Even if she had gotten a positive review yesterday, Danielle Morrison would still be overdue for another one! She provided exceptional service and was very friendly. I didn't ask much questions but she made herself at the ready just in case. Service was faster than expected, and I am very glad I got to have her help me with my visit. A sincere thank you to Danielle Morrison as well as the servicing team that worked on my vehicle.

I have a Subaru Crosstrek. I've taken my car here 3 or 4 times now.Pros:1. Danielle and the service parts manager lady are great to work with. They are the only reason this post receives two stars.2. If you don't want to wait around for a longer service, they'll Lyft you home and back.Cons:0. Had a very unpleasant time with Marvin the service writer. So much so that I specifically request Danielle now.1. Obviously super expensive going to the dealership.2. Previously told me in September that I needed a new engine air filter, tires, rear brakes and resurface rotors. I didn't do any of the services except get new tires. I took my car in yesterday for an oil change and everything passed in the free 16pt inspection. That's weird. I brought it up while checking out so a guy checked the rear brakes really quickly and noticed they do need replacing. I received a 20% off one service coupon as a result of pointing out the error. As a result of yesterday's inspection results, I'm scared of whatever else they might have missed. The rear brakes, resurfacing rotors, and engine air filter cost $400 altogether. Were they trying to overcharge me previously or did they even complete a inspection yesterday? Either way, they have lost my confidence. It's hard out here finding honest folks to fix your car, especially as a woman, and the dealership should be the gold star service department. With the exception of Danielle, I feel let down by Wyatt Johnson Subaru Service.

Super fast, and the communication through the process is by far the best I have ever experienced. Usually using the dealer for service isn't the wisest choice, but with Subaru I couldn't imagine using anyone else and feeling comfortable that I'm receiving the correct service. They are very very trustworthy, and they do an amazing job in a fast time. They send you notifications abiut where they are in the process, and at the end they give you a video showing their work. I have never left a mechanic feeling this good about what I paid for.

I made an 830 appt for Friday to get a headlight and parking light replaced I waited 3 hrs Dawson never returned so I sent someone to find him. After waiting another hour they brought me a bill for 529.40! By Mr Landry, Dawson put on the work order DROP OFF will pick up at 5. I know nothing will ever be done but I have an appt for wed light in dash is still on hopefully only an hour since I made an apptService: Electrical repair

Went to get a specific part looked at, but was scheduled for a multi-point inspection for some reason. Nice staff that seems over-tasked. Poor communication. Glad I was able to get a free Lyft home to wait since the estimated 2-3 hrs to assess my car was actually a low estimate. Had to initiate all communication and ask so what do you need from me next? and is X happening now? a lot. Expensive since it s a dealership, but that s to be expected.

This is the fourth time I ve dropped the car off. Poor communication. Lack of follow through. Poor customer service. Finally finished the work that was supposed to be completed the first time. Dropped off at 7 am and they didn t even look at it til closing and kept it til the next That s five days of work they have made me miss in total. No desire to get it done in a timely and professional method. This shows how their service department is run and leads me to the conclusion that I will never buy a car from here, or get further service.

I used Wyatt Johnson Subaru service once before for a warranty issue that Subaru of America issued a TSB for and because the technician could not replicate the problem they would not complete the update. Fast forward 2 years and since there are no other Subaru service departments nearby I reluctantly gave them a try again for a routine rear brake job and transmission fluid drain and refill. Upon receiving my vehicle and conducting a walk around, my driver door exterior trim had been scratched and peeled away from the door (likely from the vehicle lift). I highly doubt the integrity of the Subaru certified technicians at Wyatt Johnson as there is no way this wasn t seen. It also worries me as to the quality of work I received on my vehicle. The lane manager apologized and said she would do everything possible to make it right which included ordering the replacement part, having it installed in a timely manner, or if they couldn t I would be provided a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience. I took time off of work to bring my vehicle in a week later. I was told they would get it done as soon as possible and not offered a loaner. As I was escorted into the waiting area a gentlemen having the same problem as me (damaged vehicle from one of the technicians) complained that he had been there for 4 hours and his vehicle was never even brought into the bay. I waited 1 hour and 30 mins and went back out to see my car had never been touched. I promptly asked the service advisor to give me my keys, car, and the replacement part as I would fix it myself. I would think if you as a business caused the problem you would go above and beyond to correct it. For a business based around customer satisfaction I sure saw a lack of it in my own experience and that other customers in the waiting room. I have experienced good Subaru dealerships however, Wyatt Johnson is not one of them. I will take my chances in Nashville next time.Services: Body & Trim, Brakes

