First of all, I d like to say that these guys are AMAZING! Not only did they do their job but they did it and beyond. These guys have stuck their necks out for me to help me out a countless amounts of times and their employees are very respectful, not only that but they re relatable as well. It s not only business that s talked about. They talk about past experiences whether that be about audio or something else that comes up. They built a box, installed subs, installed an amp back in June of this year. They ve recently put it LED RGB rock lights and I could not be happier with them. I visit the store about once every two months due to me blowing my subwoofers. Every time I come in they know the deal . I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone!I ll add some pictures here unfortunately I did not take a before and after of the subwoofer box or the rock lights.

After a few months of research and getting several quotes from other shops I sent Audio Specialist an email. After a few emails back and forth I decided it would be worth the 1 hr drive down to demo some morel components I was interest in. Talked with Robert for a while who stayed after close to talk me though the in and out as much as he could on high end audio and DSP. They installed my full system about 3 weeks after this and install looks as great as it sounds!

I have brought two cars here for work and both times I was very pleased with the whole process. They were great at helping me figure out what I actually needed, explained every part of the process, and were very quick about getting it all taken care of. They are very friendly, professional and do a great job. I will definitely be back the next time I need something done and I would highly recommend!

Great experience! These guys knowWhat they are talking about, and I told them exactly what my expectations and wants were and they made it happen. Had full build with subs, doors, sound deadner, built box, and two amps mounted behind the rear seat in a 22 F150. Wiring was meticulous and looks show quality.Had one issue with an amp and after a phone call I was immediately told toCome in and they went above and beyond to handle and make right. Service and quality was above and beyond!

They installed a subwoofer and amplifier for my Corvette and did an excellent job. Everything works great! Staff is wonderful and helpful.

Outstanding customer service. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Had them install a head unit in my 95 4Runner from Japan, and did it quickly and professionally. When it stopped working a few weeks later (because I accidentally pulled one of the chords out, and didn t know what I did wrong) they fixed it free of charge. Pure class. Will definitely be coming back to have my speakers installed. Make sure to stop by if you re in town!

As knowledgeable as you will find anywhere not only in the area but the nation. Friendly honest and amazing work done. Very passionate about the work and profession they are in.. these dudes are AWESOME!So I Visited these guys to tune my helix dsp.3 after having a couple shops make it sound worse or no better than I was able to achieve.Immediately blown away by the wealth of knowledge the owner Rob had and realized quickly this is who I should ve came to originally from the start.Setup my tuning appointment got a call about 3 hours later and was told to come on back tor a listening session and WOW! If you love music and you want to hear the music that your speakers are supposed to be able to play to the very most of their capabilities then look no further! You absolutely will not be disappointed!! Got goose bumps when I got in and listened to my new system!A+ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Top notch installers & customization to my 2017 Jeep Wrangler & husbands 2010 Harley Roadglide. Jeep got 4 Lift kit & new wheels, a new front wench & they added a new mounting bracket with a break light to the middle of my back wheel. Customized saddle bags on bike, with Bluetooth compatible speakers & lights throughout the bike. VERY Loud, VERY clear system!!!We are very pleased with the Jeep & bike!!! Audio Specialists guys are AWESOME!!! Thank y all!!! We will definitely be back with any / all our customization needs!!!

These guys did the damn thing with me car! I couldn't be happier.. Kenny and Jordan kept me informed every step of the way, Rob made a killer suggestion and I'm glad I went with it.. I'm still smiling from ear to ear just here sitting in my car lol. I'll be back for more fellas!

The team get is top notch. Rob is the man and the trophies in the lobby are there for a reason. You can trust these guys to be honest, helpful, and do a complete job. Here is the sub box that was built for me. It sounds amazing and fits perfectly in my trunk.

Took them two hours longer than expected. Would have appreciated a call letting me know (only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars). High quality work, car sounds great! Like how they installed my bass knob, inconspicuous location but looks like it belongs. Highly recommend.

Had a remote start put in a bit over a month ago. Honestly, I can't find a single thing to complain about. The product fully works as described, everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and informative, the installation took exactly as long as quoted, and every feature's benefits and downsides were explained clearly. Truly a smooth and effortless experience from beginning to end.

Don't waste your time and money. Best buy can do a better job than these guys.1. 3 days after install my system stopped working. Went back to have them look at it and they told me it'd be about a week before they could get it in. They then processed to tell me it was because my speakers were old...$600 or so dollars gets you zero customer service2. They admitted to not testing everything properly (primarily due to the fact I was providing the subs and not buying new product from them) and that they weren't completely sure how to wire everything correctly since it was "too new". Can anyone see the contradiction between point 1 and point 2.3. They cut into the upholstery without asking me first...so now some of the warranty on my 21 f150 is null and void...guess who's getn the bill if something happens to the interior.Back to what I first...Best Buy can do a better job as well as electronic express. Don't waste your time and money with these thieves

I ve used and trusted Rob and his guys since he opened his shop in Madisonville, Ky. Many years ago. I still will make the hour long trip to Clarksville. Him and his crew have great products and A+++ service!

I drove 200 miles to visit Audio Specialists, as Rob is well known to be one of the top car stereo tuner in the country, and his store one of the nicest with the best selection on display of high end car audio products I have seen. Rob spent over an hour with me personally discussing what options might be best for my car and what the most cost effective way of getting the sound that I want might be. He recommended and uses the absolute top tier components in his systems, and I was impressed by his knowledge and recommendations. Highly recommend this shop for anyone serious about car audio, and will look forward to visiting again.

I expected an expensive problem with my Bose speakers, but when I arrived, the gentleman came immediately to my vehicle and solved the simple issue. I tried to pay for the very professional service, but he wouldn t accept any money .so I brought back lunch! The owner started in the business at age 18 in his garage, and has built the business, obviously with a customer service-oriented focus. Several employees have been there 10 years plus, revealing the caliber of service and knowledge they provide. Would strongly recommend them for any sound system issues!!

Could not get my BT kenwood stereo to play Jordon fixed it in a matter of minutes also connected my phone to it and charged $0. Not mant places like this around anymore. I recommend them for any of your stereo needs great job. Thanks Jordon

I had new speakers and remote start added to my 2017 Honda Accord and they did a wonderful job, Patrick and Taj did a good job with the work and giving me good information towards my products. Very satisfied with the work that was done. Highly recommend them.

My husband has been taking our vehicle needs here at Audio Specialist for a few years now. And whatever we have done Rob the manager absolutely makes sure everything is done right. You can tell he really cares about the work that is being done on customers cars & that customers are satisfied with the service. Absolutely wonderful service. Highly recommend Audio Specialist!

They are very experienced, professional, and friendly people. They stand by their work. The owner makes sure your satisfied with their work every time. Prices are reasonable and worth every penny. I'm am so pleased with all the work that I had done on my vehicle. The best in Clarksville, I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 stars all the way.

These guys are very very busy but they managed to work me in and take care of me in a timely manner, they re flexible! I was having issues with my Miata, thinking it was gonna cost me an arm and a leg but it didn t, they re adorable, they re nice and very professional, and on top of that they re shop is the cleanest audio shop I ve ever witnessed. They re definitely worth it!

I had 3 ten inch subs installed in my f250 and wound up wanting another sub added. The owner built me a new box, upgraded wiring, and amp for only the cost of the extra sub and the difference of new amps. Which is unheard of!!! I'm very grateful and would recommend this company for car audio 1st always!!!
