Came in because my car was threatening to stall at stops while in drive. Asked for a diagnostic and for them to look at the air intake hose, as I figured that was most likely as it was a chronic issue that wasn t getting worse over the course of 40k miles. They proceeded to tell me it was running perfectly fine and had 0 issues. I knew it had no engine codes, as I had told them that.Almost stalled on the way home, feeling stupid. I checked under the hood again once I got back and watched some YouTube videos and, lo and behold, the transmission vent next to the air intake hose was missing and the clamp was broken on the hose. Got the part for 20$ on Amazon and fixed it myself, after losing 200$ on a diagnostic. They also left a nut and screw on my windshield which I discovered afterwards, meaning something is not fully bolted in my car. Still had them replace my shocks and struts since I knew that had to be done, which they charged me 1000$ for.Edit: had to buy my own OBD II scanner after the customer service below ghosted me over email. Found codes they didn t tell me about. What a scummy place.

Coming down 149 to make the left on the Riverside Drive hit a hole or something and knocked all the air out of my tire but when I tell you, Meghan and Joey saved the day they went above and beyond and got me back on the road within minutes so I highly recommend this place because they really went above and beyond and provided the best customer experience possible and I m very hard to please so shout out to Meghan and Joey for doing what it takes to get a busy guy like myself back on the road in minutes

My truck's brakes were leaking badly on March 2nd when I stopped at this location in Clarksville. I live in Dickson County, and since this location was fairly busy and couldn't guarantee they would be able to get me in, I asked for some brake fluid just so I could make it to the Dickson Firestone and be closer to home. When Andrew filled my reservoir up, he noticed how bad the leak actually was, and how easy of a fix it was, he squeezed me in and got me taken care of at no cost to me since the issue was caused by another location's inattention. If you are in the Clarksville area on Riverside Drive, and in need of vehicle service, I highly recommend stopping at this Firestone for easy, fast, and friendly service.

I got a flat on Christmas Eve. I needed a full size 245/45/20r v rated tire. This is not an easy tire size to find in stock. They open at 7 am, are incredibly friendly and the service is fast! A big thank you to Andrew and Trevor , for making a bad situation a great experience!!!!! To top it off the park across the street is decorated for Christmas.

Harvey Firestone quote mounted in the office, I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business. Might want to train the employees on that business directive. I was quoted $350 for a tire mounted and balanced. My wife went down to get it changed and sent me with the bill for $478 after it was done. They went ahead and ordered a run flat I never asked for, never let me know the change order because that s all they could get, then added road hazard warranty for another $55 not even asking my wife if she wanted it or not. Very clear they ll stretch your bill as far as they can or you ll let them. I returned and got a $79 refund, that will be my last time in the office.Service: Tires

Set an appointment over a week in advance at 5 for a tire change and wheel alignment through the app. Waited for the store to confirm the appointment and thought I was good.Show up 20 minutes early with looks of confusion when I stated I had an appointment, especially for a tire change. I was told they don t take appointments at 5 and they would in no way be able to accommodate a true change that late due to the number of staff available. I m not upset because I can t get my service done, I m upset that I wasted my time coming to an appointment that never could of been fulfilled to begin with.

3rd set of used tires I took to get mounted. All the sudden against policy. Goodbye Firestone. I'll make sure to tell my 200 employees at work not to go here.

Been comin here since 1993, they always get the job done and treat you like family. When ever I come back to town I always stop in to say hi. Rey N Nathaniel N Andy yall have been n always will be missed. From the bottom of my heart thank you for years of friendship n laughs. See yall my next trip in town

I arrived at Firestone on a donut needing my original tire plugged and out back on. The service was quick, the guys were nice, and i wasn t bothered with a bunch of upselling. They were packed the afternoon i came by so my tire would have to be put on the next morning, but the gentleman that helped me even aired up my spare tire to ensure i made it home. Thank you !!!

