotive problem, I ll take it there!

Grat group of guys, wonderful service, no run around that is and the available selection on used cars is always good. Will do business with them so much more. Glad I found Import support. Finally honest and affordable business here at home.... Thanks and God Bless

Charged me $700 dollars+tax. The most gansta shop in town. They kept my Jeep for 2 weeks. They were supposed to fix my Air conditioning. They bought a part for my AC put it on then to tell me that wasnt it and it needed another part that would be more. They didnt even put my snorkel on right. They couldnt even put my brush guard on. DONT USE THESE GUYS! Unless you want to fork out some money for nothing. I might as well thrown 700 dollars in the toilet and flushed!

We won't take our vehicles anywhere else. They have serviced our diesel, gasser, and electric vehicles. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even change tires on travel trailers!

Can't put a price on an honest mechanic. I drive you from Chattanooga every time I need work done on my cars. Not only are they honest but their prices are very competitive.