Brought our Subaru in to install remote start early in the morning. Received none of the updates we were told we would receive during the day, when we went to pick up the vehicle at the end of the day after hearing nothing all day, we were informed they had the incorrect part and would need to reschedule. Terrible communication, 10/10 do not recommend, will not go back to again my friend.

We had a 7am appointment and the service rep said they were starting on our vehicle at 9:40 and our vehicle would be ready in an hour, the rep told me the price. At 10:15 they hadn t even started on our vehicle and offered the excuse of we were running behind. We were the first appointment of the day. The service manager did get involved and our car was ready shortly there after, however they charged my husband $40 more than what I was quoted and there was no change in the service estimated vs. provided.

Darius was very attentive and answered all my questions with a passionate smile. He was very informative and very knowledgeable about the services, your company offered. He was very patient and understanding of all the questions. I was asking him about the condition of my car. While I understand servicing a vehicle takes time there is no reason that I was there for over 3 hours to get a routine maintenance completed. Also if the menu screen is going to be changed during maintenance it should be returned to the screen I had it set for at the time of drop off. After listing to others in the waiting area I became aware the excess wait we were all experiencing.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Dawson was so nice and friendly to see as a walk-in at 7 am. He got my car right in and was very reassuring. I didn t have a huge issue but they treated it with importance. He sent over a quote, and called with updates. I felt very taken care of and will continue to go there.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenanceServices: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

They were very friendly during my appointment even though they were extremely busy. They could not locate the source of the noise I was hearing. They told me to bring it back if it happened again which I understand. What concerned me though is they said all my tires were good when it obvious that they are just about bald need to be replaced. Especially since they are the original factory tires that came on the vehicle when it was brand new. Just makes me wonder what other stuff might have been overlooked.Service: Vehicle Inspection

First, I feel like it was way over charged for a simple oil change (I know it's a dealership, but still $300 for an oil change and tire rotation!). I was following the maintenance guidelines and took it to Subaru because I had to have warranty work done previously, so took it to the dealership for scheduled service. $315 for oil change and tire ration; absurd! Then, want to charge $80 for an airfilter replacement. Then I go home to change the filter myself, and they didn't really even top off the fluids like that listed was done. The coolant is barely at minimum level.Do Not Recommend!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Took a lot longer than expected. Some body gave my advisor an incorrect estimate on the time needed. If I had known I would have just dropped the vehicle off.The job looks like it was done correctly, so I am satisfied with the work. The advisor WAS very good, not really anybody s fault in the installation of the hitch, just frustrated waiting 4 hours to complete, instead of the 2 hours estimated.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Had an appointment at 1 PM to have a 12,000 mile service. Upon. arrival, they informed me that it would be a longer than normal weight for service because one of their technicians that performs oil changes went home with some family emergency. My advisor was very helpful, arranged for a lift. so I could go to restaurant for lunch. Only problem was oil change service took three hours. They should have called and informed me before I made a 1 Hour Drive to the dealership.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

The internet apt I made didn t show up in the system when we got to the Volkswagen service, where it mistakenly set the apt for. They called their Subaru service up the road and they worked us in at the original scheduled time and got us take. Care of quickly and efficiently.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Service was done adequately, but resulted in quite a few greasy/dirty fingerprints on my ivory headliner on a pretty new car. I called Wyatt Johnson Subaru three times to see if this could be addressed and was told I'd get a call back, which never happened...however I did receive a reminder voicemail from an employee to complete this survey. This is pretty normal for my experiences with Wyatt Johnson. We just need to bite the bullet and go to Downtown Subaru in Nashville for even minor maintenance.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tire rotations, Oil change

