Went here to replace a transmission after a dealer tried screwing me over, this was the best price I could find to do so that had good reviews so I gave it a try. Not only did they fit me in at a good time and got it taken care of rather quickly I know they back their warranties and get the job done with no hassle. This has officially become where I will continue taking my vehicles for car services.

I usually don t like mechanics because they tend to be overpriced and use the cheapest parts, so I do all my vehicle repairs myself. But I recently hand arm surgery and I couldn t replace my water pump. I couldn t recommend a better mechanic and person in the area, very nice people, quick to work, very fair priced. When I need help in the future again, this is the place I ll go. Thank you again.

I would recommend them 1000x over! Went to have a car checked out before buying it, they did a through inspection and found multiple things wrong with the car codes. Saved us from buying a car that was not a good car.

Super friendly people. �asy moving truck rental. I got a Penske rental here, a 2022 truck. Nicest moving truck I've ever rented. It had cruise control, power windows, backup camera, lane sensor alerts, full digital display with trip computer and fuel mileage remaining. Definitely nicer than my last Uhaul.

Awesome customer service. A coworker referred my wife and I to this business's service. Our car was fixed, he gave us great advice, and we were off on the road! Very honest and up front work.

I can not even express how grateful I am to Mr Wallace and his guys! I came through town from Georgia with my three young kids, but my Suburban wasn't driving in a way that made me comfortable on the way up, and we still had a lot of road ahead of us to cover. I stopped in almost a dozen garages, just asking if they could look at my truck, and everyone turned me away or said they could in a few weeks. Mr Wallace said he would, if I could leave it for the day, but he got back to me within an hour to tell me what was going on. He was honest, and told me some things didn't need fixed immediately, but would need to be in the future. I just wanted my vehicle safe for my children to ride in, and had him go ahead, and I appreciated his honesty. He was able to get us back on the road safely within a day, I was able to make my hotel reservations! And I didn't have to worry about driving with my kids for our road trip...and we drove almost 3,000 miles over the next few weeks! If we ever return to Clarksville, he'll be getting my business! Until then I recommend Mr Wallace and his garage to anyone!

Went to have the brakes replaced on my Mercedes after being quoted ridiculous prices from everyone else Mr. Wallace and his mechanic Jimmy are absolutely the best a very fair price and had my brakes done in 30 minutes I cannot express how happy I am highly recommend this establishment!

Wallace and his employees are great honest people. Only person I trust in Clarksville, and I usually do the work myself.For example: I thought I had a bad transmission hose. I bought a new one, brought it to him, and his mechanic informed me it was just a loose clamp. They could've charged me more; however, they tightened the clamp and charged me only 10$. Not to mention, whithout me asking, they filled my tires, which were low on air.Great people!!!

Friendly and fast service. They also gave me tips on upkeep so that I won't have issues with my brakes anymore. Will go back again for other auto services!

Went here to have a vent door actuator and door latch replacement. They stripped one of the 3 bolts on the door latch and couldn't fix it....he replaced the vent door actuator and didn't charge for that. Not being able to fix the damage your mechanic caused is a big no no.
