Stopped by there today to get a quote. Asked how much would cost all the way around for drums and pads. Told me it would be $650. Asked about pads on the front, $50 a pice for pads and rotors. I already at my brakes the pads are worn the rotors are fine. Then smart@%$ decided to get an attitude and mentioned I have drums on the back and pads on the front. Did I not already say that. I said I lived right up the road and could drop it off anytime. No thanks. Dude really should work on his customer service skills cause he has none.

We used this place for some basic automotive work - new battery, brakes replacement, belt replacement. The price paid was far less than what was quoted at the dealership, for a quicker turnaround and superior service. Lee's was recommended to us by a friend and we also would recommend this shop to others.

Was actually convinced these guys were honest, had them quote a job on my vehicle which required no work and because i didnt go ahead with the $900 quote, they decided to slide a $115 service for for no service. Horrible way to do business.

This shop will not stand behind the work they do and will proudly tell you after they have your money. I'm sure the Dad didn't agree with Thad decision on this as he left the office once Thad thought it was time to increase the volume of our conversation. If you do end up at this shop I hope they get it right the first time, if they don't he will plenty reasons why it wasn't fixed and of coarse not their fault.

Everyone knows car repairs are not cheap. There is no getting around that unless you do it yourself. I have use Lees Automotive at least 4 times and have been very happy about the service and quality of work.

This business is a total disgrace. They ruined my daughters car. The convertible top leaks and they knew it. They was given a car tarp to cover it and they also have a large carport to put it under and didn t do a thing. She picked her car up and it stunk to high heaven . The floor and cup holders was flooded and the seat had mold grown on it. When we told them about it he blew it off and could care less blaming my daughter for not coming to check on it and that was her only source of transportation and she is a student. He refuse to compensate her to have it cleaned and was very rude about the whole thing. We will be suing and it didn t have to come to this

Fantastic! Every place I called wanted me to wait 10 days because of Christmas holidays. Tad got the work done the next day. My family has 5 cars, all of my cars will now be worked on at Lee's automotive. Great work also very nice people. Tony Swoboda

When I First Moved Here From Long Island 5 Years Ago, Our Realtor Reccommended Tad & Mr Lee To Us For Our Vehicle Maintainance. I had been a customer many times for our Chevy Tahoe, BMW 328I Convertible, & Our 1998 & 1981 Chevy Corvettes !! Each Time, Had NEVER Been Dissapointed Or What I Would Say Was Overcharged Not Once !! In Fact, On Occassion I Was Quite Surprised How Inexpensive The Bill Was !! Thanks Guys !!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

David and Tad Lee have been taking care of all my automotive needs for over 30 years and have always done outstanding work. Most importantly they are a father and son duo that you can trust to do quality work at a reasonable price. Positive experience with Lee s Automotive! Their family owned business is refreshing alternative to others I ve used. The owners and employee s were all polite, efficient, the repairs were priced fairly and competently done, I would recommend them to others. Since the owners wear many hats a CCTV is unfortunately a business necessity now days, it tends to keep everyone pointed in the right direction.

Nice auto mechanic and small dealership. Tad Lee and his father are very friendly and helpful! We bought a nice pickup at a reasonable price and enjoy it! Thank you Lee's Automotive.

I have been doing business with David and Tad Lee for over 20 years. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely honest. They provide great service at a fair price. If you need any type of repair or just want a second opinion, I highly recommend Lee Automotive.

You can give up on expensive dealer fixes and maintenance. Lee's Auto is staffed with great mechanics, who get the job done right. I heard of them about three years ago when I asked a Clarksville native where one goes for a second opinion on a car fix. She said Lee's Auto is the ONLY place to go, so I went. The owners are honest, polite and always helpful. I guess this explains why they are always busy! I've never been anywhere else for car maintenance or fixes since I learned about Lee's Auto. They never disappoint and are 100% transparent on pricing. It doesn't get better than this.

I would't take my wagon to Lee's Automotive. I called to speak with him about work he had done on my daughter's car and he was condescending and rude!. Talking to me in the tone of, "I Told You". He might talk to his family members like that but I don't have to pay to be talked to in that manner. I was talking to him about the air conditioner had leaked the freon and I thought the pre-diagnostic should have indicated the chance that things were ok. He then went into a lecture about freon, and I explained that I knew about freon being a gas and didn't need a class. After I explained that he didn't have to simplify he just said good bye. and he didn't even suggest to bring it back in. Even though I wouldn't take it to him because of a lack of trust and his very NASTY attitude.I realize that people have bad days but this isn't the first time that he has been rude. Actually, about 2 months earlier, my air conditioner needed servicing but when I spoke with him, he tone was curt and short so I went elsewhere even though his price was about $60 lower than the other shopPoor customer service from the owner!

Horrible had drivers side wheel bearing problems found out after the fact they put USED partst on to fix the problems and 4000 miles later im having to replace the same parts and Tad said that because of it being used parts there was no warranty on the work or parts. Horrible Customer Service and very "women need to listen to their husbands and not cause a stink if things are not right" will never recommend to anyone

I can t sing enough praises for Lee s Automotive! I was having a noise coming from the rear differential on my Toyota FJ Cruiser. At first, my issue was misdiagnosed as having bad wheel bearings at Toyota of Clarksville. Not trusting them I talked to Tad at Lee s and took my FJ to them. They correctly identified my problem and though there were issues getting parts (due to weather and difficultly finding the part) they saw the job through to the end. Throughout the entire process, Tad kept me informed of the progress and even sent me photos of my differential to show me the problem. Every time I called Tad he was patient, helpful, and completely honest. I highly recommend Lee s Automotive for any minor or major repair work needed on your vehicle!

Had a rear end problem that was fixed in a timely manner and great price. I now have another problem so going back and hoping to have the same great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable when i was there.

These people are racist. They have cameras and can see who walks in. If you do not appear to be white then you will not be greeted and you will not receive service. It's hard to find a good shop in Clarksville that isn't owned by racists.

Look at this way I had two different cars towed there didn't have a written estimate after they were told there for a day or two..so of course.. they DIDN'T get to work.. OH YEAH THE DUDE BROUGHT ME OUT FIVE SETS OF KEYS THAT DIDN'T GO TO MY VEHICLE..LOL
