This place is amazing. Estimates are done in a timely manner, communication is excellent. Also the drop off is easy and convenient. The office staff is pleasant and professional. They give an estimate on repairs, and not just part changers. You should definitely check them up.

This place is awesome. I'm from out of town (5 hours away). They replaced my clutch same day I brought it in. Highly recommend these guys, Bo and his guys are awesome.

Took my minivan there today, I had two front tires mounted and an alignment..apparently there was an issue with my front end even though all the parts looked good they had to correct something on the front left to get to align properly. Which is fine by me .. I usually do all my own work but I don't have an alignment rack and I don't have a tire mounting machine or a balancer LOL.. will go back for needs as such since I live around the corner now.

When my car's tires were wearing unevenly, they discovered the problem and fixed it for a decent price.

DO NOT TAKE U VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP to get an estimate on a repair because they will order the parts and then charge you a restocking fee when they finally give you a estimated completion price without SIGNING A WORK ORDER OR COMPLETED ESTIMATE and will hold your vehicle hostage till you pay them CASH and you only get A RECEIPT for the payment of the cash and the restocking and they charge you for looking at your vehicle as the estimate on repairs that you never receive @ paper written 1 only verbally

It was ok. Prices are pretty good here. Didn't have a great experience frankly. Old fashioned alignment old school which is fine with me. I won't go back frankly. They do have better prices though. Call ahead to book. But I won't go back.

Do not take your truck to them they will rip you off then not fair they will take advantage for brake sensor that say will be like to take it someplace else it was a sensor 50 bucks

I've went to Kennedy's over the years for a bunch of different things. They are always honest and do good, quality work. Don't really trust many people touching my car, but with them I have no worries.

They were honest and didn't charge us for a brake repair we didn't need but their prices for brake work are a little high maybe they use better parts I don't know you would have to check this for yourself

They are fast, friendly, and very professional. I've been going to them for 17 years for vehicle repair and have never had an issue with their work. Yes you may pay a little more than most for labor, but they do great work and you do get your money's worth. I highly recommend Kennedy Brother's Alignment Center for all my automotive repair needs, especially for older cars.

By far the most reliable shop here in Clarksville! Great people and great cats work here. Every time I come here to get my car worked on I always leave with a smile. The waiting area is so delightful and brings back the 1970s feel. If you re bored, just pet the friendly and ADORABLE cats they have inside. Such a great family business and 10/10 recommend coming here!

Took my 2001 Mustang GT to Kennedy after storing for years, saving for my son.They worked on rear end, A/C, tune-up, mass air flow, amongst other issues.They got it right, my baby hasn't sounded so sweet for years!Have chatted with them on several occasions since and always answer my questions. Good feeling to have someone you can count on.Have had My Honda CR-V in since Mustang work for alignment, great work. Smooth and straight as an arrow.

2014 F150 NOT HEATING..... COOLANT LEAK. This place charged me $50 for antifreeze and pressure check and tried to charge $250 to fix it! If you have this same truck/problem find someone else! Less than $20 for O rings and about 30 minutes to put them in. This place couldn't explain what their (pressure test) consisted of and the diagnosis? Bad design...was their reply Bottom line... They will take advantage if you if you let them

Best experience I've had with repairs. Normally I do all of my own work, but couldn't because I didn't have the tools. They priced it extremely well, and it was about $60 less than any other shop I called. Got me in and out in an hour too. Will be going back for any and all large repairs.

Need honest work go see these guys! my car went in for an oil change and alignment.. Turned out instead of just hiding an issue they found, they notified us and helped us with who to see about said issue... really great guys in there!

They're super nice and the cost was definitely fair and extremely better than any other auto shop I've been to. They fixed what Firestone messed up on my truck. I'd say, give them a shot.

Great service, quick turn around (next day) on an alignment and wheel replacement that was not scheduled.Would rate 5 stars but my tire pressure sensor that they replaced malfunctioned about an hour down the road after I picked it up.

I've taken my 04 blazer to multiple shops over the years, from Firestone to local shops I knew the owners of, and haven't gotten a decent alignment, steering wheel way off center, camber off so bad the truck was nearly undrivable on the interstate. I stopped by frost on tiny Town and was told if I dropped it if they might get to it before they closed. Called Kennedy Bros, they said bring it by in about two hours and they'd have it done for me for less than anyone's ever charged me, and in about an hour; and for the first time the steering wheel was properly centered, the alignment feels right, and they balanced and mounted the tires I brought in. All for about 130 bucks tax and all. Not a very long wait and the old shop cats were friendly. Just a good old school auto shop that you can trust.Thanks alot guys.

I walked in and mentioned my serpentine belt might be messed up, wasn't positive but it was that area. We just got a new belt a few months prior. They said okay. The wait time was quick. Then I drove home. 3 hours later the loudest sound I've ever heard started up everytime I hit the gas. I took it back. The guy said "I wasn't paying attention and put on the wrong size." I decided that was a mistake, it happens. Then about a week later it started again. Finally realized it wasn't the belt, it was the pulley, so we ended up just replacing everything on our own.Not a fan at all of this place.

I've had several cars worked on here for various reasons when I was stationed at Ft. Campbell 04-09. A friend on Facebook in Clarksville was asking for recommendations regarding some work on his jeep, and after strolling down memory lane for a bit I realized I should leave a positive review because I really appreciated how this place took care of me and this was not an option back then. y'all rock and I hope you've stayed as awesome as I remember!

Kennedy Brothers made me fall in love with my car again! I bought some racing tires from an outlet and even though they had been mounted, balance and a front end alignment done(all elsewhere), the car did not drive well so I took it to Kennedy Brothers and they trued the tires, balanced and aligned and now the car drives like it is on glass! Smoooooooooth!! THANKS KENNEDY BROTHERS, YOU ROCK!!!

Probably do good work but they don't make appointments and you can only drop off. Would have been nice if they mentioned that on the front end instead of wasting 1.5 hours of my life driving out here and back.

I hear nice things about Kennedy Brothers but my experience when I call was not good. So I didnt even waste my time with going over there. They need better customer service. My advice to them is to hire a knowledgeable professional secretary to answer all their calls not a cranky mechanic, lol .

Had a motor installed there, they had the best price in town. They are very honest and knowledgeable. Went through and checked everything and replaced what needed to be. Will be going back

Fair prices. Good work and honest people . I am impressed with this garage and will continue to use them as they have done very good work at very good prices .I have not had issues with the work taking long at all
