The service I received was fantastic. More specifically, the service and care I received from Bailey was outstanding! I went in thinking I needed an alignment on a used car I recently bought. As it turned out I needed a lot more than that.All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional on my 3 visits (first visit for inspection, return visit to make my appointment, and my actual appointment). Bailey took care of me during all 3 of my visits and did a fantastic job of keeping me informed and answering all of the many questions I had. I felt valued, heard, and cared for as a customer.Regarding the repairs, the service was fairly quick and as far as I can tell, everything was fixed to my expectations.

All the guys were super kind, considerate, and informative on telling and showing me what all was going on with my husbands truck. I had my daughter with me also and they were all so sweet to her and made sure she had a good time because we had to be there for awhile. Highly recommend these guys. 12/10

Great service, great work.I was a walk in, and they got me in and out with in about an hour and a half.Mechanic was nice, and explained and showed me the issues before hand.Of course vehicle maintenance is not cheap, but they are below others and take care of you with respect.

I had a great experience here at this Budget Brakes location. The employees were very personable, welcoming, and have a great sense of humor! They were able to accommodate me and my vehicle needs and worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the gesture and I'll be returning soon

these gentlemen are amazing and just that their gentlemen and to get the job done they rock. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially family, friends and anyone else. looking to get some great service done and not be lied to in the process. these guys are straightforward and genuine and you don't find that a whole lot these days. I was super happy with my service at budget brakes. The guy behind the counter was great and took the time to explain everything to me so that I could understand because I don't know much about cars. He was very helpful and very nice. The repairs were more than I was expecting but it's not their fault my car had some issues I didn't know about. They showed me the problem and even without knowing about cars much I could look and see that it was truly in need of replacement. I was extremely happy with the warranty on my parts too. I will definitely be using budget brakes again in the future

They gave a quote a month prior, I came in, they honored that same quote. They were quick and reliable. I usually leave but they were fast so I didn t even have to leave I just got on TikTok and before I knew it they were done. 10/10 recommend

The shop was very organized. You can tell they cared about their clients. Before any work was completed, they walked me out to my car and showed me what needed to be fixed. My quote was higher than I could afford, and he worked with me and got it into my price range. Thank you so much!!

I took my 2021 Nissan Rogue for a free brake inspection. Even though they d been replaced a year prior, they never screeched or anything (like when your brakes usually are going out), but OVERNIGHT they started making this awful grinding sound that was so loud I d have to plug my ears. I brought it and dropped it off, they were very nice and I felt safe doing so, they called me back 10-15 minutes later and said the rotors and pads absolutely needed replacing, and they got it done in about 1.5 hours. Their pricing wasn t bad at all, and they do military discount so it was even better. I came back, walked in, and the guy asked my name and which car was mine, handed me the keys and told me to have a wonderful day. They were very helpful and great at what they do! I d recommend them to anyone!

They did my back brakes so after Christmas I will be going back to get my front brakes done because I am very happy about my back brakes I can tell a big difference. They did a great job! They were patient with me and they explained everything until I understood what they were talking about of what needed to be done. They explained that I have some time on the front brakes, but not to wait too long.

I recently went to budget brakes to fix some issues I had with my car. The store manager Larry was very helpful. I m sure we all know these dealerships charge an arm and a leg for these services but budget brakes is the way to go. Thank you so much!

Best experience ever. I went in with an issue with my brakes. They took it upon them selves to ALSO pop the dent out of my trunk and rotate my tires, for free. They also kept the brake repair well under my budget. If you need brake repairs this is where you want to go. These men went way beyond the call of duty and helped me so much. Best shop ever

it was my first time there, and the service was amazing and so were all the staff. Very straightforward and very real. They don't lie about needing a certain service just to make a profit. They tell you exactly what you need. They definitely got me as a new customer

