My ordeal with this collision shop was a nightmare from start to finish. Originally promised a two-week turnaround time, the repair process dragged on for an agonizing two months. Every week brought forth a new excuse for the delay from unexpected part orders, workers breaking the car parts that had been ordered, reassembly problems, shipping delays when they could have paid for overnight shipping. They even had the audacity to suggest I take the car back despite incomplete work and pending parts - which would inconvenience me more by having to come back up there just so they could add said parts on the vehicle once they arrived - I said no.Their inability to manage time was only surpassed by the poor quality of their work. Upon retrieving my car the first time, it was evident that the repairs had been rushed and poorly executed. I discovered numerous flaws and errors, including a paper box with a door handle and bolts left under my hood a potential fire hazard! *The door handle didn t even belong to my vehicle! Why was it under the hood of my car?!* Despite bringing these issues to their attention and physically marking my vehicle with tape, it took them another week to address them, and even then, only half of the problems were resolved.It became clear that their primary concern was cashing in the insurance check rather than delivering quality workmanship. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity is appalling. It's frustrating to realize that I, the customer, had to perform a better quality check than the supposed professionals.Now, I'm forced to seek out another repair shop to rectify the issues this collision shop failed to address adequately. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism are undeniable.In conclusion, I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Spare yourself the headache and seek out a reputable establishment that values honesty, competence, and customer satisfaction.*Pictures of the vehicle taken when I dropped it off in February to get the work completed and the paper box under my hood that could have caused a bigger issue.*

I ve been to Bumpus Body Shop recently on two occasions. Once to have my sunroof repaired from a water leak in the drain lines and then again to remove some damage from me scraping against a sign.The water leak was beginning to damage the interior headliner and every time it rained it would be one soaking mess. Took it to Bumpus and like magic theres no more problems with the sunroof leak. I was given and estimate of $300-$1200 depending on what it look like once they opened it up. Turns out a line was pinched and it cost me less than $150!!The cost to remove paint scrap from the sign was $0 no change.I love doing business at Bumpus Body Shop and will continue to use them for all my car body work and repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Very unprofessional had them fix my vehicle. Their team is not at all good in anyway. They had my car a while extra 2 weeks because of one thing. All the parts were shipped to be ordered a week before I came in and no one ordered or had any thing showing I was going to come in luckily I still had the paper work they lost. The manager idk if she had a bad day everytime I called but she was rude and not helpful.

I was not able to get my car fixed here because it's so messed up but they STILL gave me an estimate, great advice and sent me to try another shop. Awesome customer service.

Craig was so kind to help take a look at a problem that was caused by a "mobile mechanic" with a youtube education, who broke my brake switch stopper and added more of a problem than my original issue. My brake lights would now not turn off. Craig took a quick look and gave a temporary fix in order for me to get to the dealership to buy the part. His kindness and expertise was sooo appreciated after what i had just been through. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again Craig!

Brought my F-150 here and Josh and his team did a great job on it. The day I first called he got me in that day for a quote with a price that beat every other shop and had me come back a couple days later and completed the work same day. Took care of my vehicle and didn t over charge me so now I ll bring all my business to this shop. Definitely recommend to all the Soldiers stationed here. Trustworthy shopService: Body & Trim

Checked the damage on my car and gave me a quote. Their price was a little higher than my first estimate but is ordering parts for repair. Other company said they would try and repair damage, then order parts. Parts may take up to 2 months. The rental is only for 2 weeks. I can drive my vehicle until parts arrive. Insurance company recommended Bumpas for that reason. Also rental car will be there when I drop my vehicle and rental will be picked up at the repair shop.

There is no other place I would take my vehicle to get auto body repairs.I have had two different vehicles worked on four separate times at Bumpus over 10 plus years I ve been in the Fort Campbell/Clarksville area. The work has always been immaculate, looked as if my car and truck was new again. The staff has always been nice, polite, informative, and very helpful. Lastly, the prices were always fair and reasonable for the work I ve had done over the years whether I was paying out of pocket or going through insurance.