They all lie when they said something else is wrong wit my car. They use to mess up my lights for me to come back in and get em fix but I learned how to do it which was easy. They changed my tire frame wit someone else s. Andy need find better employees!! Straight up lie to me about my light having me pay a price where all u had to do was switch cord.

We called a different fire stone to find if they had 1/2 x20 pass through lug nuts for tires. They said they didn t and to call this one as they did. After a 10 minute wait, someone answered. The guy was VERY rude about needing a part number. When we explained we don t have one he said it d take far too long to look for something like that in the back. When we asked if he could just check his systems like the other store. He snapped at us telling us no. We went to ask why he was unable or unwilling. And he cut us off and stated if you want them, then call the other store and get a part number for me. Otherwise, there s no point. He talked over us repeatedly.

Came here last minute on a donut because of a screw in our tire. After every place we called told us it would be the next day before they could get to us, these guys had us in and out quickly. Very courteous amd fast service as well. I just wish I could remember the guys name that helped.

Though this company has a few employees who were pushing around a black man, once they were told by the owner to stop they have been better. Since we frequently use their services, we wanted to mention their improvement. Today, Andy, Nate and Jason have treated our biracial family very well. We really appreciate when these racial ideas are handled by the authorities in a way which honors that we are all a part of the human race and recognizing that sometimes our biases can control our thinking and inhibit progress of creating peaceful, loving societies where we all feel safe.Service: Tires

I called, scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic at 8:00am for Saturday morning. Left my vehicle at the store Friday night so they can complete the simple diagnostic in the morning at 8:00am the next day. They were supposed to call me by 10am to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle. They were going to fix it and I was supposed to pick up my van around 4pm. It was 3:30pm when I stopped by Firestone and the diagnostic was not even done. Nothing was done because apparently someone had the ticket and put it somewhere else where nobody knew it even existed.This is the second time Firestone has fail to provide the services I requested. So sad that I had to move on since I wasted my time leaving my van overnight.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Was here about a year ago, got four new tires, an oil change, basically everything that needed to be done. Was in and out in an hour and a half. Earlier this week I went right at opening for a simple tire rotation, didn't make an appointment. Sat there for four hours, my car never moved from its parking space, I finally asked for my keys and left. There were no customers there except for myself, for almost an hour. Apparently the only way to get your car serviced is to make an appointment, the staff never said anything to me about that. They just handed me my keys and told me to have a good day, like I hadn't been sitting there with them all morning. Going to make an appointment, maybe my experience will change.

The gentleman in there are amazing they care for your well-being. It's not just a hustle and bustle of getting you to spend money. I feel happy knowing that my daughter can take her car there and get it fixed and it's safe on the road

Had a hole in my ac condenser. set an appointment for 9am. Ive been in and around shops all my life. Repair time for this job is 3 hours. My car was taken in right away. I walked 2 blocks to get breakfast came back an hour later and my car was sitting in the shop hood up part leaning on it and nobody near it working on it. Finally around 1230 they started the repair. If I'm lucky I'll only be here 6 hours. The only reason I took it to a shop instead of doing it myself was I didn't have the equipment to do it.Service: Air conditioning

First, make an appointment ahead of time. This shop is always busy. They try to accommodate walk-ins but you will most likely be waiting a few hours at least.I ordered two replacement tires online and had them shipped to this shop. I was even able to make an appointment online at time of purchase. When I arrived I was told about an hour. They finished mounting my tires in almost exactly an hour. They even cleaned and shined all four tires. I thought that was such a nice touch.The cost is very reasonable and they are very efficient. This shop is further from my house than a few others but it is more than worth it. They are friendly and professional. Thanks again!

The staff was nice but after 30 min of looking at my car once I get my car back lights are on that wasn't on steering wheel tight and all they can say is they don't know it's because of my wheelbarrow when my car didn't come like that my opinion go somewhere else for real because that type of work is not acceptable

Really nice people but I had an appointment at 9am. Showed up about 20 early just in case. Why was I still waiting for about 3 hours for my car to finally get what it needed. Wasn t busy at all. Probably 2 other people were there as well.
