Mr. Terry definitely knows his stuff. I came to him to buy new speakers thinking mine were blown out and he could have easily sold them to me knowing that the speakers weren t the issue. He came out and diagnosed the issue for me and even gave me supplies to fix it at no extra cost. He even offered my money back for the speakers, but I bought them anyways. 10/10 recommend. Great guy who won t leave you unsatisfied.

Mr Terry was very nice and knowledgeable. He correctly assessed my issue within minutes and gave me several solutions. He has a great product stock and animals for the kids to look at. Highly recommend.

Terry was able to squeeze me in to adjust my amp. He also ended up fixing the connection the battery. I ll definitely be coming back for all my audio needs. Great guy!!

I Came by his place on a lunch break with a wiring problem on my subs and he diagnosed and fixed it within thirty minutes. 10/10 would recommend anybody to this guy, he knows his stuff!!

Mr Terry is an awesome guy ! I came to the store/house 1st b/c I didn't realize he worked from home. He was very nice, and informative. I watched him fix a sub, run wires and fix two problems in less then an hour. Then he installed two 6x9 speakers in my car same day in less then 3 hours ! Very satisfied customer, and I will be going to him to put my subs in within the next few weeks

Took my car to this company and he was able to troubleshoot the issue in under an hour. Same day service is great. Very knowledgeable and personable with excellent custom service. Will definitely use in the future. You should definitely come here or call Terry before going other places.

Terry knows what he's doing and i was in/out in just a couple of hours. Not only great at installation, but also good prices on the equipment itself. I will not hesitate to use him again or prefer him to others

Was amazing brought my corvette and he help me find a box that would fit and even helped me hooked it up and then some all for 100$ amazing will be going back and sending friends their aswell

I had a very positive experience with Terry from Bass Bros. I called him and was able to set up an appointment quickly and easily, then met at the apartment he works out of. He had an impressive selection of speakers and stereos, and knew a lot about each product. I picked out a stereo, two 4x6 speakers, and some 8" subs. He got them installed quickly and seamlessly, had me out of there FAST for installing 4 speakers and a car battery. Highly recommend his services!

Terry is the go-to guy for any audio predicament you may find yourself in, whether small or large, on wheels or not on wheels. Don't worry if you can't get to him, he'll come to you!When I first met Terry, he was interested in what I wanted (not what he could sell me). He asked about my budget and what I was comfortable spending on my entire truck installation. He made the equipment purchase (speakers, DVD receiver) and price to install fit my budget. As a bonus, I was able to make my selection from his solid array of products, which he guarantees and saved me from having to hassle with finding on my own.Terry was a man of his word. Even though my speaker install took over 6 hours (the truck's OEM speakers and wiring were all goofy), Terry insisted on doing it the right way - no corners cut! We didn't have the right receiver so Terry will be coming back to install that soon. I know it will be done right, which is the only way this guy believes in doing things.Very impressed with quality and work ethic. Highly recommend.Quick update: Terry came back and installed the audio receiver. Again, my Sequoia wasn't very installer-friendly but he came up with a creative workaround that comes with 28 years of experience. The system is now complete and it sounds fantastic - Terry delivered exactly what I wanted and he saved me over $1000 compared to what one of the big box installers was going to charge me. He guarantees his work and I know if anything ever happens, he'll know exactly how to fix it. Thanks again, Terry.

You won't find Terry in a shop front or a garage, because he does the job wherever it needs done. He helped me install a new car stereo, did a great job, let me watch and taught me along the way. A gentleman and a good installation. Best of all, he did it at a great price. So when you face the choice between the "BIG GUYS" and taking the risk with the guy who runs his own business, trust me, it wasn't a risk - Terry knew what he was doing (20+ years of experience) and did it for cheap, rather than big business guys bluffing it and charging you more!

I stopped by to determine a fix for a raddle in my rear deck subs. He looked around my speakers, listened, and noted my speakers were fine and suggested a matting material would cure the problem. He had the stuff in stock and gave me the option of buying it and do a self-repair or he could install. I really appreciated the options.Great customer service and knowledge! Stop by for a fix or upgrades.