They kept us informed of the process as we went along, so we always knew the status. I worked with my insurance and Bumpus to get my car repaired after hitting a deer and having front damage. Pat stayed in constant communication with me and they got the work done within my rental car timeframe and all looks brand new. My headlight was on manufacturer back order and they communicated that with me the entire time. Work was excellent and so is customer service. They earned a new customer with me if ever needed again in the future.

Had a family emergency needed headlights installed on my car to make the trip. Bumpus North took me in first thing this morning and had me ready to get on the road in less than a half an hour. These guys were awesome and understanding of my situation with my son in critical condition in the hospital. I could not have gotten better service, faster service, and if I could give them 100 stars I would. Thank you Bumpus I am on the road to see my son in hospital in Johnson city after telling me it would probably take a couple hours to get done.

Absolutely perfect repair on my sons car! You can t tell anything ever happened to it . Looks brand new!Service was outstanding! I wrecked my car early Jan. 2022, Bumpus was the only shop with a spot open for me to bring my car. They initially stated it would take 6-8 weeks but could be longer due to parts (it end up being 13 weeks). During the entire process they kept us updated about everything. Craig was so nice to my family. In the midst of my car being with Bumpus, someone hit my husband s vehicle and they were able to take his as well. They did a fantastic job on both vehicles. Would definitely recommend!!!Services: Tires, Painting

I've newly arrived to the local area.Due to injuries I was unable to make any of my own repairs.I was referred to Bumpus Body Shop North by Gateway Tire for a cab bushing mount that needed to be replaced.I initially called and spoke with Mr. Josh at Bumpus Body Shop North.He told me to come by in an hour and he would look at my my vehicle.I arrived at the hour and met the service rep. the awesome Ms. Tabitha.Very kind and professional lady.Ms. Tabitha then put me with Mr. Josh.We took the usual diagnostic drive of the truck to let Mr. Josh hear and experience the noise to confirm dynamically the problem.We then came back to Bumpus Body Shop North and in very short order Josh replaced the cab mount bushing.All total a very awesome customer service rep for this business and fast repair on the fly.Ms. Tabitha and Mr. Josh I'm and greatful for the awesome service experience with the Bumpus Body Shop North.I also commend your professional work ethic and personable customer service experience.I can only assume the rest of the crew and workforce there uphold the same standards.Much thanks Mike B.

Bumpus auto body shop is the best body shop in all of clarksville. Ben is amazing. Kathy is amazing. They do fantastic work, and are so friendly. I've taken my cars there so many times over the years. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you so much you guys for everything God bless

There was a long (approx. 6 month) wait to get my vehicle repaired after a collision, however the communication, quality of work, and timeliness while undergoing repair was superb. They even threw in body paint touch up to something unrelated from the collision. Great team at Bumpus.

First time customer and can say that I was pleased with the speedy service and staff there that helped me out. I will be a returning customer to this place of business. Came in and got an appointment same day and they had my vehicle looking just as good as when I first got it. I had my right corner panel popped into to place with little to no trouble. Bumpus Auto Body took great care of our car and our family. They are professional and courteous. We received text messages throughout the service, keeping us up to date and notified of the timeline of service. I actually had an unrelated issue with my tire after picking up my vehicle. I called them about it and they asked me to come back, checked out the tire and fixed the issue even though it was unrelated to the their original fix. I m hopefully we won t need to go back soon only because we don t want car issues, but if we do need an auto body shop, Bumpus will be our first stop.Service: Body & Trim

I made an appt. for an estimate he took all of 5 mins with me then told me some out of sight price and told me they dont do engine repair when it says plainly in websight that they do. He was rushing me off and didnt even try to work with me . If your trying to pay out of pocket . Dont go here .They only want to work on ins . I didnt appreciate the horrible treatment like they were way to good for me .

I came into Bumpus yesterday, concerned about some scratches on my truck and not only were they very professional, but compassionate. I was pleased to get a next day appt. and the work was done very promptly and with excellence. They went above and beyond the results that I expected. They are EXPERTS & exude GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Bumpus team did a phenomenal job repairing my car after getting rear ended, into what was a near certain totaled state. Everything from the paint blending to bodywork & gaps are perfect. If anyone didn't know otherwise, they'd never guess it had been even scratched by another vehicle. They saved my car and didn't cut a single corner in the process, inside or out. Absolutely Outstanding work!