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!! I ll be going here from now on for all our vehicles. I called Budget Brakes and the telephone demeanor was positive, informative & welcoming. Upon arrival the folks that greeted us were helpful and genuinely glad we came in. I told him I needed new brakes and Rotors for my wife s Van. He said, Sure thing. Would you be okay if we did an inspection and then discussed the outcome and provide you a few courses of action? After that, if you still want new brakes and rotors we ll do it. His response made me laugh, but it also put my mind and heart at ease. After their inspection I was provided printouts of two separate recommended courses of actions based on the results of their inspection. The printouts were itemized breakdowns which included parts, labor & totals for each component and an overall total for that specified course of action.When we chose the course we thought was best for our needs and financial capabilities, he asked if I was a veteran. Then he said, Let me apply the discount and show you the total and if you still want that course we ll do it. However if you change your mind and want to change we can do that as well. Get the Fu-udge outta here. Every town needs people like Larry and the folks we dealt with today. Thank you to Larry and his crew today at Budget Brakes for helping ensure the safety of my wife and family, especially our Grand Babies. I ll drive across town to these guys for all our vehicles. Thanks again Larry.

The guys were great! They gave us a great deal on everything that we needed on our car. They didn't try to sell us something we didn't need and weren't pushy like many other mechanics. I would definitely recommend going to budget breaks.

I recently had some work done with Larry at Budget Brakes in Clarksville, TN, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. I had been having some issues with my vehicle, and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it at a very reasonable price. He was also very friendly and patient, and he took the time to explain everything to me.I would highly recommend Larry at Budget Brakes to anyone looking for honest and reliable brake repair. He is a true asset to the company, and I will definitely be going back to him for all of my future brake needs.

I was so worried about how much my car was going to cost to fix again that I put off going for almost 2 weeks but when I finally got there they took care of me quickly and efficiently. They didn't overcharge me for anything or try to upsell me. as a matter of fact I only paid $37. they let me know about a few things that I should work on eventually before they cause me problems and that was it. My car is doing just fine again. You have no idea how much I appreciate what you guys did for me especially after some of the issues I have already had with this car and the one before it. Thank you so much!!!

quite playin and go see larry!customer service was out of this world.he really works with you. he kept in mind my budget and provided me with options. i m just very pleased with my service and interaction.i was sitting in the lobby listening to how he takes calls. he shows compassion is respectful and really harnesses a relationship with his customers. i won t go anywhere else.

I have been to Budget Brakes on several occasions because they offer services that not alot of shops offer, or have the equipment to do. They are always friendly and the the work they have done for me has been done correctly and in a timely fashion. Bravo!!!

Highly recommend this business. Firestone was about to gouge me. Budget brakes saved me $350 on brakes. Larry and the guys got me in and out and showed me issues in the future to be aware of. Thank you all!!!Once again took my daughter s van in for brakes this time and was EXTREMELY pleased with their service and price. While waiting, I witnessed them telling a young lady there was nothing wrong with her car, she just needed tires. If more business were that honest they would thrive. I was a walk in at 7:30am and was out by 9:30am. I received a thorough inspection as well as having some work completed. I was very pleased. The staff is very professional and Larry, was very helpful in my decision making process.

Larry and the guys at the shop worked through a very difficult situation that did not fit into the norm. They put a lot of time and energy into it, all at no additional expense for me, and finally got my brakes operating perfectly. They were great!

First time doing business with them and I was very pleased with the service rendered. The manager Larry White and his entire staff, especially Trevor was very nice and professional. They actually saved my life by searching my car when I first arrived and noticed that I was missing three lug knots on my front tire and that was the reason my car was shaking. Because where I took my car to get my brakes done forgot to put them on. Trevor told me that if I kept driving my wheel would have fallen off and that could have been a very dangerous outcome for me and others on the road. I must say the thought of that caused fear in me. I brought some and they were put on and brought my car back and perceived to get an alignment done. I am very appreciative of their awareness, thoughtfulness and outstanding work. I will definitely continue doing business with them.

First and foremost, This isn t my first time having work done here on multiple cars! The service was quick and job well done! However, today 11-27-23 I called inquiring about an alignment the quote and the wait time! I was told that I could come right away to have this service completed! Remind you I told them I was trying to get on the highway right after they got done no I didn t say my reasons why as I shouldn t have to but it was a family matter! Ok so I get there and check in I sat there for 1 hour and 30 mins before I had to say something about the wait time and that the communication was off so I left and the guy seemed to be upset that waited on me for whatever reason! Im not sure if I will return because of the lack of communication if I had been told there was a wait time instead of assuming I would wait i probably would have been ok with the wait but since no one bothered to communicate in a professional way I was very dissatisfied! 3 stars because of my previous experience it would ve been a 5 however today was a bit much!
