They are absolutely amazing. From their customer service all the way to the accuracy and speed of their work. They took care of my hummer as if it were their own. I didn t feel like they were trying to hustle me like most mechanics. They truly care and will go over and beyond. The hood of my hummer wasn t completely bolted just from wear and they fixed it out the kindness of their heart. I got a flat tire after leaving and they came straight to me and fixed it and didn t ask for a dime. I can t express my gratitude enough but they definitely have a loyal customer in me and I will forever tell everyone to give them your business and your vehicle with ease of knowing they will take care of you! If you are looking for excellent customer service and quality work then please check out VASQUEZ AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR & TOWING!!!! From start to finish, Mrs. S took the time to call me back and make sure my appointment was fully booked since getting an appointment the day after a major holiday isn t always easy. I brought my car in and it was shaking just as bad as my nerves were. I was greeted by Mrs. S with a very friendly and straightforward response about what to expect and what the charges would be after an inspection. The outcome was beyond what I could ve ever imagined! I was sent the estimate and notes for review before any work was performed or completed. My vehicle was ready the same day and I was kept informed of the estimated time it would take to get the repairs done and got a message when it was ready! I was informed that Mr. JV took care of my vehicle and I couldn t thank him and his team enough (to include Mrs. S). It is hard enough with dealerships trying to get over on you with outrageous repair costs (or trying to get you to trade in or by new) hoping you won t realize what s really going on. I did not have that issue here at this shop and will continue to come for my repair(s) and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this repair shop!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I was driving through Clarksville and I am from Florida. We do a lot of driving and have visited so many auto repair shops. I had an issue with a stalled van and we were able to get it to this shop. They were a little busy but because we were so far from home, they helped us and took a look at it right away. The mechanic took a look and noticed it was a vacuum hose and just connected it. They didn't charge me for such a small fix and got us back on the road within 20 minutes.I think this is super rare to find such honest people in the auto repair industry and the mechanic and lady in front were both extremely kind. I am grateful to them and highly recommend them to anyone with a vehicle.

Took my son there to get him new tires. Their prices are way better than a lot of other places.Most importantly my son had a vibration that we could find. Had his tires balanced at another tire place on 41a and they never said a word, BUT this place pointed out the bent rim (other place didn t say anything) which is very obvious on the balancing machine. I know it wasn t my son because this bend would have blown a tire and he has never blown a tire. Hands down this place has my business in the future. They are polite, reasonable priced, timely, show you what is wrong if anything. They will even let you walk back and pick your own tire if you wish.

Of all the shady automotive companies that you can choose from in Clarksville I suggest calling them FIRST. I purchased my own tires and headlights brought them to Vasquez and paid a fraction of what I would of paid at the dealership. I am happy to have a functioning car again!The employees craftsmanship was very good and speaks for itself as well.

Update: Vehicle still running smoothly after about 1 years since repair. Easy 5 stars. Cost me half of what the dealership quoted, while maintaining spectacular service.I took my Tacoma into the dealership for a diagnostic, it took them all day and they wanted to charge more and more to investigate my issue.This shop had the problem identified within two hours after drop off, and was very thorough in explaining and showing us what he had figured out.Not only that, but the service (pulley and tension assembly replacement) was completed within half a workday. My truck is running smoothly now.The receptionists were knowledgeable, they were very transparent about prices for parts and services, as well as polite & personable.Will be returning here over the dealership for all future issues. 10/10, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Luckily fate would have me break down next door to Vasquez in my Subaru. It was late at night and I saw Vasquez putting away some custom motorcycles and the sign said repairs or towing. I had nothing to lose. I met Vasquez and he was cool and instantly I felt comfortable giving him the opportunity to work on my baby. This was a new clutch install on an WRX STi and he put in clutch, replaced the radiator and changed the oil. The price was what it should be. Cheaper isn't better. But the price wasn't high, either.The coolest thing are the people there. All the staff every body that works there is down to earth, unique, and ready and willing to help. This counts for a lot, you probably like shops like I do. Not a giant chain.Thanks for fixing my Subaru!Services: Transmission, Oil change

