Above and beyond what I was expecting absolutely amazing service and very professional. They cleaned all the window and vacuumed out the floor boards and made sure all of our fluids and tires are where they should be

Every time I come here I feel so welcome! It was pouring rain and they let us put the kids in the car before exiting the shop so they wouldn t get soaked! They always have coupons online for this location but it all comes down to the staff. I have never had a bad experience with the staff here. Currently the only place we take our cars for oil changes!

The associate told me that the old staff that was no longer employed there was putting the wrong oil in everyone s car, including mine and that for the last four years I have been getting the wrong oil in my car and that I needed to change the synthetic oil. I refused. The lady was very rude. But she eventually use the oil I requested.. when I got my car back, the check engine light was on. I asked them why was the light on. The manager said that it was on when I gave her the car which was not true. They ran a diagnostics test and it said that the oil was too cold and the engine was hot. The associate told me that it could ve been because I wouldn t get the synthetic oil. The mechanic shop I had to take it to said otherwise. This will be the last time I ever use jiffy lube again.

$128 for oil change, ridiculous! Yes it was synthetic oil, 5 quarts for a Honda Accord. Didn't vacuum didn't clean the windshield. Nothing special with the service. Can get a synthetic oil change at Walmart $52, with all the same follow-up services. Yes the wait time is longer ...I've taken all three of my cars to jiffy lube for at least 10 years. I won't be going back their prices have gotten outrageous.

Though my time was quickly spent at Jiffy and everyone was courteous, I do have to question the quality of work. Though I probably will return to a Jiffy for my oil service needs, I will be skeptical if the all the service checklist items advertised are completed or even looked at.Several items during my recent visit was not completed, i.e. window wash, vacuum, and check /fill tire pressure though those items it said fill/completed on the invoice. It makes me question if the items I couldn't see were completed, i.e. the oil change! Maybe it's just store #2277. In their defense, when I mentioned the tire pressure (my car has a dash gauge), they did fill them. Though those things may seem petty, for a $125 and you advertise it will be done....just say!!

Gone to this location several times for oil changes and work done to brakes. Haven't had any issues or complaints. Workers have all been pretty nice too.

Price gouging at its finest. They offer coupons but sorry can t be used at this location. They suggested it was an immediate need to replace wipers that were installed a week prior. Save your patients and go somewhere else.

They lied to us about the price of 4 tires TWICE and fixed something without our consent and overcharged us for fixing it. They told us we could replace it at an auto zone and then fixed it without asking our permission or even telling us. Will definitely not go again. It s insane being told prices and getting charged over $150 more because they cannot do math.Service: Tires

Great for the oil change. The brakes he quoted me on and that I went and got the parts for, they couldn't do because they don't have specialized equipment for electronic parking brakes. Manager took me all the way through the process before he figured out they are unequipped to do the work they advertised. GREAT for oil changes and fluid fillups.

I've been bringing all my vehicles here since my family pcsed to Clarksville eight years ago and they have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions, from diagnosing simple problems that I had worried would require majorly expensive repairs, to replacing a snapped serpentine belt and pulley outside in the parking lot in the scorching heat. Everyone I've worked with have been very easy to talk to, and explain things thoroughly before they even begin any work. Honestly, if you feel as if you were taken advantage of at *THIS* particular Jiffy Lube, it was probably because you didn't listen, and/or didn't think to ask questions. As long as I live in Clarksville, I'll be having these guys do whatever is in their ability to do for my wheels.

I love this location. The customer service I receive from Allen is perfect EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have been going here for 2 years straight and they have never failed me. They always take care of my car and provide great assistance with any questions I may have. I never have a long wait but I am always there early too lol. I love the fact that they sometimes have deals on services or provide online coupons. As long as they keep Allen on payroll and the other hardworking employees I will always return to this location.

On the road with my family, heading to St Louis, taking my daughter back to college. The daughter's car started leaking oil. Stopped at every automobile repair place before getting to Jiffy Lube, and no one was willing to help. Everyone wanted me to leave it or couldn't get to it until Monday morning. Manger pulls me right in, and after a brief conversation, figures out that it's an easy fix and didn't charge me a dime. Great service, if I lived in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicles there to be serviced.

No because why they didn t tell me they left this in my car and it s dirty. And let me drive off not knowing they had this in my trunk. I m a doordash driver! If I had not known and had stuff go under my car and get caught I could be in trouble and have damaged my car. Why would you even put this inside my car? It s filthy! At least let me know. Also why u had to do all that for an oil change?!Service: Oil change

Had a fleet and it was my fleet services recommendation to change the wipers and cabin air filter. They refused to do both. Even told me incorrectly they d have to pull whole dash apart to change cabin air filter. Which was not true. Got an attitude real quick. Not sure why.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They were the second oil change place I went to that day and were able to see me. The other place did not have my filter. Neither did jiffy Lube , but they went to auto zone got it and completed my oil change. Why couldn t valvoline do that? Although this shop is located is a rough area, the staff is on point. The Store managers are very knowledgeable. I recommend this facility.

Good and fast service...but I like how the employees take their time explaining to you ,,,the needs of your car in a simple way!! I remember when oil changes were $20. Been a while since I used these places for servicing. Well, $60 later and about 20 min of time oil was changed and wheels were rotated. They gave me a warning on some other items that needed attention soon and did a thorough check of the car. I wasn't disappointed. Staff were nice and the manager was easy to talk to and explained things well. I don't have the time or patience to do my own oil changes so they came in very handy.

Came here to get my brakes changed and they told me it would take 45 minutes. I have been sitting here for 4 hours and they have told me multiple times that they re finishing up right now and still nothing

Friendliest people I've ever had on an oil change. They were fast and gave me exactly what I needed. I was keeping costs down and they gave me a coupon discount that made it easier on the wallet. They checked everything and topped off everything which is great for the road trip I was on. They offered to vacuum the inside of my car even. But it was full of road trip stuff, too bad. I had my dauschund dog with me. She's a barker but these guys charmed her and all she wanted was pets which they gave.Would recommend this location. These guys are great. They know what they're doing and were nice to do business with.Service: Oil change

I get anxiety doing new things because I m not sure what is expected of me. This was an awesome Service and I will be back. They didn t try to convince to do anything I didn t need, which is a first time. Would definitely recommend to others

As someone who became mvac certified I can tell you this place scammed me last I was in a few months ago. I was ignorantly convinced to get my ac inspected and charged. Didn't correct the refrigerant. Frion. Nothing. Didn't bother checking to see if the air compressor was spinning. (It wasn't) Ac failed as soon as I left the parking lot. Was convinced it must be a leak. Nope. Just be warey. Don't be out over 200 bucks like me.
