This place is embarrassing and I should have known better by just walking in there.To begin, the receptionist was late to her job to recieve customers. That's the first thing I noticed.I thought I could trust a new local company and help out by being a suporter, but instead they ripped me off of $816.00 dollars.They fixed nothing that related to the problem: the passenger wheel making the loudest knocking that can't be missed. I even pinpointed where it's making noise and these morons couldn't fix it.Little did they know that I'm a Mechanic. I work in industrial maintenenace but prior I was a vehicle mechanic. I could do the work myself but I work 6 days a week and don't have the time and so I decided to trust these clows that really don't even know their ABCs.Don't trust your car with them. This is sad and hopefully they shut the doors and keep them shut.As customer that paid: be Warnes and do not take your car here.Do NOT!Trash companyPeriodHopefully the videos upload. They didn't even move the wheel to check for noise. It's exactly where I told them to check.They are garbage

I took my Lincoln town car thought the air suspension was going out was gonna cost several hundred dollars they looked at it and it was not the problem cost me about $70. Great honest people will take my car back there for any maintenance needs.

If I could put 0 stars, I would this place is an actual joke! No one calls you to update you on what s going on with your car. I paid 1,500$ to get my air fixed and it still does not work.They kept my car for 7 weeks. After sitting at the shop for 4 weeks I finally text the owner who told me he had to take it to Ford to get the ac reprogrammed. My car was never taken to Ford, it was taken to another shop without my consent. I was then called by the owner who had the audacity to complain to me about paying for the work that was done at that shop.I was then told I needed a new AC control module- they would handle it with no charge to me. Days later I was told they could not get it from their supplier. They basically gave up without fixing anything or offering to refund my money.They left my car a mess with black fingerprints everywhere. Left it on the lot UNLOCKED with the keys in it! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.Service: Air conditioning

Honest, friendly, and hard working. They really try to make sure they pinpoint the exact problem(s) so unnecessary work isn t done. I definitely say they give their 100 percent best effort and try to resolve any and every issue in a reasonable and respectable time frame. I believe Chelsea and her team give honest and fair prices as well for their work and labor.

They did a wonderful job on my mom s Nissan Maxima. Mom went by the shop to see why her car started sputtering and running rough, they ran a diagnostic and told her it was the cylinder, gave a quote of around $140.00. Mom took the car in the next morning at opening and work was complete before noon. I took my jeep in for a lifter tick. Thought I got it fixed in 2020 by a shop in athens Tennessee called. JPRO.They was horrible. So it's hard for me now in 2023 trust auto shop. Took my 2014 wrangler to scorpion offroad they don't fix internal engine problems. They recommend me to ABC automotive. So I got it towed from scorpion to abc. They did excellent work. A couple weeks later I took my jeep in for a oil change at bookout tire and lube. Great ppl also. They told me I had a leak from my water pump jpro also messed that up. So I called abc the same day. And they checked it out Monday the June the 5th and fixed the loose screws jpro messed up. Thank you so much. The only place I will take my vehicle. From here on out.

Great place to have your vehicle worked on. Caring staff and ownership! As someone who typically works on my own stuff, I m starting to get to the point that I don t want to any more. When that s the case I roll up to ABC and they take care of me!Highly recommend!!

Took my truck in with intermittent misfire and backfire. It was also hard to start in the morning. The symptoms were worse on rainy days. I don't know what they did to diagnose it, but new spider injectors and 4 new oxygen sensorsalong with the $700 bill didn't fix the problem. I kept telling I would bring it back, but I couldn't find the time. The problem continued to get worse and I was trying to save some more money (expecting even more costly repairs). Then, the window motor went out and there was a broken pin in the top door hinge on the driver's door, which caused the door to not latch all the way. It took it back to them and asked if they could find out why it was still missing and backfiring after they repaired the window motor and hinge pi. After replacing the entire hinge(instead of just the pin), and the window motor and another $400 bill, they didn't have time to check why it was still missing and backfiring before I had to have my truck back. They spent 2 days on the door. Anyway, I told them I'd have to bring it back another day. Meanwhile, I was reading online possible causes of misfires and hard starts. Finally, I replaced the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor button MYSELF for $150. This COMPLETELY took care of the misfiring, backfiring and hard starts. It just seems to me that if they were just gonna GUESS at what was wrong with it, they would've tried the less expensive and easier fix before trying the spider injectors and oxygen sensors. I wouldn't trust them to properly diagnose a problem with my truck again. They are very friendly, but I wouldn't trust them to diagnose and repair mythem a lot of moneyfor ONLY getting my window motor fixed. We have used ABC Automotive 3 times for our repair needs on our older car. First repair went fantastic, and I thought they had made a customer for life.Second repair was an oil change that ended up costing almost $90. We were not warned of the cost before the oil change was completed, but were told that they do normally try to warn people. I really believed it was a fluke thing.Third repair- I called yesterday to confirm that if they do the repair, the diagnostic fee is free. They said yes, so we had the car towed there. Imagine my disappointment this morning when the phone rang, and the repair is over $350 to replace a car battery. (Yes, part of that fee is the diagnostic fee.)Long story short- buyer beware. I had a bad experience with them. They did the repair but messed up other things. Left greasy hand prints on my fabric, left some kind of metal by my windshield and slammed the hood down on it. I had a hard time getting my hood open and getting it unwedged. Plus, the mechanic smelled like alcohol.