This appointment was supposed to be for replacement of the trim or seal for my car's sunroof, to stop a water leak that occurs after periods of heavy rain. It turned out to be a complete waste of my time. The incorrect part was ordered. My appointment was at 7 AM, this problem with the incorrect part being ordered wasn't brought to my attention by the service advisor until I had been there for several hours. My plan was to get this taken care of on a day I had off from work for a federal holiday. Now, I have to wait for the dealership to let me know that the correct special order part is in stock, and schedule time off from work to go back for another appointment.Services: Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

The staff overall were very friendly and accommodating. BUT, the fact it took nearly 2 and a half hours for an oil change is rather silly. This is not counting my time spent showing up 15 minutes early. If customers must have an appointment for simple maintenance and the business cannot complete service in a timely manner based on their own scheduling they must cut back on the number of appointments offered. Being short staffed no longer works as an excuse when you schedule your own workload.Service: Auto maintenance

This was my first time having my vehicle serviced here, and everyone was so helpful and friendly! They explained what work was being done and even used my own new rotors instead of theirs, and they discounted the cost as well! Wonderful experience and I'll be going back soon for new tires! My wife brought her car in for a simple oil change. They did not perform that correctly, and had an oil leak when she got home. Had to go back to the dealer to fix the oil leak, they over tightened and broke a gasket. Then they drastically overfilled the oil and I had to return a 3rd time for a simple oil change on possibly the easiest car to ever give an oil change to. I don t think I will be back. I ll just do it myself. Oh by the way, I have spoken to both service writers and service managers and no one really seemed to care about my issues. Edit: I came in for the third time and a service writer got me taken care of quickly.Update: My wife had another oil change, and a nail in her tire. She had a 10am appointment. She had no updates or feedback. She sat there till 12:30, when she went to check on her car. It had not been touched and everyone was at lunch. By 2:30, her oil change was still not completed, and I had to pick her up. I let a sales person know that I was upset, who followed me back to the service department. When I left he was talking to the service writers, and miraculously her car was done 30 minutes later. Took a total of 5 hours to complete an oil change and nail fix. On the plus side, we keep getting free service because it is so bad on every visit.

The customer service was great. I booked my appointment online for the service that I wanted. However I just got my car in January and I was informed that the tread was worn down and I should probably look into getting new ones. I was asked about replacing filters in the cabin and the air filter. I told him they should have do on Ed b that the last time. I didn t get what I call a follow up paperwork. Things I ll need to consider having done fluids flush spark plugs tire rotation. I was kinda expecting them to run it thru the car wash and spray it off but I guess that s no longer offered.Service: Oil change

The last 3 visits I had with the service department has been absolutely terrible. I always go in for routine maintenance and at 30,000 miles, I told them my brakes were squealing. They said they'd check them. I picked up my car, and was told the brakes were fine. The brakes were still squealing. Went back in for next service at 40,000 miles and told them again my brakes were squealing and I need them checked...again. Went back in and they said nothing was wrong with them. I asked them if brakes were supposed to squeal when braking, and was told no, which I already knew. Finally, I said, what exactly do I need to say so you will check my brakes thoroughly? To which Marvin Landry told me that I should have asked for a complete brake check. Apparently, just saying the brakes are squealing was not enough of an indicator that I needed a complete brake inspection. Because of the delay, I had cracked pads and all of my rotors needed resurfacing. Was it because of the delay? I don't know, but it couldn't have helped. This last time, Marvin showed me a price when I got there for my service, then said that it wouldn't be that price ($697) but it would be about $637. I said ok and the work was done. I go to pay and the person tells me it's $697. I corrected her and said, no, I was told it would be $637. After waiting 10 minutes, Marvin takes a look at it and tells me that the amount is correct once tax and some other charge is added. It seems very convenient to me for the amount to be the same amount listed on the original invoice I was shown. I was livid. To top it off, all the contents of my center console was strewn about my passenger's side. Marvin offered to take care of it, but at that point, I had enough and told him I would take care of it. He insisted that he take care of it and I snapped at him. I love my subaru, but I will never do business with Wyatt Johnson subaru again.Service: Auto maintenance