This place is definitely the place to go. They saved me a hefty amount of money. They cut the price for my fuel pump in half. Best deal I ve ever gotten for my car. Great service at a price that was less than half of what the dealership service department wanted to charge. There were no hidden charges. Communication was great, and the staff was friendly throughout the entire repair process. Came in to get my to get my windshield fluid dispenser checked out and was able to get it fixed very quickly and it was very affordable. The service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Amazing. And anytime I called with a question very knowledgeable. Will be for sure using this company in the future.Had to use this company again today for a tow. Like last time he made sure my car aka my baby was secured to the "T". This is what I like about this company. Also told him I had another problem with the AUX port and he said bring it by shop and he will look into it. I appreciate the knowledge and respect I get. Could not ask for a better company to tow my vehicle. The only people I will be calling if I need my vehicle towed for now on. Keep up the amazing work guys and thanks again from the bottom of my heart for your help.

I went in having seen a nail in my tire. Goodyear told me they couldn't patch it. At Vasquez they pulled the small nail head out and showed me that it never penetrated past the tread. Charged me nothing and was super honest. Definitely recommend.

Very great towing company, super polite and friendly. Would recommend to anybody. Cheaper than others.Update: this towing company is super reliable. I had my car towed to a dealership that informed me same day they would not look at my car and had to have it towed out of town to nashville. Right away the next morning they towed it over to nashville faster than originally expected. Outstanding service.

Replaced bearing after everyone else said it would be too much work. Price was great and car rides smoother than it has since I got it. Informed me of things I should keep an eye on and we're very friendly. Will definitely return for any other work needed in the future.

Used his towing services. Called several tow services & not only did his price beat the competitors he showed up within reasonable timing; other tows stated 2 hour waits 1 was a no show he was there within the hour & called to confirm ETA since traffic was heavy .Very pleasant experience. Great customer service skills! Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended. & Again Thank you! :)

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Our sons car broke down and man stopped to help us and recommended him and so thankful he did. He came on a Saturday in less than hour to tow the car and even gave my husband a ride. We are from out of state and when our vehicle overheated, I called them at 5:58 p.m. in hopes they would answer since they close at 6 p.m. Without hesitation they got me all set up and ready for a prompt repair. Great customer service, compassion, and especially professionalism are hard to find nowadays. These guys are PHENOMENAL and I would recommend to anyone. My 2018 Kia Sportage had a ton of engine problems for a vehicle under 60K miles. I took it to a Kia dealership which tried to charge me almost 6K to get the problem solved. Imagine paying 2K less to get the same problems fixed? Isn t that a deal? At first I was hesitant, but when you sit down with the staff that explain point A to point Z of what is going on and what will happen AND you hear the words veterans? How could you not trust them? They kept me updated every step of the way. They showed me a model engine diagram, broke it apart and described in detail what was going on. The staff was very friendly, professional and super Knowledgable in what they do. The service is undeniably excellent. If you are looking for very honest mechanic work then look no further! If you are seeking that 10 out of 10 mechanic experience, I highly recommend Vazquez Auto.

Well... they got pretty good snacks :D the lady in the office is great, very professional. Very hard working people and great prices!! They have cool fishes also lol, they will make you feel like home while you wait for your vehicle to b done. Might come back tomorrow just because

This place is awesome! Staff here are amazing, very professional, & knowledgeable. They're here to help you and not rip you off like other local mechanics. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else but here. They do great work and I highly recommend them.

I would recommend Vasquez Automotive and Towing 10/10! They are very professional and helpful. Also very decently priced. I had my bmw towed by them, they called when a truck was on the way and when it got dropped of to the shop it was being brought to. If you need a tow or work done call Vasquez!

I used his servixe for a tow home. He was courteous and professional over the phone. And when he was running a little later than initially expected, he called me to let me know! Something people just don't do anymore. He delivered my car to my home and easily placed it under my carport so i could work on it. I recommend him to everyone. Thank you Vasquez Towing!

I spoke with at least five other companies before I called Vasquez Automotive & Towing and I was beyond happy that I called him. The owner answered and was immediately tentative to what we needed and had the absolute best price, by far. We were not at home when he towed our vehicle, but he called and texted with continuous updates. When he left our vehicle, he sent me a photo and hid my key instead of leaving it in the vehicle. The entire experience from start to finish was easy and smooth. I will never go anywhere else and I would certainly recommend him to anyone! Thank you!!