Terry was very helpful and knew exactly what he was getting into with installing my car stereo. I had intended on doing it myself but was in over my head and so glad I called him for help. He was honest, efficient and fast. I called two other places for the install they had hours of wait time and were almost double the price. I did not want to leave my car for hours and hours and pay more than needed.Terry installed my stereo, checked to see if all was working. Advised me on how to use the remote, made everything actually look good also. I am glad I called him and and even more glad that I have my new stereo. I may go back to Terry to have an amplifier put in the trunk. We shall see what it sounds like when I drop the top on a sunny day if it needs it.Kirstin

Terry is an incredibly knowledgable craftsman. Terry has replaced my front and back speakers with high fidelity equipment. My factory speakers couldn't even compare to the sound that resonates through my car now. He made sure all the audio equipment produced the best quality sound before he let me leave. Terry had even rewired my head unit after we found out the previous installer had made some weak splices for the connections. As stated before, he is undoubtedly amazing at his craft. He has an option for every budget! You'll be amazed at the money he'll save you in installation costs. Like many of the previous reviews have stated, Bass Bothers Audio is a hidden jewel. I would recommend Terry to anyone who is looking to upgrade their car audio.

It was a Sunday and he was open and his helped worked wonders on installing new kenwoods and made adapters for the door frame as well. Taught me how to install and everything and left me prepared for the car project. Great customer service

Omg he was so nice!!!!!!@ he educated me on my speakers and amp had me booming when I left THANK GOD FOR PEOPLE LIKE HIM!!! I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE SPEAKERS AND AMP CHECK HIM OUT HE HONEST AND DOES GREAT JOB

Thanks to Bass Brother's Car Audio, I now have the sound system I have always wanted. Terry was the most honest installers I have met, he was the first one to make me feel like he wasn't trying to get over on me. Prices are good, service is even better. Best installation in Nashville. If you ever need anything done, he is your guy !

Had a great experience with Terry. Previous owner had mangled the stereo harness in order to install a total piece of junk stereo. I decided to upgrade and Terry was the man to go to.He put the stereo in cleanly and I've been loving my setup more and more as they days go by.Don't throw money at retail car stereo shops; they usually don't provide you with great customer service and I've had numerous problems going to them and I get tired of the endless upsell. Go to Terry; he'll answer your questions and do the work efficiently and you'll be a happy camper!

Stopped in a few days ago after calling about a 12 sub box, and could not have been happier with the genuine care and knowledge provided to me. Not only did he take the time to explain my options to me, he explained how to get the absolute most out of my system. Everything from the science behind the speakers and the amount of air space in subwoofer enclosures to different amps and batteries and alternator setups to power it all, this guy is an absolute pro! I will most definitely be coming back for all of my car audio needs

It s the best speaker service in town. His 38 years of experience was helpful with finding the problem and fixing it with my speaker and, he saved me 50- 80 dollars with taking out my Rc connector. If ur looking for a new set of speaker there s some in-house you can pick from and he will advise you on which one best fits your situation.

Honest and very open. Educates you on the levels in which you should keep your speakers or subwoofers depending on which you have. Very fast and reliant, checked to make sure my windows were in accordance after installing both speakers in my car. Gave me a car volume to cellphone volume ratio so that I wouldn t blow my speakers and be back in the next two months. Honestly the best in town 7/24/22. You won t beat his prices

Terry is absolutely amazing. He was very helpful and the guy really knows his stuff. He's been doing this for about 30 years and he's very passionate and serious about his work. He did an installation for me for an incredibly reasonable price. Best guy to go to and I'll definitely be back.

I had a jammed 6 disc changer and Terry worked dilligently and patiently to try and resolve. Admittedly Terry stated he was not in electronic repair but he exerted every effort with expertise and precision to try and resolve. We were most impressed with his honesty and most of all his focus on not only offering the very best in customer service but working to exceed our expectations. I highly commend and recommend Terry.

Terry is the best and most affordable installer in town from blown speakers to complete systems. He has lots of radios and speakers in stock. Worked a miracle on my 68 Chevy. He is willing to work on your schedule unlike the big box stores. Thanks a bunch!!!!!

Terry with Bass Brothers did a great job replacing my broken 1993 Truck radio/cassette player with a new JVC Radio/CD/USB system. He found all the parts and had them installed in 3 hours. He had to take out the whole dash to get to everything but he had all the right tools and knew what he was doing. He treated the job like he was working on his own vehicle. I have a fantastic sound system now after the dealer told me they couldn't help me because the truck was too old. This was a custom job by Terry and it looks and sounds great. I definitely recommend that you check out Bass Brothers.
