I had them repair my Cadillac in August 2021. Almost 2 years later, paint cracking, trunk hinge not aligned, and water leaking into trunk space of car. They will give you the run around on cant get in contact with insurance just like previous reviews have stated. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR! Do your homework, and look for a better option there are many out there that will treat you as a respected customer and do an exceptional job that doesn t require the headaches they cause. After all, you will find another shop to complete the repair correctly.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement, Auto maintenance

I'm going to open this with by calling out Murray Gibson and Jamie Anthony to do the right thing. They both seem to hate working for such a slimy service. They knew, before they both lied to me, that their service department was faltering. It was only after 49 days that I had to have a vehicle removed from James Corlew "Cadillac/Chevrolet service, and have it delivered to a Wyatt Johnson service center before all codes were properply analyzed and corrected in less than 24 hours.

They have had my car for over 2 months now, with nothing but excuses every time I try to get status on what's going on. They just keep blaming the insurance company and the parts dealers, and take no accountability for their disorganization. The lady who was supposed to be taking care of my insurance claim seemed to have no idea how insurance claims work, and kept insisting that my insurance had paid me directly when they very clearly said they were paying the shop directly. She took weeks to even order our parts because she thought the insurance wasn't going to pay. Then they have since submitted two supplements and again delayed ordering more parts. I asked if I can have my car back while they await these additional parts and was told that my car is taken apart and can't be put back together. Their customer service is horrendous. Even with the ridiculous delays, they will not lift a finger to make it right. I asked if we could just get a loaner for a couple of days and was told that their loaners are only for their "service department." If I could, I'd take my car elsewhere today.

Purchased a truck on January 10, 2022. Carlene Townsend, salesperson was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She made the process seamless. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a car or truck. Jarren Miller, Finance Manager was also professional and friendly. We are very happy with our truck.

Tuesday March 1st 2022I went in to get Valve Cover, Bolts, and Gasket replaced due to an oil leak. I told the service writer specifically that I wanted everything replaced and made an appointment to get services done. I dropped the vehicle off early and let them have it for the week because I didn't need the car at that time.Friday March 18th 2022When the car was finished I went to pick it up and saw they only replaced the gasket on the valve cover which was not what I wanted. I went back inside and asked why everything was not replaced as requested and they said that it would be covered under warranty if the PCV valve on the valve cover went bad. I didn't care if it was under warranty or not, I wanted it replaced regardless. I didn't even know I still had some warranty left on the car. So I just said ok and didn't want to deal with it at that point and left.Saturday March 19th 2022The next day I open up the hood and look at the valve cover more and see that it is still leaking. There is at least 2 bolts that are so loose I can unscrew them with my finger. So it's Saturday and would have to wait till Monday to bring the car back in because techs are gone and they are closed sunday.Monday March 21st 2022Now it's Monday and I wake up early to bring that car back in to get this fixed. First I Talk to the GM Jason and tell him what is going on and about my experiences with getting services done at this location. I tell him what is going on and we go outside to look at the car. Jason offers to discount the valve cover a little and get this issue fixed. Wasn't even looking for a discount, I just wanted accountability to be held because I have to waste my time coming back in to get stuff resolved when it should have been done right the first time.Almost every time I come to James Corlew to get repair work done I leave with an issue that was not there before.Now it's to the point where anytime I get service or repair work at James Corlew Chevrolet I have to check their work which I shouldn't have to do.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

This is my choice of service for my vehicle. I started coming here after I had awful experience and service with other body shops here in Clarksville (also name brand shops). My dad has always bought from Chevy dealers so I thought "let's see if they can get the job done and satisfy me" . To no surprise they did of course and the continuous service on my vehicle if need be is amazing. They really take care of me and my vehicle here and I am more than grateful. Also the receptionist ( we know receptionist do so much more than answer the phone) Karen at the body shop is amazing both with her knowledge of vehicles and customer service. Customer service is the number one service any company offers their customers besides what they come in for (oil change, quotes, brakes, broken windows, etc) sonic the customer service isn't good then I don't want it even if I need it. James Corlew dealership never disappoints me.

I've taken my late model Cadillac to Corlew a few times for service and I have been pleased with the courtesy and quality of the Service Department. This is a well run shop.

Facility is clean, customer lounge well-stocked. Service personnel knowledgeable. Service Advisor Josh Odle is helpful and polite. Repair actually came in under estimate. Cashier is also pleasant and helpful; parts dept. promptly ordered right part the first time. Previously had great experience here with recall service. Will be back for all dealer-lever repair and service.

I have been 200% satisfied with my experience at James Corlew Chevrolet. Both the Sales AND Service departments are staffed with top-notch, well-trained professionals. Every single person has gone beyond normal expectations. Customer Service is BACK - and alive & well at James Corlew Chevrolet. Do not buy somewhere else without giving this team the opprtunity to knock YOUR socks off!

they were so great to me an did a great job .. i have been giving jim corlew my chevy business for years now.. they even cleaned out my interior after a truck body repair.. i get my service for my trucks from them also .. never had nothing but a great job done. i will not be going anywere else ... thanks l COLEW EMPLOYEES.. Tyler, my service rep is always helpful whenever I bring my car in. I've only actually had two great! I mean really great! service reps on all the vehicles I've owned and Tyler is one of them.

Highly recommend Talking to salesman Alan, very helpful and professional. Everyone I met was super friendly unlike other local car dealerships. When it comes to buying a car I m going nowhere else but here.
