I purchased a flat bed from this company and couldn't be happier!!! From the first phone call until the deal was done!!! Martha answered all 1.2 million questions I had and would call me with updates when my bed would arrive!!! She also gave me a ride back to my motel when I dropped my truck off for installation!!!! All employees from the front to back was awesome!!!! 100% would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back!!!! BIG Thank you from Big E Disposal!!!!!

I was on a 1,400 trip with my equipment trailer when I had a wheel bearing go out about 5 miles from them. Got there right at closing time and the entire crew was happy to help. They had all the parts I needed and helped install them. Great group and I will be back. This is how business should be ran. My next trailer will come from here even if I have to drive a 1k miles to get there!

WOW. JUST WOW. Craig and the crew at Clarksville truck and trailer went above and beyond when my truck broke down nearby. They facilitated my tow, found hard to locate parts, and treated me like family every step of the way. They met me after hours so I could pick up my truck because of my crazy schedule, and all of this at an INCREDIBLY affordable rate. As I am in the moving business, I deal with repair shops from coast to coast, in emergency situations. Sometimes, predatory shops will take advantage of your situation and hit you in the pocketbook hard. It is rare to find someone as honest, trustworthy, and professional as Clarksville truck and trailer. Do yourself a favor. Call Craig and the crew and get the service you deserve. 10/10 recommend.

Amazingly friendly, highly professional!!!!!!! We were broke down on the interstate with a full load on the trailer and no resources to make repairs. We found Clarkesville truck and trailer and they were our one stop shop what they didn t have. They called other companies to bring to their location so we did not have to drive all over town, if you are a local Clarkesville resident, this would be the only stop you would need to make for anything for your truck and trailer. We thank you so much and really can t thank you enough.

I purchased a 7 x 14 O Neal Utility Trailer and could not have been happier with the experience. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at a local diesel mechanic shop, and I feel compelled to share my frustrating encounter. My vehicle required urgent repairs, and after conducting some research, I chose this particular shop based on their seemingly positive reputation. However, my visit turned out to be an absolute nightmare.To begin with, the customer service was abysmal. The staff appeared disinterested and lacked any form of professionalism. They barely acknowledged my presence and seemed more focused on their personal conversations than attending to their customers. It was evident that they did not value customer satisfaction.Service: Transmission

recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at a diesel mechanic shop that left me feeling utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. The primary issue I encountered was the excessive waiting time that was imposed upon me while my truck was being repaired. I cannot emphasize enough how unacceptable and unprofessional this experience was.Upon bringing my truck to the shop, I was informed that the repairs would be completed within a reasonable timeframe. However, days turned into a week, and a week turned into multiple weeks of endless waiting. The lack of urgency and commitment demonstrated by the mechanics was nothing short of infuriating.Throughout the process, I attempted to reach out to the shop to inquire about the progress of the repairs, only to be met with vague responses and empty promises. It was clear that they had no respect for my time or the inconvenience they were causing me. I found myself constantly having to chase them for updates, which added unnecessary stress and frustration to an already difficult situation.To make matters worse, the lack of communication and transparency from the mechanics exacerbated the problem. I was left in the dark, unaware of the actual status of my vehicle or the reasons behind the delays. It was as if they had completely disregarded the importance of clear and timely communication with their customers.Furthermore, when I finally received my truck back, the quality of the repairs was questionable at best. I noticed several issues that were either overlooked or not adequately addressed. It was evident that the mechanics rushed through the job, sacrificing quality for the sake of completing the repairs, further adding to my disappointment.In conclusion, I strongly caution against choosing this diesel mechanic shop if you value your time and expect efficient service.Update:Oh, I am absolutely a human, a real human being, and my review was based on my husband s experience. Recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my truck here replace my transmission and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. The unprofessionalism and the agonizingly long wait time for my truck to be fixed left me frustrated and deeply disappointed.To begin with, I was pressured to have more work done than needed, and then when I told them that all I needed was to replace my transmission they used the point that my truck can t be moved and I m away from home to charge extra!! Their labor went from 100 to 200!! They charged me 200 alone just for brake cleaner cans not to mention the extra charges here and there that amounts to a lot at the end!! STAY AWAY THEY RE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS

We were traveling through the area when my trailer was having brake issues. I was really impressed with the way I was treated as an out of town customer! The whole crew seemed very professional.
